The article considers and substantiates the world experience that one of the effective mechanisms of increasing efficiency of marketing activity of micro, small and medium producers is the creation and functioning of agricultural cooperatives. It is characterized that in relation to agricultural cooperatives distinguish internal and external marketing and disclosed their essence with the point of view of the authors that these types of marketing should be implemented in a complex and each of them applies a certain set of tools, including digital. The most popular tools of external marketing for today are systematized. The authors have indicated the opinion that from the given digital tools of marketing in the activity of agricultural enterprises it is expedient to use the majority of them simultaneously with their differentiation under concrete needs and purposes. The authors noted that the greatest importance is now acquired by the use of mobile applications, the creation of websites and product promotion through online platforms for the free sale of goods. Researchers, based on data from the State Statistics Service of Ukraine, summarized information on the number of enterprises and their use of information and communication technologies. It was noted that there is no information about the state of implementation of information and communication technologies in agricultural enterprises in official statistical sources. The authors of the article analyzed the information from the site "Ukraine Today: Directory of leading enterprises of Ukraine" in terms of agro-industrial and food companies in Ukraine on the availability of agricultural and processing of agricultural products websites. The analysis showed that microenterprises marketing tools and digital, in particular, are not used, that is, they do not even have a website; small businesses that have a website, about 5% of their total number; among medium-sized companies website is about 80% of companies. In this regard, the authors proposed to amend the regulations to enable small agricultural enterprises to obtain marketing advantages and qualitatively improve the external and internal marketing of established agricultural cooperatives.Keywords: agricultural cooperatives, digital tools, information and communication technologies, marketing advantages of agricultural enterprises. The paper presents an algorithm for studying the external environment of host countries for the managerial decision-making process. It can be used by small and medium enterprises deciding to enter foreign markets. It is shown that the decisions made on the introduction of commodity export operations are preceded by the analytical work on the company’s internal potential, the choice of entry strategy, and the country for export. A modified PES-TEL analysis was performed to analyze the external environment of the host countries. It was the basis for conclusions on the state of the elements of the external environment of two countries: the Netherlands and Turkey. The external business environment of Turkey is characterized by: 1) the number of problems related to the rule of law, political instability, low efficiency of the government, assessment of the quality of legislation, corruption; 2) deterio-ration of the economic environment since 2016 due to political instability: unemployment and inflation rate have increased, the negative international trade balance has increased, the country's global competitiveness has declined; 3) the improvement of the social component: growth of the Human Development Index, life expectancy, and population; 4) despite the improvement of the legal environment for starting and running a business, there are problems in the legal field. Ukraine does not have a free trade agreement with Turkey. The external business environment of the Netherlands is characterized by: 1) favorable political climate for doing business: the high rule of law, political stability, the absence of corruption; 2) favorable economic situation and development: GDP (PPP) per capita, export, and import have increased, the unemployment rate has declined, the country has a high position in international rankings. Economic problems include rising inflation, excessive tax burdens, and excessive government spending; 3) the improvement of the social component: growth of the Human Development Index, life expectancy, popula-tion, and average wage; 4) high appreciation of the rule of law. Ukraine and the EU have a free trade agreement. The investigation of the external environment of the Netherlands and Turkey to assess its impact on future foreign economic operations has shown that the Netherlands has a more favorable external environment than Turkey. The Netherlands is a more attractive market due to the free trade agreement and therefore zero duty rate and fewer documents that need to be processed in the export process, long experience of cooperation between countries, higher prices for Ukrainian corn in the Dutch market.Keywords: external environment, international rankings, foreign economic activity, foreign markets, export. The article is devoted to the problem of managing one of the most important and at the same time the least studied types of business capital – intellectual capital, which combines intangible resources, intellectual property, opportunities and knowledge and can generate innovation, supporting the continuous process of transforming new knowledge into new goods and services. Despite the importance of intellectual capital in the operation of modern companies, today there is no consensus on its essence, due to the diversity of views of scholars who have studied this issue but are experts in various fields of economic activity, such as management, accounting, finance, marketing, human resource management, etc. The article reveals the essence, components, methods of assessing intel-lectual capital, groups of quantitative and qualitative indicators of its individual components, the system of indicators