: This report presents the ionic series of mass spectra of polyoxaperfluoroalkanes, as well as their derivatives with terminal halide atoms. In comparison with ionic series of linear perfluoroalkanes, as well as its derivatives with terminal halide atoms. Fragmentation changes due to oxygen atoms of the chain, as well as the structure of terminal groups, are discussed.
