The present work has as its theme the place of the word in the context of the emergence of the humanities and its interrelationship with the sciences such as psychology, the language sciences as philology and linguistics and its counterpoint with psychoanalysis. In order to trace the emergence of man as an object of science from the 19th century, the work explains how psychology, in seeking a place with the empirical sciences, and using a discourse based on positivist terms, eventually neglected to be constituted essentially by discursive objects constituted in a historical and cultural context, destituting itself from a word field. The word construct is therefore treated as the main axis of the text, drawing especially on the contributions of Foucault, Thomas Teo, Danziger, Freud and Lacan. As a conclusion, the relationship between language, word and psychoanalysis was drawn, culminating in the understanding that it is the impossibility of language, demonstrated in its lalangue aspect, that it is possible for the human to come and exist, although not in a way of completeness.

Work and humanization in health: experiences within SUS 卫生工作和人性化:统一系统内的经验

Este artículo describe las experiencias en la salud pública brasileña durante la peor crisis sanitaria de la historia de Brasil, debido a las amenazas del COVID-19. Destaca el trabajo en salud en sus múltiples dimensiones y matices. Destaca el trabajo en salud en sus múltiples dimensiones y matices, enfatizando la Política de Humanización del SUS (PNH) que reconoce las condiciones desfavorables y opresivas del trabajo en salud. Rechaza, por un lado, las posiciones victimizadas o pasivas que a veces asumen los trabajadores y gestores y, por otro, la idealización de soluciones que provienen de fuera del contexto de los trabajadores o que están heterodeterminadas. (Re) apresentando o território escolar: uma possibilidade inventiva (重新)呈现学校领域:一种创造性的可能性

This article proposes to meet and to discuss a school territory, in the interior of the RS, in search of building a map. This construction runs through the field between the relationships and practices with/in school charting their routes already established and its deviations, between visibilities and invisibilities. It has as objectives to chart the possibilities of invention at school and how to explore the relationship of subjects with/in the school space. For it, is through cartography, research-intervention method, that the steps of this research are built, questioning implications, observations and interventions of the cartographer with the views and landscapes built. With this, it was possible to find analyzers – the gate, the circle and the circus - which enabled experience and to build these landscapes, filled with feelings, strengths and shapes, (re) created a map of the territory, (re) presented in the writing of this article. Finally, it is understood that it is necessary to leave the extremes and experience the “in-betweens” that configure and compose the territory. The researcher-cartographer who inhabits the field of psychology sought, from this production, a movement of concerns, leaving here the suggestion of moving away from such extremes. Listening to instituted modes, giving voice to instituting desires and being able to create between the two, allowing oneself to be an artist by inventing different modes of relationship(action) in the school territory

Identidade indígena: olhares a partir da Psicologia Social 土著身份:社会心理学视角

This study consists in a integrative review whose aim is to identify how social psychology has abroached the questions relating to indigenous identity. The survey was done from articles that deal with indigenous questions in the perspective of social psychology in electronic bases: SciELO, Pepsic, LILACS, BVS–Psi e APA. The descriptors were: ethnic identity, indigenous, indian, social identity and social psychology. By considering the inclusion and exclusion criteria, 19 national and internacional studies were compiled, referring to the last decade, published Psychology magazines, by making evident the recent character of studies that may approximate Social Psychology and indigenous identity. By means of accomplished survey, it was found that the publications about the theme were organized in four axes: (1) comprehension of ethnic identity to arise from Social Psychology; (2) Social representations, preconception and discrimination against indigenous; (3) Effects of the interethnic relationship for indigenous and (4) The challenges of the relationship between the researcher and indigenous.

As mulheres em Lolita: um discurso violento sobre a sexualidade feminina 《洛丽塔》中的女性:关于女性性行为的暴力话语

This article intends to construe a psychoanalytical reading about the women in the literary work Lolita, by Vladimir Nabokov, published in 1955. The book is the autobiography of Humbert Humbert, 38, whose love object is a 12-year-old girl whom that he names as a nymphet. The narrator argues for the existence of two different female categories. The first would be attributed to adult women, named as palliative agents as permitted by the Law to have sexual relations with men. The second to diabolical nymphets, their true object of desire. Starting from a Freudolacanian reading about the feminine and supported by the philosopher Simone de Beauvoir’s studies on the categories of women’s social representation, this paper will return to the narrator Humbert Humbert, creator of such categories of the feminine, to investigate concept about fetishism. At the end of the work, we were able to realize that the discourse about female sexuality is constituted for the exclusive benefit of Humbert Humbert, who determines and enjoys the naming of women, that is, by talking about the feminine, the narrator helps us to produce a knowledge, in fact, about male sexuality.