for assessing human, structural and socio-reputational capital. The vast majority of scholars are of the opinion that intellectual capital comprises three main components, namely human, structural and client capital. However, The International Integrated Reporting Framework, in addition to intellectual capital, provides for separate disclosure in reporting of information on the company's human and social-relationship capital. The framework does not deny that entities may divide capital into other categories, in particular, to include human, structural and reputational capitals in the intellectual capital. According to research, the following methods are most often used among intellectual capital valuation methods: Value Explorer method, which belongs to the group of direct valuation methods; the Market-to-Book method, according to which intellectual capital is determined by the ratio of market and book value of the company's equity; the method of determining the value added value of intellectual capital (VAIC), which belongs to the group of methods of return on assets (capital); Skandia's Navigator method – based on the scoring of a group of indicators. The article is devoted to the problems of finding and substantiating new ways of using the potential of land re-sources of territorial communities of Southern Ukraine, consolidation of factors that determine the development of places outside urban areas and are areas of agricultural production and rural development. The issues of arranging destinations and territories attractive for visitors due to the availability of tourist resources and increasing their competitiveness are becoming especially important. The publication reveals the issue of creating and implementing a brand of the territory as a tool for identifying and developing a competitive identity. The necessity of studying the peculiarities of territorial brand management from the standpoint of strategic management of economic transforma-tion processes in rural communities is substantiated. As a result of cooperation of the management of the Prysyva united territorial community and scientists of the International classical university (Nikolaev) the "Program of marketing actions" as a component of "Strategy of development of a community till 2026" was developed. The purpose of the "Program" was to create a marketing base for competition, business environment, tourist attractiveness of the destination and its branding, creating new jobs to improve living standards and increase local budget revenues.The methodological basis, content and sequence of stages of the brand project were developed, the features of the territory that were used as elements of the brand and the unique reflection of the object in the minds of visitors were identified. The project used image marketing tools to develop and use brand positioning and promotion strategies in the markets of tourism and health and recreation services. In accordance with the developed set of measures, an advertising and information campaign was launched with an emphasis on the ecological purity of the area and the healing properties of Siva hypersaline water and mud. Work has been started on the improvement of the terri-tories adjacent to Sivash, construction of infrastructure facilities, and a number of agreements with tour operators. The project was presented at the tourist forum where a thematic tour with elements of dramatization was held. The first year of the project confirmed the effectiveness of the developed and implemented tools – the number of visitors in 2021 increased from 10-15 to 75 thousand annually.Keywords: territorial marketing, brand management, brand project, tourist destination, competitiveness of the territory. In the age of growing competition, the role of design rapidly transforms. It becomes a key element in customer-organization communication, a tool of new product development and business model optimization. The need for a design strategy arises in response to existing problems and challenges faced by organizations, in particular: unsatisfied customer needs; changes in customers behavior and attitudes towards the market; new ideas and trends emerging in the market. Design strategy allows to place design decisions in the context of corporate business strategy providing, at the same time, the effective process of developing new or improved products that meet customer needs. The arti-cle is devoted to the theoretical aspects of design strategy formation as a means to ensure the strategic direction of design decisions. The purpose of the article is to determine the general principles, prerequisites, tasks and stages of implementation of design strategy based on the analysis of design development trends in modern organizations. The general scheme of design strategy development in business projects is offered. It is based on the following principles: customer orientation which demands to keep in focus the needs of target audience; strategic synchronization with the organizational business strategy and the brand strategy; integration with the key business structures; cooperation with staff members at all stages of new product development. Tasks and prerequisites of design strategy are formulated. The general scheme of design strategy development is considered as a sequence of steps that should be taken into account in order to get strategic focus of design decisions. The design strategy development begins with a deep understanding of consumer needs and synchronizes with the business strategy and brand strategy. Design strategy is formed at the intersection of strategic and creative thinking, which allows to combine consistency, planning and cost-effectiveness with new ideas, creativity and innovation. It becomes a key element in customer-organization communication, a tool of new product development and business model optimization. The need for a design strategy arises in response to existing problems and challenges faced by organizations, in particular: