In the context of globalization, tourism promotion is no longer limited to the domestic market, we should pay more attention to the international market. The cultural differences often lead to cultural misunderstandings and even cultural conflicts during cross-cultural communication. After studying the official accounts of Tourist Administration on Sina Weibo and Twitter, this paper finds that different factors have similar impact on communication effect of cross-cultural tourism promotion on two social platforms (Sina Weibo and Twitter) although there are cultural differences.

This paper grasps the theoretical connotation of strictly governing the Party in an all-round way supported by cultural self-confidence, scientifically constructs the practical logic of strictly governing the Party in an all-round way from the perspective of cultural self-confidence, and insists on the organic unity of theoretical connotation and practical logic. Firstly, the logical approach between Marxism and Chinese culture is sorted out from the perspective of strict Party governance rooted in Chinese culture in an all-round way. The second is to break through the limitation of the one-way study of the influence of cultural self-confidence on the overall strict governance of the Party, and to study the dialectical relationship between the comprehensive strict governance of the Party and Chinese culture. Thirdly, on the basis of theoretical research, we should strengthen cultural selfconfidence and promote the practical logic of strictly administering the Party in an all-round way.

. Tourism publicity translation is a kind of cross-cultural language communication behavior. Tourism publicity talents are the most direct spokespersons for the image of scenic spots through the media of external communication. The publicity texts adopted by them actually show the international image to the world, so any mistranslation of publicity should not be underestimated. From the perspective of Adaptation & Selection Theory, this paper explores the training strategy of tourism publicity talents from the cultivation of three dimensions: language, culture and communication. Through case study of mistranslation in some scenic spots, this paper analyses the causes of publicity mistranslation with an aim to improve the quality of tourism publicity translation in China and promote the training strategy of tourism publicity talents.

Security is one of the most important theme in international relation. This paper introduces three main analysis paths of security study and indicates deficiencies of each one applied in analyzing security issue, thereout, it elaborates four elements and theoritical framework of Regional Security Complex Theory. The paper then goes into case study analysis by application of such theory, it examines three Regional Security Complexes of Britain and indicates elements, themes and order of them. Finally, the paper evaluates key factors in each Regional Security Complex for ensuring sercurity of Britain.

With the advent of the mobile Internet era, the sudden network public opinion greatly affects the shaping and cultivation of students' ideology, world outlook, outlook on life and values in Higher Vocational colleges. The state attaches great importance to the work of network education, and has formed a unique network view, which has important guiding significance for the development of network public opinion guidance in Higher Vocational colleges. This paper focuses on Xi Jinping's network view, and takes students from five higher vocational colleges in Hubei Province as the object of investigation. It mainly investigates and analyses the students’ participation in and concern for the network public opinion, and the students' evaluation of the current situation of the network public opinion guidance work in Higher Vocational colleges.

Knowledge management is a brand-new management concept and management method. It is a series of knowledge activities that are beneficial to knowledge innovation by utilizing the knowledge assets inside and outside the organization. Knowledge management has a narrow and broad sense. The so-called narrow management mainly refers to the management of knowledge itself, including the management of knowledge creation, acquisition, processing, storage, dissemination and application. Knowledge management in a broad sense includes not only the management of knowledge, but also the management of various resources and intangible assets related to knowledge, including the comprehensive and whole process management of knowledge organization, equipment, knowledge assets, knowledge activities, and knowledge personnel. The teaching method of sports dance should include two main parts: the completion means of the teaching task and the teaching task itself. Specifically, the teaching method of sports dance is to achieve the purpose of teaching, so that students can master the relevant knowledge and skills of sports dance. Teachers have a purposeful and planned arrangement, guidance and enlightenment for students, and ask students to think, observe and practice.
