Parameters estimation based on type I censored samples using a Pareto intensity of the second kind 使用第二类帕累托强度的基于I型截尾样本的参数估计

This paper develops parameter estimates for the Pareto intensity of the second kind using type I censored samples without and with replacement. The maximum likelihood estimates for its unknown parameters and their approximate asymptotic variance-covariance matrix are derived. We also present approximate confidence intervals. Numerical simulation results are presented and used to assess the performance of the proposed estimation method. Finally an application on a real data set shows the efficiency of our model.

Nonlinear control for a grid-connected Wind turbine with Induction Generator 带感应发电机并网风力发电机组的非线性控制

This paper addresses the problem of control of wind power generator in variable speed. Sliding mode control strategy presents attractive features such as robustness to parametric uncertainties of the different components of the system. In this way, sliding-mode control laws are proposed for the purpose of generating the maximum power, regulating the DC link voltage and providing unity power factor. The Lyapunov method is employed to guarantee the reaching and sustaining of sliding mode and stability of the control system. Evaluation of the consistency and performance of the proposed sliding mode control approach has been established on a 3MW three-blade wind turbine. Simulation results show that the proposed control strategy is effective in terms of MPPT control strategy and reactive power regulation to guarantee unity power factor.

Fuzzy vector control of isolated induction generator taking the saturation effect into account 考虑饱和效应的孤立感应发电机模糊矢量控制

This paper presents the voltage build up process and terminal voltage control of an isolated wind turbine powered induction generator driven by a variable speed wind turbine using fuzzy logic control (FLC) associated with rotor field oriented vector control. Here three-phase induction generator is excited using a PWM inverter/rectifier connected to a single capacitor on the DC side. Wind powered isolated induction generators have an input, wind, which is not controllable. Unlike a grid connected induction generator, in an isolated induction generator there should be a control system that keeps the DC bus voltage at a constant value when the speed of the rotor is varied. FLC allows a more intuitive approach to design which is due to being based on qualitative relations used in everyday language, and also have certain advantages over other conventional controllers such as the classical PI controller, it have the capability of handling uncertain and noisy signals and do not require the knowledge of a detailed mathematical model of the system. The simulation of the system was done with Matlab/Simulink. During voltage build up the variation of magnetizing inductance is taken into consideration.

Bi-spectrum analysis of coupled harmonics and its application to rotor faults diagnosis 耦合谐波双谱分析及其在转子故障诊断中的应用

The paper aims to clarify the use of the bi-spectrum to detect non-linearity in time series. Further we show how patterns in the bi-spectrum are useful for identifying the frequency (or bi-frequency) components involved in the nonlinear interaction. The bi-spectrum, a third-order spectrum, has properties that lend themselves to the measurement of nonlinearities in systems. The properties of interest are insensitivity to Gaussian noise and ability to detect quadratic phase coupling. This paper considers the properties of a bi-spectrum estimate when applied to a system with quadratic nonlinearity excited by the superposition of harmonics in the presence of additive Gaussian noise. This is compared, using signal-to-noise ratios, to the power spectrum. Numerical examples were included to verify the results. The study aims to expand the domain of induction machines faults diagnosis. Therefore, to verify the theoretical development, an experimental test bed has been used in a steady-state condition.

Direct current motor real time application of sensor and actuator faults detection and isolation based on structural residual space parity approach 基于结构残差空间奇偶方法的直流电机传感器和执行器故障实时检测与隔离

In this paper, fault detection and isolation of a DC motor is discussed. Dynamic space parity approach is used to detect faults. Based on structural residual method, the theoretical symptoms matrix is established. The later is compared to an experimental one to isolate the faults. The validity and usefulness of the fault detection and isolation algorithms are thoroughly verified with experiments on 1kw DC motor using a dSpace system with DS1104 controller board based on digital signal processor (DSP) TMS320F240.

