Risk Analysis on Implementation of MIS in Construction Enterprises 建筑企业实施MIS的风险分析

With the coming of the information society and the extension on the production scale of construction firm, it is of great importance to actualize information management in construction firm. Although the implementation of management information system can obtain lots of benefit, some implementation risks will emerge. Based on the analysis of the technology risk, organization risk, control risk and maintain risk exist in the implementation of MIS on construction enterprises, AHP method is presented to analysis the risks. Then the case of one Chinese Construction Co., Ltd. is studied by the application of AHP method on the risk analysis of the MIS of the enterprise. And the countermeasures to deal with the risks are proposed for the enterprises to carry out MIS successfully.
随着信息社会的到来和建筑企业生产规模的不断扩大,在建筑企业中实施信息化管理显得尤为重要。管理信息系统的实施虽然可以获得很多效益,但也会产生一些实施风险。在分析施工企业实施MIS过程中存在的技术风险、组织风险、控制风险和维护风险的基础上,提出了层次分析法进行风险分析。然后以某中国建筑股份有限公司为研究对象,将层次分析法应用于企业MIS风险分析。并针对企业成功实施管理信息系统所面临的风险提出了应对对策。

State-owned assets for business operation management system implements three patterns of State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council, state-owned assets operation subject, operation enterprises, and the paper analyzes supervised uncertainty principal-agent gaming principle, which is used in state-owned assets for business operation management system, and establishes the three levels' principal-agent model, with its Nash Equilibrium calculated.

A Content-Based Publish-Subscribe Routing Protocol in Mobile Ad Hoc Network 移动自组网中基于内容的发布-订阅路由协议

Abstract-The development of distributed application in mobile ad hoc network faces great challenges. Accordingly, it has important significance to introduce the content-based publish/subscribe middleware. First this paper defines subscription language and event model containing event type domain. Then it proposes a novel content-based routing protocol which establishes an optimized dynamic multicast mesh and propagates events only to the matched subscription nodes so that unnecessarily propagation of events are confined. Based this protocol, an efficient content-based publish/subscribe system can be constructed. The experiment results show that the protocol can decrease the total cost of the network, save more bandwidth, improve the scalability and performance of the system.

4C theory is proposed in a context of demand-oriented market, take customer satisfaction as the top priority pursuit. compare with 4P theory which is product-oriented, customer-oriented theory of 4C has been great progress and development, 4C theory widely used by corporate. With the continuous deepening of the practice, value is growing importance, prompting companies must develop 4C marketing Countermeasures onto a new level. On this basis, this paper proposes point of view about the use of 4C marketing Countermeasures to create perceived value for the customer, and to build object-hotel services as empirical structural equation model to verify the significant positive correlation between marketing measures and perceived value.

The Risk Self-Adaptive Mechanism of an Enterprise in the Uncertain Environment 不确定环境下企业风险自适应机制研究

As the business environment changes faster and more unpredicted than before, the uncertainties that enterprises have to encounter keep increasing. Uncertainties are always accompanied with risks. Risks can arise from not only strategic aspects but also operational aspects of business. Enterprises need pay attention to the aspects those significant risks may occur from, such as demand and supply, the development and utilization of techniques, innovation processes, financial activities, and competitions. The method of self-adaptive controlling is usually used to settling the problems of uncertainty. In this paper a self-adaptive mechanism has been proposed to resist the business risks. Detecting, modifying and learning are the major components of this mechanism. In order to construct the risk self-adaptive mechanism, enterprises need focus on forecasting risks, enhancing strategic flexibility, forming flexible organizational structure, improving decision-makers' risk-bearing capabilities, cultivating the risk management culture, and also need to with the help of some external systems to reduce or transfer risks. An appropriate risk mechanism can make an enterprise act as a self-adaptive system. Just as the natural creatures can adjust their behaviors or characteristics to adapt the environment, enterprises with self-adaptive mechanism also can modify their features to adapt the dynamic changes of the internal and external environments. Enterprises make up a set of adaptable strategies and tactics for handling risks according to various uncertain factors also means they can earn optimized profits at an acceptable higher risk level.

Research on Personalized Recommendation Model Based on Dynamic Interestingness for Online Hotel Reservation 基于动态兴趣度的在线酒店预订个性化推荐模型研究

This paper analyzes the status in quo and insufficient of personalized recommendation of domestic representational online hotel reservation Websites, and presents a personalized recommendation system model based on dynamic interestingnesss for browsers. After having normalized and analysis of users' online browsing behavior, using clustering technique to find users' preferences, it can recommend the hotels to browsers. In the strategy selection process, the model is emphasis on the dynamic characteristics of interest preference during the browse, combined with dynamic interestingness in reliability and cost-effective to recommend, the effectiveness of the recommendation has been improved. Finally, Matlab simulation tool is used to calculate the result of online hotel reservations recommended programs based on current users' dynamic interestingness .

Solution of three-dimensional problem is very difficult. In this paper, changed a kind of three-dimensional problem by the method separation of variables into solving a singular Sturm-Liouville problem, propound a two-grid parallel algorithm and numerical experiments using this algorithm, calculation results show that the algorithm is accurate and effective.

Application of WSN of Polling System with Vacations and Using Gated Services in Forest Fire Prevention 带假期轮询系统WSN在森林防火中的应用

In this paper, we propose the model of applying in forest fire prevention system for WSN of polling system with vacations and using gated services. By the imbedded Markov chain theory and the generating functions, mean queue length and mean waiting time of information packet at the sensor node are obtained. We present that increasing wireless sensors lifetime is valid in WSN of Polling System with Vacations and Using Gated Services. We present also great meaning of applying the model in forest fire prevention.

By the imbedded Markov chain theory and the generating functions, mean queue length and mean waiting time of information packet at the sensor node are obtained. We present that increasing wireless sensors lifetime is valid in WSN of Polling System with Vacations and Using Gated Services. Analysis and Evaluation on Agricultural Industrialization Leading Enterprise in Heilongjiang Province 黑龙江省农业产业化龙头企业分析与评价

Agricultural leading enterprise is the one which provides services to peasants and promotes the development of commodity production, the implementation of agricultural construction is the key to rapid economic development. Fostering the growth of these enterprises and enhancing their competitive strength, is the effective measures to speed up construction of modern agriculture and the prosperity of the rural and city economy. In this paper, we are discussing how to assess the strength of the leading enterprises, based on the theory of the agricultural industry and enterprise competitiveness, constructing the evaluation index system of enterprises, then used the empirical data of several leading enterprises in Heilongjiang Province to analyzed the development of models, and to find the prevalence of problem and constraints, finally make a few practical recommendations.
农业龙头企业是为农民提供服务和促进商品生产发展的企业,实施农业建设是经济快速发展的关键。扶持中小企业成长,增强中小企业竞争实力,是加快建设现代农业、繁荣城乡经济的有效措施。本文在探讨如何评价龙头企业实力的基础上,以农业产业和企业竞争力理论为基础,构建了企业的评价指标体系,然后利用黑龙江省几家龙头企业的实证数据对模型的发展进行了分析,并找出了存在的问题和制约因素,最后提出了一些切实可行的建议。
