This paper proposes a strategy on group security communication with non-Trusted Authority, based on Shamir threshold secret-shared cryptosystem [1] and pairs of generators. In this strategy, the keys of nodes and group are co-produced by all the nodes within the group after consulting together [2]. Once the keys have been produced, their validity can be authenticated by each of them, which can be used in detecting the malicious nodes effectively. The periodic update of the node keys and group key has been described as well in this paper. Above all, the passive and active attack can be resisted; the network could run in a safer condition because of the strategy.

On generally considering the uncertainties of the evacuation request unreliable, the constant change process of disaster and the personnel complex behavior as well as the high cost of model's infeasibility, the dynamic model of transportation network in emergency evacuation is built. It is proved that the emergency evacuation management is a typically uncertainty optimization problems through an example, which provide the foundation for further model optimization algorithms.

Established in the 1950s, the current social welfare institution has become extremely important in guaranteeing the construction of socialist harmonious society after more than a half century's development and evolution. In retrospect of more than fifty years' development, achievements and challenges coexist. This paper holds that the suitable social welfare model for China at present is constructing appropriate generalized preferential welfare system under the "cooperative model".

The theory of behavior choice for enterprise in market transaction is an important component of the theory of enterprise relationships. Based on the establishment of some concepts of transaction cost, income, anticipated value, utility ,faith in the integrity and dealing under utmost good faith, this paper analyzed the relationships between overall utilities and costs of enterprises in market transaction, the costs of transaction and the enterprises choice of good faith behaviors, the overall utilities of transaction and faith in the integrity of enterprises by the method of income and cost analysis in economics, proposed the conclusion that the establishment of severe market restraint is the necessary requirement to boost market transaction and enhance the social economic effectiveness.

In terms of systems, in fact the city's sustainable development is the coordination of urban internal mechanism. To select Dalian, Dandong, Jinzhou, Yingkou, Panjin and Hu Ludao urbanization and ecological environment date to build urbanization and eco-environment subsystem. Taking advantage of principal components analysis （PCA ）to determine comprehensive level of both subsystems by SPSS17.0 statistical software and then applying the membership degree function in fuzzy mathematics to calculate coordination degree between them. At the same time achieving visualization and dynamicity of research results by GIS Technology. The research shows that the level of urbanization comprehensive development in Liaoning coastal area is generally in an upward trend, but eco-environment behind urbanization. And it also indicates the level of sustainable development of the composite system is lower.

Multiplexing Antenna Arrays is the anti- interference key technology of 4G mobile communication . The core is the antenna pattern synthesis. Yet some of the algorithm have the problem of needing lots of data, high computational complexity and slow speed of convergence. In this paper the antenna pattern synthesis based on particle swarm optimal algorithm is presented , improved PSO parameter settings，Solved boundary overflow. Then simulator is carried out. Compared with others, it has the small calculation quantity, the easy realization ,the good steady, no many parameter demand adjust and stronger application.

The proposed paper highlights the present scenario of advertising on social networks for SMEs (small and medium sized enterprises). It discusses the significance of the growth of social networks and its utilization as a platform for advertising by SMEs to reach millions of internet users. The paper consists of two segments mainly the general discussion of advertisement models on social networks and its implementation on 'The Dina Malkova Fashion Company', an SME, which deals with embroidered and silk designer wear from the silk route. The findings of the surveys and interviews conducted with social network users and the 'Dina Malkova Fashion Company' customers reveal the need for an approach to advertising for small businesses. This lead to the introduction of an advertising methodology discussed. The methodology is a systematic approach to advertising for small businesses. Its effectiveness and usability is affirmed with its implementation on 'The Dina Malkova Fashion Company'. The paper further discusses the implementation, advantages and the post implementation precautions of the introduced methodology and provides general advertising recommendations for small businesses on social networks.

An improved AC_BMH (Aho-Corasick_Boyer-Moore-Horspool) algorithm was proposed in this paper, which combines advantages of both double-character skip and QS (Quick Search) algorithm, and increases the jumping distance of pattern string when pattern strings matching fails. Experiment results show that the matching speed of string is improved by 22.85%-42.79% by using the proposed algorithm. By modifying both preprocessing and pattern matching process components, the proposed algorithm was applied to Snort detection system, and experiment results show that the detecting speed of Snort is improved about 5.95%-25.54%, and the increased memory usage, not over 80MB, almost not affect the computer performance.

Based on reviewing the literatures about culture connotation of Chinese and Western scholars, this paper points out that the term "culture" can be used in a general and a special sense, and analysis the generalized cultural connotation and extension structures. On this basis, the construction enterprise culture connotation and extension structures are defined. On the systems theory perspective, the construction enterprise culture is a system, and the structure model is proposed. Furthermore, it points out that construction companies culture is a life system on the viewpoint of life.
