Peran Penyuluh Agama Hindu Dalam Pendidikan Karakter Generasi Muda Di Kabupaten Barito Selatan

The moral crisis is no longer a simple case but has serious consequences for the students, meanwhile to build a developed country it is necessary to have a young generation with noble character and character. This personality case can be seen from the existence of student brawls, juvenile delinquency, crime among young people, and so on. The phenomenon that occurs in several areas in South Barito Regency proves that this character education crisis also occurs in the region where juvenile delinquency is rampant and has entered the realm of crime. The role of Hindu religious instructors in character education for the younger generation in South Barito Regency is to teach knowledge about religious teachings and train religious skills. To do this, Hindu religious instructors also guide and motivate the younger generation to be diligent and study hard and be involved in the activities carried out. Hindu religious instructors also set an example for the younger generation in appearance and behavior in accordance with the teachings of goodness. The role of the Hindu religious instructor is to bring about a change in the character of the young generation of Hindus in South Barito Regency for the better.

Konstruksi Internalisasi Perubahan Budaya Pernikahan Melalui Media Sebagai Pertarungan Modal Sosial Kelas Ekonomi Menengah 通过媒体对婚姻文化的内化建设作为一场社会经济资本斗争

The purposed of this research is to find how the construction of wedding cultural change phenomenon of middle low economic class society in Palangkaraya internalized through media. This research applies Pierre Bourdieu's reproduction of culture, Berger-Luckman’s construction of social reality, Veblen's emulation and global media concept as the framework. The Paradigm used in this research is constructionism and qualitative research which held in Palangkaraya. Depth interview and observation are used as data collection technique. This research has succeeded to explain the connection between social construction of reality on marriage and social struggle in the field of wedding with the influence of mass media in the wedding cultural change phenomenon for middle low economic class in Palangkaraya.
本研究旨在探究帕朗卡拉亚中低经济阶层社会婚礼文化变迁现象的建构是如何通过媒介内化的。本研究以布迪厄的文化再生产理论、伯格-卢克曼的社会现实建构理论、凡勃伦的模仿理论和全球媒介观为研究框架。本研究采用的范式是帕朗卡拉亚学派的建构主义和质性研究。数据收集采用深度访谈和观察法。本研究成功地解释了婚姻现实的社会建构与婚礼领域的社会斗争之间的联系,以及大众传媒对帕朗卡拉亚中低经济阶层婚礼文化变迁现象的影响。

Pengaruh Media Massa dan Literasi Media Terhadap Komunikasi Sosialisasi Covid - 19 dari Pemerintah Indonesia 媒体和媒体素量对印尼政府Covid - 19社会化通信的影响

Pada artikel ini akan membahas lebih jauh tentang bagaimana dan apa yang dapat menjadi solusi dari pandemi covid -19 pun juga masih sangat gamang untuk diketahui, dikarenakan kondisi dan fenomena yang terjadi sekarang ini yang walaupun sudah dapat terprediksi oleh para ahli, masih akan tetap sulit untuk dikendalikan. Sosialisasi atau pemberian informasi tentang covid – 19 merupakan salah satu hal yang sangat vital yang harus diketahui oleh pemerintah Indonesia, dikarenakan hal ini merupakan upaya pencegahan paling awal yang dapat dilakukan agar masyarakat Indonesia memahami bagaimana harusnya yang mereka dapat lakukan dalam hidup berdampingan dengan covid. Oleh karena itu, pemerintah membentuk juru bicara khusus dalam rangka menjalin relasi melalui komunikasi dengan masyarakat dalam penyampaian isu – isu covid - 19,  hal ini juga menunjukkan pentingnya posisi langkah awal tersebut terhadap bagaimana implikasi covid – 19 bagi Indonesia kedepannya. Dalam hal ini, pemerintah tentunya membutuhkan media atau perantara antara pihak pemberi informasi yaitu pemerintah itu sendiri, terhadap pihak penerima informasi atau yang dalam hal ini adalah masyarakat. Disinilah media massa berperan dengan cukup besar terhadap proses relasi ini. Mengingat bagaimana media massa hingga sekarang merupakan salah satu sumber dalam mencari atau mendapatkan informasi bagi masyarakat. Namun, apakah pemanfaatan dan pemakaian dari media sudah baik? Terutama dalam bagaimana masyarakat yang dianggap sebagai “ goals “ atau tujuan dari proses komunikasi dalam penyampaian sosialisai tersebut, menerima dan memproses informasi atau pesan yang didapat melalui media yang ada atau yang biasa disebut sebagai literasi media.