Vibration sensor mechanical sensitivity improvement 振动传感器机械灵敏度提高

In this paper, we research the mechanical sensitivity of the vibration sensor; The mechanical sensitivity mathematical model is developed in function of the relative movement modulus in firstly and in function of the measurement error in secondly. The developed model allowed improving the mechanical sensitivity by enhancing the performance of vibration sensor (the best choice of damping rate and the frequency ratio). The right choice of the damping rate and the frequency range allowed keep the mechanical sensitivity constant. This model is validated by computer simulation and experimental tests.

A comparative study of two UWB pulse design methods for narrowband interference mitigation 两种超宽带脉冲设计方法窄带干扰抑制的比较研究

Ultra Wideband (UWB) radios will unavoidably cause severe interference from the existing narrowband systems nearby. Therefore pulses are applied by forming notches at some frequencies as a way to suppress its interference. This paper present and compare two UWB pulses based on Chebyshev function approximation by using the Parks-McClellan (PM) algorithm and Prolate Spherical Wave Functions (PSWF) function by using Eigenvalue Decomposition (EVD) algorithm. The generated UWB pulses not only meet the Federal Communications Commission (FCC), but also mitigate single and multiple narrow-band interference (NBI).

Study of the influence of an electromagnetic field close to a high-voltage line on the human being 高压线附近电磁场对人体影响的研究

The objective of our work is to determine the levels of the risks caused(provoked) by a close electromagnetic field radiated by a high-voltage line on a human body. By using a calculation code based on finite elements, we calculated the induced currents by the electric field and the magnetic field with an industrial frequency (50 Hz) in a human body being in various positions near a high-voltage electric line of configuration tablecloth.

Characterization of laboratory aged MV XLPE cables using dielectric losses factor measurements 用介质损耗系数测量实验室老化中压交联聚乙烯电缆的特性

This paper analyses characterization results of Dielectric losses factor experiments performed on laboratory-aged and non-aged 18/30 kV XLPE insulated Medium Voltage (MV) cable samples. Dielectric losses factor was used to characterize and assess, according to IEEE and IEC standards, the state of the investigated cables insulation under electrical and thermal accelerated aging. For this purpose, full size of MV 18/30 (36) kV XLPE cable samples were aged under electrical stress at three levels of voltage (18 kV, 36 kV and 54 kV) during 2000 hours. Under thermal aging conditions, continuous and load cycling tests were carried out at four different temperatures ranging from 80°C to 140°C during 2000 hours and 20 thermal cycles of 8 hours current on and 16 hours current off, respectively. Results showing the evolution of the dissipation factor and the dielectric losses power versus electrical stress are presented and discussed.

Dielectric losses factor was used to characterize and assess, according to IEEE and IEC standards, the state of the investigated cables insulation under electrical and thermal accelerated aging. For this purpose, full size of MV 18/30 (36) kV XLPE cable samples were aged under electrical stress at three levels of voltage (18 kV, 36 kV and 54 kV) during 2000 hours. Under thermal aging conditions, continuous and load cycling tests were carried out at four different temperatures ranging from 80°C to 140°C during 2000 hours and 20 thermal cycles of 8 hours current on and 16 hours current off, respectively. Modeling, Control and Simulation of a grid connected PV system 并网光伏系统的建模、控制与仿真

In the same line of enhancing photovoltaic integrations with a big scale into medium power grid, in this paper we will present an improved design model of a HTA grid connected to a PV field. Our work aims to find a suitable model with good, accurate results of PV system behavior compared to the network-requested quality signal properties. This will be done while maintaining a high power factor in order to maximize the overall performance of the chain system. Power converter/inverter controls taken will enable a proper synchronization, good timing and steady working, connecting to the network.
在促进大规模光伏并网向中等电网转变的思路上,本文提出了一种改进的光伏场HTA并网设计模型。我们的工作旨在找到一个合适的模型,与网络要求的质量信号特性相比,光伏系统行为具有良好,准确的结果。这将在保持高功率因数的同时完成,以最大限度地提高链系统的整体性能。采取的电源变换器/逆变器控制将使适当的同步,良好的定时和稳定的工作,连接到网络。