Saúde mental infanto-juvenil: o cuidado em municípios de pequeno porte 儿童和青年心理健康:小城市的护理

This research presents the care strategies in Child and Adolescent Mental Health (SMIJ) in the municipality of Guamiranga, located in the south-central region of the state of Paraná. We seek to understand which strategies are used, based on the experiences of Community Health Agents (CHA), to identify and monitor children who have demands for mental health care. This research was divided into three stages: accompanying home visits, a focal group with CHAs and an analysis and data systematization utilizing Institucional Analysis. We understand that in order to produce this complex care network for CAMHC, it´s necessary to overcome the logic of personification, especialization and medicalization in the hopes that this care model for the CAMHC becomes a part of the political agenda of the city. The care needs to be based on the logic of co-responsibility and intersectoriality so that it´s not set on education as the place responsible for these issues.

A pandemia da COVID-19 exigiu medidas de proteção que repercutiram no modo de vida das famílias. Os impactos podem ter sido mais intensos em famílias com crianças com deficiência ou transtorno global do desenvolvimento (TGD) que necessitam de cuidados e estímulos específicos. O objetivo deste estudo foi analisar o impacto do isolamento social na percepção de estresse, estresse parental e apoio social percebido por mães e pais de crianças com deficiência/TGD. Trata-se de um estudo transversal com 37 participantes, em duas fases independentes de coleta de dados (F1; F2). Utilizou-se instrumentos autoaplicáveis disponibilizados em um Formulário Google: Questionário Sociodemográfico; Questionário sobre percepção da influência do isolamento social na dinâmica familiar; Escala de Estresse Percebido; Escala de Estresse Parental e Escala de Apoio Social. Observou-se que a percepção de estresse em F2 foi significativamente maior que em F1 e em famílias com mais de um filho (p<0,05). A maioria das participantes referiu ter apoio familiar, profissional e institucional. Conclui-se que a sobrecarga com os cuidados dos filhos em pandemia possa ter favorecido elevada percepção de estresse entre as mães ao longo do tempo. Porém, apesar das dificuldades, o apoio social positivo parece ter favorecido a adaptação das famílias.

Este artigo de revisão sistemática analisou produções e pesquisas científicas a respeito de práticas escolares que fazem uso de laudos e diagnósticos no contexto da inclusão escolar no Brasil, no período de 2009 a 2019, objetivando acessar as contingências desse uso enquanto um dispositivo de (ex)inclusão. Para tanto, foi realizada busca no Portal Periódicos CAPES, utilizando os descritores "diagnóstico" and “educação especial”, “diagnóstico” and “inclusão escolar”, “laudo” and “educação especial” e “laudo” and “inclusão escolar”, o que resultou em 261 artigos submetidos à Revisão por Pares. Após aplicação de critérios de inclusão e exclusão, obteve-se a amostra final de 13 artigos, publicados em 8 periódicos, com predominância das regiões Sul e Centro-Oeste, e equilíbrio entre estudos teóricos e empíricos. De um modo geral, os estudos apresentam dois tipos de posicionamentos a respeito do uso de laudos e diagnósticos nas práticas de inclusão: reconhecem efeitos patologizantes e limitantes; mas também identificam situações em que laudos e diagnósticos se fazem necessários. As práticas tematizadas dão pistas de que a inclusão como educação para todos se impõe ainda como um desafio a educadores e pesquisadores da área.

Em 1886, o psiquiatra Richard Von Krafft-Ebing lançou a obra Psychopathia Sexualis e se tornou o responsável por articular uma nova perspectiva para o estudo da sexualidade. Suas teorizações atravessaram séculos e até hoje tem consequências diretas na ideia contemporânea sobre sexualidade humana. Esse artigo, no campo da história da psicologia, pretende abordar o conceito masoquismo. Criado por Krafft-Ebing em 1890, o masoquismo representa até os dias de hoje uma peça importante para diversos campos psicológicos. O artigo irá retomar a história conceito do masoquismo, analisar a criação do mesmo dentro da Psychopathia Sexualis e elucidar e discutir caminhos e implicações teóricas da ideia de masoquismo dentro da teoria das perversões sexuais, um dos maiores nichos do estudo psiquiátrico do século XIX e início do século XX.
