Synchronous reluctance motor flux linkage saturation modeling based on stationary identification and neural networks 基于平稳辨识和神经网络的同步磁阻电机磁链饱和建模

For synchronous reluctance motor (SynRM) parameters are easy to change when the magnetic circuit is saturated, and the characteristics of significant nonlinearity, the control based on fixed parameters will easily lead to poor control accuracy. In this paper, the influence of magnetic saturation of the motor magnetic circuit on the parameters is taken into account, and the motor parameters based on the stationary identification technique are identified offline. Simultaneously, due to the effect of hysteresis saturation, it is difficult to simply fit the stationary identified magnetic flux linkage parameters into the motor parameter curves. This paper combines a neural network training model with a control algorithm to dynamically assign the optimal current in real-time to improve response speed and robustness when controlling synchronous reluctance motors. By applying the neural network training data to the simulation analysis of MTPA control, the effectiveness of the adopted identification method and motor modeling method as well as the identified parameters applied to the high-precision control of synchronous reluctance motors is verified.

Three-level microgrid inverter optimization algorithm based on model prediction control 基于模型预测控制的三级微网逆变器优化算法

Most microgrid (MG) inverters are based on the voltage and current double loop control structure of PI to achieve control objectives, but the controller parameter setting is complex and the dynamic response speed is slow. In this paper, the predictive model control (MPC) is used to replace the traditional voltage and current double loop modulation for T-type three-level inverter to improve the dynamic response speed and parameter setting. At the same time, aiming at the complexity of online calculation of MPC algorithm of T-type three-level inverter, an optimized algorithm is proposed and the redundant vectors are eliminated in advance, the speed of MPC is increased and improve the total harmonic distortion (THD) of MG inverter output waveform.

An OSGi-based production process monitoring system for SMEs 基于osgi的中小企业生产过程监控系统

The present paper proposes an architecture for a product process monitoring system suitable for SMEs (Small-Medium Enterprises). The monitoring system is the main means by which decision-making systems based on intelligent automation technologies are aware of the state of the system on which they will take decisions. Methods and tools from best-practice and best-effort approaches are proposed in the context of SMEs, where the requirements of low cost, low initial level of digitisation and high production flexibility often coexist and contribute to the complexity of management and control problems in these companies. The paper focuses on the design of the monitoring system using an OSGi framework to meet industry standards and Industry 4.0 requirements, taking into account the peculiarities of SMEs as design constraints. The proposed architecture was first tested using a simulation tool and then implemented on a full-scale production line used for data collection.

Iron Loss Measurement Segregation between an Assembled Stator Core and Tester 组装定子铁芯与测试仪之间的铁损测量偏析

For accurate prediction of iron losses in steel laminations, manufacturing effects and actual flux distributions has to be considered in the measurement process. This work aims at proposing a systematic iron loss measurement segregation approach between a tester and an assembled stator core. The tested stator core is exposed to different magnetization levels and frequencies along with different pole configurations produced by the magnetizer to assess the proposed approach. The effects of stator assembly, as well as the rotating nature of the excitation flux, are considered. It is shown that the employment of manufacturer steel data at high flux densities results in a considerable underestimation of the assembled stator core losses. Therefore, a comparison has been conducted between measured specific iron loss data of the stator core and the standard Epstein frame data for the particular M36G29 steel lamination comprising the tested stator.

Integrating Smart Contracts in Manufacturing for Automated Assessment of Production Quality 将智能合约集成到制造中,实现生产质量的自动评估

Products and materials traceability is essential in modern manufacturing, where the production must meet certain standards that range from Quality Control (QC) to the quality of the used materials. In this environment, blockchain applications allow certifying data provenience and subsequent modification, offering trust and security along the entire supply chain. Nonetheless, the design and the development of such applications are usually performed manually and, thus, subject to errors.In this paper, we propose a methodology allowing to automatically generate smart contracts starting from a SysML model. This approach allows easing the integration of blockchain applications in a production system: by abstracting the implementations with models, it is possible to generate smart contracts for different blockchains, connecting to multiple production environments.We applied the proposed methodology on a real manufacturing system, assessing the quality of a case-study production.

