An Algorithm of Cache Preloading in Cooperative Caching Based on Ad Hoc Network 一种基于Ad Hoc网络的协同缓存预加载算法

Because of the feature of Ad Hoc network, the cooperating among mobile nodes is very important. The most common cooperating mechanism among mobile nodes is cooperative caching. That is, mobile nodes caching some important data or other resources, which can be used by other mobile nodes. Cooperative caching play a very important role in traditional networks for data access and information distribution and it will be very important in wireless Ad Hoc networks. In this paper, an algorithm of cache preloading in AD HOC environment are given. Simulation experiments demonstrate that the data request delay in Ad Hoc network can be reduced and the network performance can be improved, with the using of cache preloading algorithm given in this paper to select the data in cache.

On the Action Mechanism of Patent Forming Competitive Advantage 论专利形成竞争优势的作用机制

Intellectual property, as represented by patent, is the source of the core competency of enterprises,because patent is not only the resource of enterprise, but also the capability and the knowledge. On the action mechanism of patent forming competitive advantage, the enterprises' patent capability lives in a very important role. The enterprises' patent capability essentially is not only the knowledge of creating, managing, protecting and applying patents, which is formed by enterprises according to the internal and external environments, but also the basis of making, implementing, evaluating and choosing the enterprises' patent strategy.
以专利为代表的知识产权是企业核心竞争力的源泉,因为专利不仅是企业的资源,而且是能力和知识的源泉。在专利形成竞争优势的作用机制上,企业的专利能力居于十分重要的地位。企业专利能力本质上不仅是企业根据内外部环境形成的专利创造、管理、保护和应用知识,而且是企业制定、实施、评价和选择专利战略的依据。

Research on Factors of Influencing Knowledge Transfer and Performance Evaluation Model among Supply Chain Members 供应链成员间知识转移影响因素及绩效评估模型研究

This article analyzed knowledge transfer process systematically among supply chain members and discuss the relationship between factors of influencing knowledge transfer and knowledge transfer performance based on the current research on knowledge transfer process and the characteristics of the knowledge transfer among supply chain members. Applied the basic principle of weighted small-world network to construct an undirected weighted small-world network model of knowledge transfer performance evaluation among supply chain members.
本文在现有知识转移研究的基础上,结合供应链成员间知识转移的特点,系统地分析了供应链成员间的知识转移过程,探讨了影响知识转移的因素与知识转移绩效之间的关系。应用加权小世界网络的基本原理,构建了供应链成员间知识转移绩效评价的无向加权小世界网络模型。

The Design and Implementation of Automatically Generating XML Abstract Test Cases System from E-LOTOS 基于E-LOTOS的XML抽象测试用例自动生成系统的设计与实现

This paper has designed and implemented a method that automatically generates XML abstract test cases from E-LOTOS language. Through analyzing the E-LOTOS text which describes the protocols, this paper has obtained adjacency finite state machine and drew the graph with the JAVA language to show the protocol running mechanism. By using the Dijkstra algorithm and a heuristic algorithm for UIO sequence generation on the finite state machine architecture this paper has generated the XML format abstract test cases. Finally E-LOTOS description of IS-IS routing protocol is used to generate the XML format abstract test cases.
本文设计并实现了一种基于E-LOTOS语言自动生成XML抽象测试用例的方法。通过对描述协议的E-LOTOS文本的分析,得到了邻接有限状态机,并用JAVA语言绘制了协议运行机制图。本文利用Dijkstra算法和启发式算法在有限状态机架构下生成io序列,生成了XML格式的抽象测试用例。最后利用is - is路由协议的E-LOTOS描述生成XML格式的抽象测试用例。

The Internet has changed the enterprise management model extremely. Under the China's automobile industry development, the traditional supply chain management (SCM) cannot become accustomed to the requirement under the new electronic commerce. The E-business supply chain management (ESCM) solution based on the Internet in the automobile marketing has been widely applied in the automobile industry. In the paper, firstly compare the differences between the traditional SCM and ESCM. Then provide ESCM Solutions for the Automobile Marketing Industry. Moreover, present the integrated management systems from Order Planning to Sales in automobile industry in detail.

