Objective: To explore the psychological status and influencing factors of the public during the COVID-19 outbreak in 2019, and to provide a basis for psychological health interventions. Method: A cross-sectional survey was conducted using online questionnaires from January 31 to February 2, 2020. A survey was conducted on adults affected by the epidemic in various parts of China. The questionnaire included demographic data, anxiety, psychological resilience, and a self-designed stressor scale, and was conducted using χ Perform statistical analysis using 2-test and logistic regression analysis. A total of 4827 valid questionnaires were obtained, with an average age of (32.3 ± 10.0) years. Women accounted for 67.7%, only 7.9% had a history of exposure to Hubei, and 14.8% had suspected or confirmed cases in the community. The average score of GAD-7 is 6.29 ± 5.48, and the incidence of moderate to severe anxiety is 22.6%. Using moderate to severe anxiety as the dependent variable, logistic regression analysis found that there is a moderate to high understanding of COVID-19 (OR: 2.74-7.97, P). Conclusion: Overattention to COVID-19 information and perception of transmission risk during the outbreak of the epidemic will increase the risk of anxiety. The public generally experiences anxiety, and psychological intervention should be strengthened to increase social support and improve psychological resilience.

Objective: To understand the level of public media exposure and mental health status in sudden public health events, and to provide a basis for optimizing the channels of health communication and the content and direction of health education. Method: A cross-sectional study was used to design and distribute a structured self filled electronic questionnaire. Information on public media exposure, health behavior cognition, and mental health status of Chinese citizens aged ≥ 18 years old was collected online from January 31 to February 2, 2020. apply χ 2 tests and logistic regression were used for statistical analysis. A total of 4827 valid questionnaires were collected, with males accounting for 32.3% and those currently residing in Hubei accounting for 2.7%. The age range was 18-85 years old, with an average of (32.32 ± 9.98) years old. 38.4% and 22.7% of the media exposed to epidemic information for more than 3 hours and less than 1 hour per day, respectively. The proportion of anxiety is 53.3%, the proportion of severe anxiety is 9.6%, and the proportion of depression is 48.3%. The higher the media exposure, the more comprehensive the preventive measures are( ρ= 0.091, P Conclusion: Media exposure can affect the public's mental health, increase the risk of anxiety and depression. While preventing and controlling the epidemic, attention should be paid to counseling the public's mental health.

ObjectiveTo develop a method for the determination and impurity analysis of vitamin D3 soft capsules with soybean oil matrix in reverse phase high performance liquid chromatography (RP-HPLC) system. MethodsRP-HPLC system had Agilent Zorbax Eclipse XDB-C18 column (4.6 mm × 250 mm, 5 μm) with detection wavelength of 265 nm, column temperature of 25 ℃ and flow rate of 1 mL/min. Retention behaviors of vitamin D3 and its 3 isomers were studied by altering the mobile phase. Firstly, acetonitrile was mixed with different proportions of methanol, water and ethanol as the mobile phase to investigate the effects of these 4 mobile phase components on the retention behavior of vitamin D3 and its 3 main related substances (isomers) on a C18 column. Then, a suitable mobile phase was selected for content determination and impurity analysis according to the retention behavior study. ResultsThe recovery was only 80.55%-84.37% with 100% acetonitrile as the mobile phase.The addition of ethanol in acetonitrile was found to make remarkably significant improvement. Recovery rate was achieved between 98.07% and 103.23% with V (acetonitrile):V (ethanol)=90:10 as the mobile phase, while improving peak shape. The method showed good linearity [(0.52-5.2)×10-4 μmol/L, R2>0.999] and fine density (RSD < 2.32%) which can be used for determination. For impurities profile, it could be achieved using V (acetonitrile):V (water)=95:5 as the mobile phase which can obviate interference from soybean oil matrix. ConclusionsThe method established in this experiment can easily and accurately determine the content and impurity analysis of vitamin D3 soft capsules with soybean oil matrix in a RP-HPLC system.
