Developing problem based learning to improve students’ critical thinking skill in integrated thematic learning at elementary school 在小学综合专题学习中发展问题学习,提高学生的批判性思维能力

This writing aims to be able to develop LKPD based on Project Based Learning (PjBL) which is suitable for use to improve students' critical thinking skills in integrated thematic learning in grade IV and also to analyze the effectiveness of LKPD based on Project Based Learning (PjBL) in improving skills students' critical thinking in integrated thematic learning in Class IV. This is a descriptive piece employing a quantitative approach. This is an example of R&D (Research and Development) writing. Sampling at the time of writing using a method of purposive sampling. At the time of writing, the population consists of fourth graders from SD Negeri 2 Pinang Jaya Kemiling Bandar Lampung. Data collection at this writing uses documentation techniques, written assessments, and questionnaires. Using SPSS 24.0 for Windows and a significance level of 0.05, the instrument used in this paper has been evaluated for validity and reliability. In addition, the data were analyzed using an independent sample test. The result shows that PjBL-based LKPD products have influence and are suitable for use in enhancing students' critical skills in thematic learning, specifically material experts of 0.97 (very valid), media experts of 0.95 (very valid), and linguists of 0.96 (very valid) and the devised PjBL-based worksheets are efficacious with a posttest score of 0.56 and a pretest score of 0.21.

Problem solving skills are useful for training students to deal with increasingly complex problems. Teaching materials that have not integrated these abilities need to be used. So this study purpose to determine the process of developing problem-solving-based LKPD to improve students' critical thinking skills and determine the effectiveness of problem-solving-based LKPD. This research was Research and Development (R & D) with reference to the Borg and Gall development model. This research was be conducted in class IV State Elementary School 2Sumberejo, Kemiling Bandar Lampung with a total of 124 students consisting of class IV A, IV B, IV C and IV D. By taking samples using simple random sampling. The results of the analysis showed that LKPD based on problem solving is feasible to use, this is evidenced by the results of the validation analysis of experts 0.97, media experts 0.95, and language experts 0.96 with the "very good" category. LKPD based on problem solving is also effective for use, this is evidenced by the significant t test results and scoresn-Gain in the experimental class 0.62 category "moderate" and the control class 0.17 category "low". It can be concluded that the problem-solving-based worksheets that have been developed at State Elementary School 2Sumberejo are valid and appropriate for use in the learning process, and problem-based worksheets are effectively used to improve students' critical thinking skills in class IV Mathematics at State Elementary School in Sumberejo, Kemiling, Bandar Lampung.

Development of e-learning in improving student understanding of education management subjects based on cooperative learning 开发基于合作学习的电子学习以提高学生对教育管理学科的理解

The research objective was to determine the effectiveness of learning in improving student learning outcomes in Education Management courses by developing a learning management system (LMS). The decline in educational administration student learning outcomes in courses is because the media used so far has not been optimal. This is the initial cause of low learning outcomes. Urgency, there is a gap between theory, reality and expectations, so, it is necessary to develop E-Learning to improve the learning process for Education Management and Educational Psychology Orientation courses. Research and Development (R&D) research method with the ADDIE strategy. The research subjects were the Educator Management course and the objects were 35 postgraduate educational administration students. Data collection techniques with product validation, instruments, pre-test and post-test. Engineering analysis, needs analysis, design, development, testing and evaluation. Data validation results, tests and assessment instruments are analyzed in stages until the product is declared valid, practical and effective. As a result, the score of the technology expert is 92.13, the learning model expert is 91.43, the peer assessment is 94.02, and all the assessments given are interpreted very well. In small trials, the mean post-test result was 88.40. Large group trial mean 90.83. The difference in the scores of students who use the product and those who do not use the product has a difference of 18.63. In conclusion, the developed product is capable of significantly increasing student learning outcomes in education management courses using E-Learning and is very effective.

The effect of learning opportunity factors and efficacy belief on mathematical knowledge in the teaching process 教学过程中学习机会因素与效能信念对数学知识的影响

The present study investigates the influence of opportunities to learn (OTL) and mathematics teaching efficacy beliefs (MTEB) towards mathematical knowledge for teaching (MKT). Using a structured questionnaire together with paper and pencil test adapted from the literature reviewed, data were collected from 187 pre-service elementary teachers in Institute of Teacher Education Indonesia. Data were analyzed using Smart PLS 3.0. The result of the structural equation model indicated that both OTL-Practicum (β = 0.395, p < 0.001) and OTL-Program (β = 0.324, p < 0.001) were positively related to MKT. The second regression analysis was to examine the impact of mathematics teaching efficacy belief on the MKT. The results showed that mathematics teaching outcome expectancy belief (MTOEB) (β = 0.322, p < 0.001) was positively related to MKT, whereas personal mathematics teaching efficacy belief (β = 0.017, p > 0.1) was not related to MKT. Overall, the belief and OTL factors explain a total of 54% variance in MKT. Implications from these findings to the successful teacher's education program implementation in Indonesia were further elaborated

Replacement of humans in the classroom by artificial Intelligence: A rhetoric 人工智能在课堂上取代人类:一种修辞

This study explores the probability if artificial intelligence can replace humans in the classroom. It identifies the limitations of artificial intelligence and the prevalence of human-level intelligence in education. Artificial intelligence is conceptualized and the research gaps in comparing artificial and human-level intelligence are identified. Comparative research method and explorative research design are adopted to guide this study. Secondary data is utilized with the use of a systematic desk research method and content analysis is used to explain the concepts and their relationship to each other. Three research objectives are used to assess human superiority to AI, identify limitations of AI and proffer measures to encourage collaboration between human-level and artificial intelligence. The study concludes and further provides recommendations necessary to support the relevance of human-level intelligence and AI in education.

