Equity holds its upward and positive side on behalf of investors, which hides it behind the scenes, expands its funding channels for the company, and rejuvenates the market. However, Chinese equity holdings also have their downsides and negative aspects, such as vague legal nature, incomplete legal provisions, and incomplete protection of the rights and interests of entities. This article compares the common law system and the civil law system of the equity holding system, taking its lean points, such as clarifying the legal nature, improving the legal regulations, and balancing the rights and interests of the main body, and further presenting the legal issues of the equity holdings in China in a systematic way.

China has entered the Internet society and is moving towards the era of informationization, and the accounting industry in China has also undergone great changes. The traditional calculating type of accounting can no longer meet the demand, which objectively requires the innovation and transformation of accounting talents training mode in colleges and universities. Therefore, universities should innovate talent training mode, establish Internet accounting thinking, integrate network information technology in the process of talent training, build a curriculum system covering big data analysis and management information system, use Internet teaching platforms such as China University MOOC, Wisdom Tree and Rain Classroom, to innovate accounting talent training mode, and use new teaching methods such as big data, mobile terminals and cloud computing to enhance students’ interest in learning, as well as strengthen teachers' theoretical teaching and research levels, highlight social practice capabilities, and achieve effective integration of horizontal and vertical teaching teams, so as to build a collaborative training system for accounting talents with government departments, listed companies, accounting firms, securities companies and sister universities.

The paper aims to explore the effective implementation path of the policy that electric bicycle riders need to wear helmets. Local laws and regulations issued by the provinces, especially Jiangsu Province, and the overall implementation status since the introduction of the policy were collected in the paper. Online questionnaires and offline visits focusing on the masses and helmet products are employed to investigate the basic intentions of the masses, the changes in the helmet market and the shortcomings of existing helmets, etc., and explore effective paths based on this. Approaches to improving local laws and regulations, strengthening community propaganda, innovating staff safety and security functions, optimizing helmet structure, and promoting smart helmet are discovered to facilitate the effective implementation of the policy.

The results show that the commodity market segmentation index of the Pearl River Delta from 2000 to 2017 showed an overall downward trend with slight fluctuations in some specific years. The phenomenon of commodity market segmentation in Zhongshan, Zhuhai, and Huizhou was the most serious, the market segmentation degree of Zhaoqing and Jiangmen was the lowest, Shenzhen's continued downward trend was the most obvious, and the market segmentation degree on the west coast was more serious than that of the

Since the middle of the Ming Dynasty, the market commodity economy was active, private wealth accumulated rapidly, and the relationship between social production and life had undergone profound changes. However, the rigid centralized system and the corrupt system of government officials promoted the severe polarization and division of social wealth distribution, which intensified social conflicts and eventually led to the demise of the Ming Dynasty. This article analyzes the wealth structure of Chinese traditional society from the wealth distribution of the clan aristocrats, officials, and wealthy businessmen, and discusses the influence of this structure on the development of Chinese history.

In this paper, the relative deprivation theory is used as the basis to explore the mechanism and boundary conditions of the effect of over-qualification on the job satisfaction of new graduates. An empirical study based on 341 matching data in two stages found that: (1) Perceived over-qualification negatively affects job satisfaction and positively affects relative deprivation; (2) Relative deprivation played a mediating role in the relationship between over-qualification and job satisfaction; (3) Leadership empowerment behaviour moderated the relationship between relative deprivation and job satisfaction. In the case of low-level leadership authorization, the relative deprivation of new graduates has a stronger impact on job satisfaction; (4) Leadership authorization further moderates the indirect effect of perceived over-qualification on job satisfaction through perceived relative deprivation. In the case of high-level leadership authorization, the indirect effect of perceived over-qualification on job satisfaction is weaker than that of perceived deprivation.