unsatisfied customer needs; changes in customers behavior and attitudes towards the market; new ideas and trends emerging in the market. Design strategy allows to place design decisions in the context of corporate business strategy providing, at the same time, the effective process of developing new or improved products that meet customer needs. The arti-cle is devoted to the theoretical aspects of design strategy formation as a means to ensure the strategic direction of design decisions. The purpose of the article is to determine the general principles, prerequisites, tasks and stages of implementation of design strategy based on the analysis of design development trends in modern organizations. The general scheme of design strategy development in business projects is offered. It is based on the following principles: customer orientation which demands to keep in focus the needs of target audience; strategic synchronization with the organizational business strategy and the brand strategy; integration with the key business structures; cooperation with staff members at all stages of new product development. Tasks and prerequisites of design strategy are formulated. The general scheme of design strategy development is considered as a sequence of steps that should be taken into account in order to get strategic focus of design decisions. The design strategy development begins with a deep understanding of consumer needs and synchronizes with the business strategy and brand strategy. Design strategy is formed at the intersection of strategic and creative thinking, which allows to combine consistency, planning and cost-effectiveness with new ideas, creativity and innovation. The article covers the set of methodical, methodological and practical directions in developing personnel management among financial control services of international business structures. Also, it's intended to define personnel management among financial control services of international business structures and measures for its effective implementation. At the same time terms and categories were proposed regarding social and economic essence of financial control services and personnel management therein. It was determined that financial control services is the division at international business entity that is responsible for effective long-term strate-gy of its financial and economic management of own activities in the context of social and economic relations transformation. Taking into account this approach, personnel management among financial control service is a comprehensive impact of the head of enterprise on persons employed by this division (financial controllers) regarding their effective work and achieving objectives of business entity. The main stages in implementing personnel management among financial control services in agricultural enterprises are defined. Thus they include: developing conditions and indicators regarding employees hiring; vocational training and postgraduate training of specialists; employees hiring, promotion in post and rotation of all specialists at posts; establishing reserve of labor resources taking into account their professional and job duties, skills and abilities, etc. The scientific novelty of results obtained involve identification, substantiation and analysis of main stages in implementing personnel management among financial control services in international business structures in the context of changing business relations at international level. The article considers the importance of rational use and effective management of working time in modern conditions. Time is a unique resource that does not recover and does not accumulate, it must be used wisely to obtain certain values. At the same time, it is an important competitive factor, so the level and quality of working time needs systematic research. The article presents methods for studying the cost of working time, provides indicators of the use of working time for certain types of economic activity, identifies and summarizes the main causes of losses and irrational costs of working time. It is noted that all-day loss of working time is determined by comparing the actual time worked and the normative fund of time, and internal – by conducting special studies. Downtime (loss of working time) may depend on the contractors themselves, the employer and arise from other circumstances that do not depend on the direct subjects of labor relations. In the conditions of digitalization of the economy, intensification of competition and transformation of classical labor relations, the role of personal labor planning as a component of rational use of labor and working time in particular is growing. The article considers non-standard forms of employ-ment that are gaining popularity in modern conditions, namely: flexible working hours, part-time employment, remote employment, homework, outstaffing and more. Reducing or eliminating the loss of working time is a reserve for increasing productivity, production, profitability, which does not require significant costs or additional investment, so in conditions of limited financial resources becomes a priority for businesses. In modern conditions of a transformational economy, the processes of forming partnerships are especially relevant, based on the construction of the concept of digital strategic partnership, which opens up new competitive opportunities in the search for rational behavior of economic microsystems. The article identifies three main stages of globalization and the place of digitalization of all processes of social life. The studied features of the development of digital strategic partnerships made it possible to highlight the prerequisites for creating digital strategic partnerships and the main factors influencing their development: economic, political, social, technical and cultural factors. The controversy of scientific views on the definition of the essence of the concept of "stra-tegic partnership" is considered, two