The aim of this study was to develop a valid problem-based thematic learning module on the theme of organs of movement of animal and human, sub-theme of humans and the environment, practical and effective in improving students' critical thinking. The type of research and development used refers to the R&D theory of Borg and Gall. The population of this research was Sriwijaya 1 Public Elementary School, Bandar Mataram District, Central Lampung Regency with a target of 2 educators. The sample of this study was 31 students in class VA and 32 students in VB at Sriwijaya 1 Public Elementary School Sub-district who were selected through purposive sampling technique. Data collection techniques in the form of observation, questionnaires, and tests. Data analysis used quantitative descriptive and quantitative analysis. Then quantitative analysis with t test and proportion test to test the effectiveness. The results of this study indicated that thematic teaching materials based on problem-based learning models developed using Borg and Gall's R&D steps of thematic learning for fifth graders of Elementary School. Theme 1 with sub-theme 2 were feasible and effective in improving students' critical thinking.

Developing a problem-based learning module "Lingkungan Sahabat Kita" for thematic learning to improve fifth-grade students' critical thinking 开发以问题为基础的主题学习模块“灵昆干新事物”,提高五年级学生的批判性思维能力

The aim of this study was to develop a thematic learning module for our friend’s environment based on problem based learning that is valid, practical and effective in improving students' critical thinking. The type of research and development used refers to the R&D theory of Borg and Gall. The population of this research was Dewi Sartika Group, Bandar Mataram District, Central Lampung with the target of 6 class educators. The sample of this study was 24 students in class VA and 24 students in VB at SDN 1 Sriwijaya Sub-district who were selected through purposive sampling technique. Data collection techniques in the form of observation, questionnaires, and tests. Data analysis used quantitative descriptive and quantitative analysis. Then quantitative analysis with t test and proportion test to test the effectiveness. The results of this study indicated that thematic teaching materials based on problem based learning models developed using Borg and Gall's R&D steps of thematic learning for fifth graders of Elementary School. Theme 1 with sub-theme 2 were feasible and effective in improving students' critical thinking.

Progressivism in the implementation of the MBKM curriculum as a digital transformation of islamic elementary education institutions 作为伊斯兰基础教育机构数字化转型的MBKM课程实施中的进步主义

Education is a process to humanize humans. The development of education is undergoing rapid changes in Indonesia due to the impact of COVID-19 and MBKM policies. It is at this time that digital transformation in education is running fast, it requires the readiness of educational institutions, teachers, students, and parents. This study aims to analyze the digital transformation of Islamic educational institutions in responding to the MBKM curriculum with the paradigm of Progressivism. This study uses a literature review as a method. Data was obtained from observations and interviews of researchers with several managers of Islamic higher education institutions in Ponorogo. The data that has been obtained were analyzed with the perspective of John Dewey's Progressivism education theory in his book Education of democracy. The results showed that Islamic educational institutions in Ponorogo quickly responded to changes in the education model with digital transformation so that they could implement the MBKM curriculum implemented in Islamic educational institutions under the Ministry of Religion of the Republic of Indonesia. From the perspective of the educational flow of John Dewey's progressivism in education, the learning process of students must be given the freedom to express opinions. Students must be active and not just accept the knowledge given by the teacher. Likewise, the teacher must create an atmosphere so that students always feel thirsty for knowledge. Managers of educational institutions must also understand how education is carried out. Education managed by people who do not understand the problem of education will hinder education itself and the manager of educational institutions must be progressive in making policies because the development of education is always dynamic.

Developing realistic problem-based mathematics instructional materials to enhance students' conceptual understanding 开发现实问题为基础的数学教材,以提高学生的概念理解

The purpose of this research was to develop realistic problem-based instructional materials that were both valid and practical in order to assist students in successfully enhancing their conceptual comprehension. We adopted the Borg and Gall's research and development model. During the process, we involved a total of seven teachers and 196  fifth-grade students in a public elementary school in Bandar Lampung, Lampung Province on the Indonesian island of Sumatra. We used several instruments including observation, questionnaire, and tests for data collection followed by descriptive statistics, t-test, and proportion test to test the effectiveness of the instructional materials being developed. The findings suggest that the realistic problem-based mathematics instructional materials that were developed are valid and practical to use. In other words, the instructional materials successfully help fifth-grade students enhance their conceptual comprehension. Following the findings are a discussion of the limitations and suggestions for future research

21st century education is expected to produce competent human resources in 21st century skills. Teachers must integrate information technology facilities to help participants learn with teaching materials, methods, and technology-based teaching media. This study aimed to describe PBL-based E-Modules to empower critical thinking skills in elementary school learning at SDN 01 Sangkaran Bhakti. This research is a descriptive qualitative research. Data and data sources were collected from interviews and questionnaires for 6 teachers and 15 students, then the data were analyzed by interactive analysis. The results showed that PBL-based E-Modules can empower critical thinking skills in elementary school learning as a 21st century digital media innovation. E-modules as learning media are combined with text, narration, video, practice questions and integration with learning models. PBL-based E-Modules as an effective solution for 21st century learning are in accordance with the character of the material and learning styles of 21st century students as digital natives