In this paper, we put forward the definitions of safety transition system and the theorem which proof that every state in safety transition system is safe; Then we put forward safety multi-actor Liveness property rules under weak and strong fairness and prove them, the example of multi-user's mutually exclusive action of drawing out in Internet bank based TLA+ to check the rules.

The new internet technologies open a new era of efficient, personalized and intelligent network in the web3.0 times, and provides a new technical support for e-learning under internet environment.The present study summarized the new trends to information acquisition and transmission based on new internet technologies, analyzed the impact on the changes of learning conception and learning ability arising from new internet technologies development. Furthermore, some trends and developments of learning modes transformation were analysised from the Web3.0 internet technology.

Research on Trusted Platform Network Access Control Technology 可信平台网络访问控制技术研究

This paper presents four kinds of security attribute to assess the PC terminal whether it is safe and reliable. The terminal will be measured by its credibility before accessed to network, and then assigned to different levels of security network environments basis on the value of credibility. By using self-designed trusted hardware platform - ENSS (Embedded Network Security System) PCI card, programming network driver and tailoring the architecture of TNC (Trusted Network Connection), this paper achieved network security accessing and access control policies to construct trusted network environment.

Measuring the Effect of Food Safety Incidents on China's Food Export: A Case Study on Aquatic Products 衡量食品安全事件对中国食品出口的影响——以水产品为例

In 2007 there were a number of food safety incidents with Chinese exports that drew media attention worldwide. There were widespread calls for tightening of regulatory barriers or outright bans on imports of Chinese foods including aquatic products. On June 28, 2007, America FDA announced a broader import detain of all farm-raised catfish, basa, shrimp, dace, and eel from China for residues from drugs such as the antimicrobials nitrofuran, malachite green, gentian violet, and flouroquinolones that are not approved in the United States. The EU, Japan, and Korea immediately followed to take action accordingly. As a result, consumer's confidence in Chinese foods suffered a serious decline and subsequently exports fell. The paper takes aquatic products as an example to analyze and comment on the effect of food incidents on China's food export from three respects including the exporting growths, the exporting markets structure and the exported species of aquatic products. The main problems on the China's aquatic product safety will also be discussed in this paper. Fortunately, China reacted quickly to the aquatic products safety incidents in order to minimize financial losses and to restore its reputation. The Chinese government has endeavoured to improve aquatic product quality and safety, issuing a series of new regulations on controlling aquatic product quality and safety. The conclusion is that incentives to invest in aquatic products safety in the private sector and safety training of workers all along supply chains and in the inspection service remain the major public health challenges. No food safety system can be completely effective. Food safety incidents will inevitably occur for both products of domestic origin and for imports. The key to maintaining trust in the safety of food is a quick and transparent response.The efficient solution to correcting it requires cooperation between the Chinese government and importing country governments.

Fortunately, China reacted quickly to the aquatic products safety incidents in order to minimize financial losses and to restore its reputation. The Chinese government has endeavoured to improve aquatic product quality and safety, issuing a series of new regulations on controlling aquatic product quality and safety. The conclusion is that incentives to invest in aquatic products safety in the private sector and safety training of workers all along supply chains and in the inspection service remain the major public health challenges. No food safety system can be completely effective. Food safety incidents will inevitably occur for both products of domestic origin and for imports. Classification Rules Mining Based on Intent Reduction 基于意图约简的分类规则挖掘

Concept lattice is accurate and complete in knowledge representation and is an effective tool for data analysis and knowledge discovery. This paper focuses on classifcation rules mining based on concept lattices. By modifying incremental computation of intent reduction of concepts, it develops a method to mine affirmative classification rules and approximate classification rules using intent reduction.
