Implementation and Experience of a Mixed Teaching Mode of Preventive Medicine Course Based on Network Teaching Platform under the Epidemic Situation of COVID-19 Pneumonia 新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情下基于网络教学平台的预防医学课程混合教学模式的实施与体会

With the rapid development of computer technology, the traditional teaching mode has been changed. Computer technology has played a decisive role in promoting teaching reform. This paper mainly discusses the implementation and experience of the mixed teaching mode of preventive medicine course based on the network teaching platform under the epidemic situation of novel coronavirus pneumonia. The mixed teaching mode of "online live teaching + MOOC + TBL" was used for the study on the online course of preventive medicine, and a mixed teaching mode of preventive medicine course based on the network teaching platform was constructed. In the teaching practice for clinical medical students, it was found that this teaching model could help to improve their teaching satisfaction, performance, autonomous learning ability, and ability to obtain information and evaluate information, through which a satisfactory teaching result has been achieved. The results indicate that this teaching mode may be an efficient and innovative teaching mode, and an effective way to improve the quality of education and teaching, worth popularizing.
随着计算机技术的飞速发展,传统的教学模式发生了变化。计算机技术对教学改革起到了决定性的推动作用。本文主要探讨了新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情下基于网络教学平台的预防医学课程混合教学模式的实施与体会。采用“在线直播教学+ MOOC + TBL”的混合教学模式对预防医学在线课程进行研究,构建了基于网络教学平台的预防医学课程混合教学模式。在临床医学生的教学实践中发现,这种教学模式有助于提高临床医学生的教学满意度、教学绩效、自主学习能力、获取信息和评价信息的能力,取得了满意的教学效果。结果表明,该教学模式是一种高效、创新的教学模式,是提高教育教学质量的有效途径,值得推广。

Performance Evaluation of Employees in Pandemic Period 大流行时期员工绩效评估

The pandemic, which started to show its effect in 2020, changed many things globally. While the norms of daily life changed, working conditions began to change in business life. Instead of going to offices, employees started working from home by turning their homes into offices. This research attempts to examine how change affects employees. How has working from home affected their performance? were the managers satisfied with this? did the employees like working from home? such questions were expanded and gathered in a survey in a broader framework. The participation from almost all sectors, from finance and non-governmental organization employees, of which 25% of the survey participation in education, 22% in service, 10% in logistics. Overall 82 people tookpart in the survey, 72% of which were female. Afterward, cases such as satisfaction with the work environment and position, work performance, tasks, and responsibilities were examined in parallel under the headers of working from the office and home. In the last part, according to the evaluations made, it is described whether companies are sufficient enough for the home-working system, and suggestions were made about what companies could do with this issue.

The impact of digitalization on supply chain management: a literature review 数字化对供应链管理的影响:文献综述

Challenges that supply chains are facing need smooth and intelligent processes that facilitate the communication between machines and people in order to create value and achieve a certain degree of agility. The Internet of things, Big data, smart factories and contracts are emerging and imposing a new business model to companies. To create a value in supply chains it is crucial to optimize all its activities. This paper shows the role of digital enablers in increasing the performance of its constituents and how digitalization affects the profitability of these activities individually and collectively.

Topic maps as a tool for facilitating collaborative work pedagogy in knowledge management systems 主题图作为促进知识管理系统中协作工作教学法的工具

The utilization of digital knowledge management systems (KMS) to improve learning is a conventional trend in modern day computer science. These systems facilitate knowledge creation, sharing, and implementation of various pedagogical approaches including collaboration tasks. In situations where traditional learning scenarios are not possible, collaborative tools and platforms are used for providing immersive learning experiences. As it is known, collaboration has become a core competency of modern education, and an indispensable tool employed in the information technology sector. There exist different forms of knowledge management systems with different architecture. This leads to one system facilitating one form of pedagogy over the other. On the one hand, collaborative pedagogical approaches in digital learning can aid knowledge sharing, question asking, with which a feedback is expected without time and space constraints. Certain mechanisms in some KMS architectures such as Topic Maps emphasizes on the findalibility of information, which in turn could promote collaborative pedagogy. This paper discusses the development of a collaborative knowledge blog with some topic map implementation. It investigates the role of digital collaborative learning in scientific knowledge acquisition. We assessed students’ ease of learning and analyzed their engagement while utilizing the system. Results indicate that the students showed deeper engagement and improved in their scientific understanding over time which reinforces the importance of collaborative activities as observed in literature.

Development of a Model for the Implementation of Business Intelligence in SMEs 中小企业商业智能实施模型的开发

In Switzerland, SMEs account for 99% of the market and employ around two-thirds of all employees. Many of these SMEs already use BI systems and generate business and operational data. Nevertheless, in many cases the potential that could arise from the data is not exploited. As a result, SMEs are falling behind large companies, as empirical studies show. From this, the problem can be derived that despite existing data in Swiss SMEs, the benefit in terms of Business Intelligence (BI) is unrecognized. The goal of this paper is to develop a framework model for the introduction of Business Intelligence in SMEs. The model should be structured generically and show on a meta-level which points are important for the introduction of BI and what the procedure for this is. In this paper we work within a research framework for information systems, using a design science research approach and a method engineering approach for the development of the model. In the development of the model, findings from a previous work were included as well as other studies dealing with the implementation of business intelligence. For the evaluation of the developed model, SMEs as well as business intelligence consultants were interviewed. The answers to the scope of the model were positive. However, there were suggestions to improve the model. Especially for SMEs it is important that business cases are discussed and solutions and their benefits are clearly shown.