main approaches to the definition of the essence of the concept of "strategic partnership" are highlighted – according to the goals of creation and levels of economic relations. According to the goal of creating strategic partnerships, it identifies such classification features as: partnership as an agreement, partnership as a model of competition, partnership as a relational model, partnership as an international alliance of enterprises. According to the levels of economic de-velopment, strategic partnerships are distinguished at the macro level, at the meso level and at the micro level. The author pres-ents the definition of the term "Digital Strategic Partnership" as a set of parties (enterprises) to achieve a certain strategic goal, in particular to increase efficiency, which implies the creation of a common system of values and processes based on the use of resources. and partner competencies based on a single digital platform for business organizations. The article is devoted to the study of the current state and prerequisites for the development of management consulting as a component of professional, scientific and technical activities of Ukraine. The essence and functions of professional management consulting in the structure of NACE2010 are revealed. According to static data of the State Statistics Service of Ukraine, the dynamics and structure of development of the field of professional, scientific and technical activities of Ukraine during 2012–2020 were studied. The slowdown in economic growth in 2020 has been revealed in both the industry as a whole and management consulting services caused by the economic crisis caused by the global COVID19 pandemic. According to the structure of busi-ness entities of the studied industry, there are business entities with the status of individual entrepreneurs. Difficulties have been identified in determining the importance of management consulting in the national economy, due to the lack of statistical infor-mation on the parameters and performance of management consultants. A clear synchronization in the dynamics of the studied market parameters of the development of the industry is a component of professional, scientific and technical activities of Ukraine and management consulting. The dialectical system connection of the development of the field of professional, scientific and technical activity and the market of management consulting services is proved. Modern management consulting is revealed as a leading infrastructural institute of economy, where intellectual products are created, which contribute to the qualitative improve-ment of the activity of socioeconomic subjects at the micro and macro level. The innovative orientation of the national economy as a prerequisite for the spread and effective development of management consulting in Ukraine is substantiated. Stimulating and disincentive factors for the development of management consulting in the national economy are argued. Prospects for the development of management consulting in the national economy under conditions of stabilization, the formation of a favorable foreign economic environment, as well as the Government's actions to continue the implementation of measures to mitigate the negative effects of the COVID19 pandemic.Keywords: management consulting, professional, scientific and technical activity, consultant, statistical information, factors, development. The article considers the evolution of the formation of approaches to defining the essence of man in the economy. The theoretical foundations of the concept of «economic man» are described and its correspondence to modern processes is shown. The perception of the «economic man» model in economic discourse is analyzed. A comparative analysis of the views of different economic schools on the place and role of man in the economy makes it possible to argue that the analysis of models of economic man has not yet stood out in an independent area of research in world economics. In the framework of rather infrequent attempts in the literature to comprehensively analyze the theoretical and methodological problems associated with the economic person, there is not yet a clear definite definition. Others believe that «economic man is a metaphorical or figurative concept that means a prerequisite for a hypotheticaldeductive system of economic theory». There is also the opinion that the economic person is characterized by goals based on selfinterest and rational choice of means, but the rationality of the economic person does not extend to the choice of goals themselves. It is purely in-strumental in nature and is associated exclusively with the choice of optimal means of selfinterest, which is equivalent to maximizing the individual objective function. The models of the economic person formulated above have developed in the course of more than two centuries of evolution of economic science. During this time, some features of the economic man, previously considered basic, have disappeared as optional. These signs include the inevitable selfishness, completeness of information, instant reaction. Entre-preneurial abilities have been added to the main features, where an economic person can work to satisfy his own needs constantly, or become the driving force of this process and then simply control this process, thus satisfying all his needs.Keywords: man, economic man, model of «economic man», sociological man. У статті розглянуто еволюцію формування підходів до визначення сутності людини в економіці. Охарактеризовано теоретичні засади концепції «економічної людини» та показано її відповідність сучасним процесам. Проаналізовано сприйняття моделі «економічної людини» в економічному дискурсі. Порівняльне аналізування поглядів різних економічних шкіл на місце і роль людини в економіці дає можливість стверджувати те, що економічна людина розглядалася не як фактичний суб’єкт, який володіє волею, приймає конкретні господарські рішення, а як пасивний носій тієї чи іншої соціальної ролі.
