Every State Civil Apparatus must be ready to serve the country and provide the best service to the community. Moreover, in this millennial era, ASN must be able to adapt to rapidly changing times. Current changes have an impact on work, workers and the workplace. Head of BKN Aria Wibisana, in a Discussion and Socialization event on Civil Servant Management Strengthening the Foundations of HR Management Towards a Merit System on April 9 2018, emphasized that every ASN needs to have work skills such as: the ability to solve complex problems, critical thinking, creativity, people management, the ability to coordinate , emotional intelligence, judgment and decision making, service orientation, negotiation, and cognitive flexibility. Key Indicator Achievements are a measure of the success of an organization's strategic goals and objectives. Every government institution or agency is required to formulate Key Performance Indicators as a priority program and activity that refers to the strategic targets in the RPJMD and RENSTRA of Regional Work Units. Achievements of the main indicators are calculated based on the number of achievements divided by the target and multiplied by 100%, as is the case at the Alak sub-district office, Kupang City. Information technology is used at the Alak Subdistrict Office, the electronic application must be used properly and correctly. HR's success in using information technology will be an indicator of the success of an organization's strategic goals and objectives. This research aims to obtain empirical evidence of the influence of the use of information technology and work skills on the performance of civil servants in managing financial administration with work motivation as a moderating variable. The research uses a quantitative approach. The research population of employees at the Alak Subdistrict Office was 35 people. The sampling technique is the census sample method. Questionnaires were used as a data collection technique. The hypothesis was tested using statistical testing tools, namely the variance-based structural equation test or better known as Partial Least Square (PLS) using Smart PLS 3.2.8 software

Accounting transformation in the digital era is required to utilize technology in accounting processes such as bookkeeping, data entry and closing. Data management in the accounting process is a complex and monotonous management of large amounts of power, so an automation process is needed. Accounting today requires real time information and integrated reports. Therefore, the existence of accounting software will help in the accounting process. Facing these developments in the 4.0 era, education managers must improve and prepare competent graduates such as resources who are able to work using technology. One of the efforts made is to use accounting computer courses in every lecture process. So this research will assess the factors that influence accounting students' interest in using accounting software in the learning process. The variables used are computer disquiet, computer attitude and computer self-efficacy. The research sample was students who had taken computer accounting courses and to collect data, researchers used a questionnaire. The results of the research show that computer disquiet and computer self-efficacy influence students' interest in using accounting software, while computer attitude does not influence students' interest in using accounting software..

This study was conducted to develop previous findings in the form of building communities with insignificant innovations that can be mediated by knowledge-sharing variables. The sample used in this study were 105 owners of Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in Bantul Regency, Yogyakarta which was collected through research questionnaires. The research method used is the quantitative method. Data were collected and analyzed using PLS. The results of the study indicate that the concept of knowledge sharing can increase the innovation of SMEs. With the view of the theory of Self-Determination Theory (SDT) means the illustrated model for self-determination motivation. SDT describes the externally controlled motivators provided by the organization, described resources which include assets, capital, finance, human resources, and so on.

This research aims to analyze the effective and efficient lot sizing method for determining raw material requirements in implementing MRP. The research stages are through testing 3 lot sizing methods namely LFL, EOQ, and POQ. The initial stage of data processing is in the form of a MPS obtained from demand recap data and BOM which are components of the product as input. The next step is the MRP process, namely the netting process, the lotting process, the offsetting process, and the explosion process. This stage is in the form of a MRP matrix in tabular form. The next step is to enter the inventory cost calculation process for each method consisting of the storage cost of each component per period and the ordering cost per message. Calculations are carried out for each method to determine the amount of absorption of inventory costs from each method. The results show that the LFL method absorbs inventory costs of Rp.240,000,000, the EOQ method absorbs inventory costs of Rp.251,503,100 and the POQ method absorbs inventory costs of Rp.261,027,683. In this case, LFL has the lowest absorption of inventory costs, according to the current state of the company, does not leave inventory, and is easy to implement for the company. The study results concluded that the most effective and efficient method is LFL according to the current state of the company, does not leave inventory, and is easy to implement for the company. The study results concluded that the most effective and efficient method is LFL according to the current state of the company, does not leave inventory, and is easy to implement for the company. Producer use various advertising media hoping to influence consumer behavior. One of the advertising media is television. This study focuses on the problem of consumer attitudes towards consumers towards television advertising. This research was conducted in the city of Surabaya. Sampling was done by simple random sampling method. Data were collected by distributing questionnaires with data analysis using Fishbein's attitude model. The results of the study indicate that consumer attitudes towards television media advertising are based on advertising attributes: 1) Product information; 2) Social roles and image; 3) Entertainment; 4) Good for the economy; 5) Falsehood; 6) Corruption of values; 7) Materialism, is positive. Two things that need to be considered in advertising from the results of this study are: 1) Analysis of consumer attitudes towards advertising is important as a basis for preparing promotional strategies and programs, especially in the field of advertising; 2) Determination of advertising material needs to pay attention to the values that exist in the community.