How Leaders' Expressions of Anger Affect Employees' Work Engagement: Based on the Mediating Role of Employee Well-being at Work 领导愤怒表达对员工工作投入的影响:基于员工工作幸福感的中介作用

As one of the most important factors influencing employee behaviour, the study of leader anger expression is particularly important. Based on the Chinese cultural context and using a sample of 322 employees, this study constructs a mediation model of leader anger expression affecting employees' work engagement through employees' work well-being in the Chinese organisational context. The results of the study show that: leader anger expression has a negative effect on employees' work engagement; employees' work happiness mediates the relationship between leader anger expression and employees' work engagement in the Chinese organisational context; and employees' work happiness has a significant positive effect on employees' work engagement. This study not only enriches the empirical research findings on leaders' anger expression and work well-being and work engagement in Chinese companies, but also provides some inspiration for organizational managers to improve their emotion expression strategies.

The Development of Qualitative Research Instruments to Explore the Role of Chief Financial Officer (CFO) 探究首席财务官角色的定性研究工具的发展

The purpose of this article is to describe the process of developing qualitative research instruments for semi-structured interviews. The data collection instruments used to obtain detailed information for a study of the role of Chief Financial Officer. In semi-structured interviews, qualitative researchers must exercise caution when using both the interview guide and the researcher-self as instruments, especially when robust findings are the primary goal. The article begins with the creation of an interview guide using the approach proposed by Joungtrakul [1]. The interview guide approach was inspired by Patton's [2] six types of questions: behaviors/experiences, opinions/values, feelings/emotions, knowledge, sensory, and background. Second, the article emphasizes the researcher as an instrument. The article describes how the researcher self-prepared for an interview, focusing on the participants' professions and ethical considerations. Contributing to body knowledge would benefit other researchers as part of the process of developing interview guides and self-preparation for conducting interviews. Practitioners would be able to use the findings to conduct quality interviews with finance and accounting professionals, and a similar approach for interviewing other professionals using the qualitative research method.

The article describes how the researcher self-prepared for an interview, focusing on the participants' professions and ethical considerations. Contributing to body knowledge would benefit other researchers as part of the process of developing interview guides and self-preparation for conducting interviews. The EU harmonization legislation specified the basic requirements of the public interest and applies to products which are intended to be placed or put into service on the market. Furthermore, EU harmonization legislation applies when the product is placed on the market or put into service and to any subsequent making available until the product reaches the end-user. This paper focuses on the research and analysis of the implementation of EU legislation for goods from the methods of harmonized standards, conformity assessment, accreditation and market surveillance and management, and puts forward suggestions to improve China's market surveillance and management system in promoting the efficient integration of standards and conformity assessment and the implementation of market surveillance and management in the whole process.
欧盟协调立法规定了公共利益的基本要求,并适用于打算投放市场或投入市场使用的产品。此外,欧盟协调立法适用于产品投放市场或投入使用以及产品到达最终用户之前的任何后续生产。本文着重从协调标准、合格评定、认可和市场监督管理的方法等方面对欧盟商品立法的实施情况进行研究和分析,并在促进标准与合格评定的有效整合、实施市场监督管理的全过程中提出完善中国市场监督管理体制的建议。

Evaluating Machine Learning Methods for Intrusion Detection in IoT 评估物联网入侵检测的机器学习方法

Cyber-attacks in IoT enabled devices have grown at an alarming rate since the start of the Covid-19 pandemic due to cyber physical digital transformation enabled through widespread deployment of low cost sensor embedded IoT devices in consumer and industrial IOT, as well as increase in computing power. Consequently, this adoption trend had led to 1.51 billion breaches on IoT devices during the first half of 2021 alone. This highlights the critical importance of being prepared for IoT vulnerabilities (IoT manufacturing and deployment sector) and attacks (malicious actors). In this respect machine learning (ML) especially deep learning (DL) strategies has emerged as the preferred methods to secure IoT devices from attacks. In this paper, we propose three deep learning algorithms for IoT intrusion detection based on mapping of IoT attacks to ML/DL methods. Our paper thus provides two contributions. First, we present a model that maps extant research on the application of ML/DL to specific IoT attacks. Second, through an optimal selection of the mapping, we present three algorithms (naïve Bayes, convolutional neural network and autoencoder) for detection of intrusion in IoT attacks. This provides a review of research opportunities and research gaps in the IoT IDS domain.

Impact of the Covid-19 pandemic on the requirement engineering process in small development projects: A case study Covid-19大流行对小型开发项目需求工程流程的影响:案例研究

Requirement engineering (RE) is crucial for any software development project. It plays a vital role in the development lifecycle, as it lays the foundation for all subsequent development steps. Ensuring proper collection of project requirements makes the subsequent process, including design, development and testing, easier. The software industry has paid great attention to RE, including tools and techniques, starting with requirement elicitation. In the last couple of years, the Covid-19 pandemic has impacted processes, as meeting clients and stakeholders face-to-face and visiting them in their workplace has been made more difficult by social distancing, changing the techniques for requirement elicitation. Most software development companies rely on distant communication and alternative approaches to collect customers’ requirements to understand their needs, so they can reflect the reality in the work and try to persuade the customers that the developed solution meets their requirements. This study presents a case study of three educational projects at three different universities with different development requirements. The study compares the process before and during the pandemic to identify the challenges and features of the shift which occurred and measure its impact on number of requirements completed in both periods, as well as its impact on development project resources. This study's findings indicate increased requirements during the elicitation process and changes in human resources because of eliminating the practitioners over distance communication during the Covid-19 pandemic.