Analysis and Testing of a Four Coil Magnetic Levitation Configuration 四线圈磁悬浮结构的分析与测试

Magnetic levitation in general is relevant to applications which require fine control of motion, vibration, force and torque. One common method for magnetic levitation is to use four iron core coils connected in pairs, two Hall effect sensors, and an outer ring of permanent magnets to levitate disk magnets from below. This method uses only two feedback control loops to stabilize rotation and translation of the magnet together in both horizontal directions, where vertical translation is passively stable and its vertical axis yaw rotation is left uncontrolled to rotate freely. The advantageous features of this levitation configuration is that only two sensors and actuators are needed to levitate a magnet above an array of coils.To investigate the characteristics of this magnetic levitation method, we have modeled the forces and torques produced on the levitated magnet from the fixed magnets and induced magnetization of the coil cores according to its position and orientation. This model will enable modification of the system design parameters to optimize performance in terms of levitated weight, height, stability or any other desired criteria of the levitation system. Our control implementation demonstrates that simple proportional-derivative (PD) control of the two feedback loops is sufficient to stabilize the motion of the levitated magnet.

A New Five-Level Grid-Connected PV Inverter Topology Controlled By Model Predictive 模型预测控制的新型五电平光伏并网逆变器拓扑

The transformer-based inverters in PV systems increase the weight, size, and cost of the inverter while reducing efficiency. This research presents a new PV inverter topology to increase efficiency using a reduction of dc-link. The proposed multilevel inverter is comprised of six power switches, one discrete diode, and three capacitors to produce five voltage levels. The proposed inverter is connected to a PV panel at input and a local grid at output to inject a sinusoidal current waveform into the grid. To control the grid current, a finite set model predictive control is needed to evaluate the proposed inverter. A comparison study is carried out between the proposal and other five-level inverters to verify the strengths and weaknesses of the proposed multilevel inverter. Finally, to demonstrate the performance of the proposed multilevel inverter, the simulation results are presented in the MATLAB/Simulink environment.

Modular Multilevel Converters—Part I: Modeling Based on State-Plane Analysis 模块化多电平变换器——第一部分:基于状态面分析的建模

Modular multilevel converter is deemed the solution for high-voltage high-power applications. The introduction of capacitor to each arm leads to complicated power flow and thus complicated control scheme. Without a proper control, this often results in large circulating energy. The state plane analysis identified the two types of circulating energies, one related to the power difference between input and output, and the other related to the internal power swapping. Due to their orthogonal nature, a coordinate transformation is proposed, which leads to a decoupled equivalent circuit model. The proposed model suggests two control laws, aiming at eliminating both types of circulating energy.

Performance Evaluation of V2X Communication for Connected Autonomous Vehicles in Platooning 网联自动驾驶车辆V2X通信性能评价

Vehicle platooning is one of the important V2X applications for automated and connected cars. It provides various benefits including low CO2 emissions and low fuel consumption in addition to traffic efficiency and safety. However, due the short distances between the vehicles and the obstacles in the environment, the communication reliability becomes of utmost importance for these vehicles for their safe operation. It is essential to analyse platooning system in various conditions. In this work, we present factors and their effects on the communication quality and their effects on the platooning applications. The results obtained from these studies can be used to improve the communication methods during a real-life platooning application for enhanced safety and reliability.

A Real-Time Simulation Framework to Evaluate the Scheduling of V2G in Distribution Networks 配电网V2G调度评估的实时仿真框架

This paper presents a real-time simulation framework for the evaluation of V2G scheduling applications in distribution networks. Mathematical models of electric vehicles (EVs), uni- and bi-directional charging stations (CSs), and Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) are introduced for power management analysis. A power management (PM) algorithm for peak load shaving via BESS, and Vehicle-to-Grid (V2G) technology is presented to exercise the framework. The overall framework is validated by considering the impact of high penetration of EVs on the campus network of Forschungszentrum Jülich, and the V2G-based mitigation solution.