Komunikasi AntarBudaya Masyarakat Multikultur di Kelurahan Tangkiling Kecamatan Bukit Batu Kota Palangka Raya

This article aims to analyze and describe the articulation and forms of communication carried out by communities of different customs, cultures and religions in Tangkiling Village, Bukit Batu District, Palangkaraya City. The problem is studied using intercultural communication theory. The method used is descriptive qualitative method, in which the data obtained is presented in the form of words which are assembled from information obtained from informants in the field. The data were collected through observation, in-depth interviews, and document study. Informants are selected by purposive sampling by looking at the knowledge and experience they have according to the data to be sought. Then the data is processed through three stages, namely data collection, data reduction, and data presentation. The results showed that the harmony of the multicultural society in Tangkiling Village was seen from the activities carried out in their daily social interactions such as: religious tolerance, mutual respect cooperation, while the articulation of the Tangkiling community towards differences in cultural customs was seeing culture as just another person's way of doing things and culture it is only a habit that has been carried out from generation to generation which is formed from the geographical conditions of the area.The form of intercultural communication carried out by multicultural communities in Tangkiling Village is through cultural adaptations such as language adaptation, food adaptation, and adaptation in cultivating agricultural land.

DIALEKTIKA MORAL DALAM TEKS SARASAMUCCAYA

Moral values have a sense of urgency in human culture and civilization. As a value, moral is the means to organize life together. Especially in an era of globalization, the world becomes open and bond moral values began to weaken. Society in crisis in all fields and the most severe crisis is moral. Sarasamuccaya as one source of value in Hinduism has a spirit and synergy of the moral, and cultural dialectic. Through the hermeneutics theoretical framework, this paper seeks to interpret and display the ideas of morality in the Text Sarasamuccaya. This discussion will focus on the moral aspect of thought, speech, and behavior. Why? Because in this area the movement of moral values occurs. Thus, Sarasamuccaya, very straightforward, and technical reminds us to always consider every activity of thought, speech, and behavior in order not to deviate from the guidelines of morality. The results of this study indicate that Sarasamuccaya explains morality in three, important areas, namely thoughts, speeches, and behaviors.

Ritual Toto Dalo Pada Umat Hindu Kaharingan di Kabupaten Murung Raya (Kontek Sosial)

Kehidupan beragama pada penganutnya, adalah bagaimana mereka menjalankan dan melaksanakan apa yang telah telah tertuang dalam kitab suci yang diwahyukan oleh Tuhan. Menjalankan ajaran agama merupakan pengejawantahan dari ajaran yadnya, yaitu korban suci berdasarkan hati yang tulus iklhas bagi pelakunya. Ritual agama sebagai salah satu kewajiban, bagi umat yang meyakini, akan menjalankannya penuh dengan suka cita. Sehingga ritual yang dilaksanakan menjadi ritual yang sadwika. Yadnya sebagai salah satu bentuk keyakinan dalam ajaran agama Hindu, dikenal dengan panca yadnya, yaitu Dewa yadnya, Manusa yadnya, Rsi yadnya, Pitra yadnya dan Bhuta yadnya. Terkait dengan perihal tersebut di atas, ritual Toto Dalo yang dilaksanakan oleh umat Hindu Kaharingan di desa Tohojun Onto Kecamatan Tanah Siang Kabupaten Murung Raya, tergolong dalam Pitra yadnya.  Ritual Toto Dalo merupakan mengantar roh orang yang meninggal dunia menuju alam kebahagiaan, alam kebebasan di mana umat Hindu Kaharingan di desa Tohojun Onto Kecamatan Tanah Siang Kabupaten Murung Raya dikenal dengan Danum Tato. Dalam pelaksanaannya ritual Toto Dalo, terkandung nilai-nilai social di dalamnya, diantaranya adalah nilai gotong royong sosial ekonomi, dan sosial budaya. Pelaksanaan ritual Toto Dalo dalam pelaksanaannya terdapat pelestarian social budaya, sehingga kelestaarian social dan budaya tetap terjaga dengan baik.

Yadnya sebagai salah satu bentuk keyakinan dalam ajaran agama Hindu, dikenal dengan panca yadnya, yaitu Dewa yadnya, Manusa yadnya, Rsi yadnya, Pitra yadnya dan Bhuta yadnya. \u0000Terkait dengan perihal tersebut di atas, ritual Toto Dalo yang dilaksanakan oleh umat Hindu Kaharingan di desa Tohojun Onto Kecamatan Tanah Siang Kabupaten Murung Raya, tergolong dalam Pitra yadnya.  Ritual Toto Dalo merupakan mengantar roh orang yang meninggal dunia menuju alam kebahagiaan, alam kebebasan di mana umat Hindu Kaharingan di desa Tohojun Onto Kecamatan Tanah Siang Kabupaten Murung Raya dikenal dengan Danum Tato. Dalam pelaksanaannya ritual Toto Dalo, terkandung nilai-nilai social di dalamnya, diantaranya adalah nilai gotong royong sosial ekonomi, dan sosial budaya. Explain about dharma isn’t easy. Discourse and personality of the new extension will touch the hearts of audiences when Religius Educator can communicate well and were able to give the example of the application of life in society . Therefore religius educator must have a communication competence that is rhetoric that touched the hearts of the audience so that they can work on improving the quality of understanding of religious teachings Hindus. The results showed that Dharma Wacana is  informative and persuasive rhetoric into studies that must be mastered by religius educator. Therefore, the religius educator  must pay attention to the discovery phase, the preparation of the message and remember the messages to be delivered.  In addition, factors ethos, pathos and logos also affect the rhetoric of religius educator. Generally the religion educator utilizing the rhetoric in the delivery of Dharma Wacana, but in this case the extension is more focused on style and delivery Dharma Wacana in efforts to improve the quality of understanding of religious teachings Hindus.

Di era 4.0 arus berbagai informasi media sosial semakin deras seiring dengan pesatnya perkembangan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi. Hadirnya media sosial bertujuan mengatasi berbagai persoalan kehidupan sosial. Tetapi kehadirannya juga disinyalir memunculkan berbagai persoalan baru yang dapat mengkoyak tatanan kehidupan sosial suatu bangsa. Penggunaan media sosial yang tidak diimbangi dengan pengetahuan yang cukup dapat membawa penggunanya menjadi pribadi yang terikat dengan dunia maya dan bahkan menjadi individualisme. Media sosial juga dapat dijadikan lahan hanya untuk mengeruk keuntungan tanpa memikirkan dampak yang akan ditimbulkan, seperti penipuan, prostitusi, pornografi, penjualan manusia dan lainnya. Tidak hanya itu, masyarakat media sosial juga mudah terprovokasi oleh isu-isu sensitif yang tidak hanya berdampak pada individu pengguna, tetapi mengancam keutuhan kehidupan berbangsa dan bernegara. Pemerintah sudah berupaya dengan membuat peraturan perundang-undangan untu mengatur pengguna daring termasuk pengguna media sosial, tetapi tetap saja isu-isu sensitif bertebaran baik berupa video maupun tulisan. Tidak berhenti sampai disitu pemerintah juga pernah menutup penggunaan media sosial tertentu dan memperlambat akses ke media sosial untuk meredam persoalan sosial yang terjadi ditengah masyarakat. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa tidak hanya pemerintah, tetapi pengguna sosial perlu mendapat perhatian agar memiliki pengetahuan dan menumbuhkan rasa peduli terhadap keutuhan bangsa yang multikultural melaui pendekatan literasi media sosial, pendidikan karakter, dan pendidikan agama yang berwawasan multikultural.

PENGGUNAAN SAWEN PADA MASA PANDEMI COVID-19 DI DESA MEKO

Upaya niskala yang dilakukan masyarakat Desa Meko Kecamatan Pamona Barat Provinsi Sulawesi Tengah agar terhindar dari wabah virus corona yaitu dengan pemasangan sawen (penanda) pada masing-masing pintu masuk pekarangan dan penggunaan gelang tri datu dilengkapi dengan jangu. Pada implementasinya sarana yang digunakan belum sepenuhnya dipahami makna (tattwa) dan alasan mengapa hal tersebut dilakukan. Padahal hakekat sebuah yadnya perlu dipahami tiga hal penting yaitu aspek tattwa, susila dan upacara, ketiga bagian tersebut tidak dapat dipisahkan dan merupakan satu kesatuan yang utuh.  Dari penelitian yang dilakukan diperoleh bahwa Proses Pemasangan sawen, terdiri dari Ngaci dengan menggunakan sarana tumpeng adanganan dan kain poleng,  Nyejer dilakukan selama 12 hari dengan menghaturkan tumpeng selem dan poleng serta segehan selem, dan Pemasangan Sawen dengan menggunakan sarana tiing gading, benang tri datu dan jangu.

PELATIHAN INTERNET SEHAT SEBAGAI MEDIA PEMBELAJARAN BAGI GURU 健康的互联网培训是教师的学习媒介

Giving messages or information seems to be a habit, yet at the same time become a liaison between people each other throughout the world from one single access platform. Interactivity on internet which has more value in giving, receiving and even editing and commenting on the information rather than offline communication becomes the main attraction for the global community. Most people are using internet as it is become daily basis phenomena around the world. The flood of information about the unknown event will kindly occurs, even though the news that is displayed is only a few and bits - the slightest news will still be needed when the lack of information happen. TI is not surprising when a terror event occurs, the flood of information is so overwhelming in various media, because everyone is able to be a provider of information by post it quickly and easily everywhere, online. The purpose of this service is to provide training, giving information and at the same time sharing experiences related to the healthy internet as a learning media for teachers at SMAN-1 Kuala Kapuas. The training methods used in this service are the lecture, discussion and practice methods. Based on the results of the evaluation, all training/outreach participants are having a better understaning about the importance of using the internet in a healthy manner as a learning media.
