This paper mainly studied the effect of PGA on the quality of fruit pulp juice beverage. Through single factor experiment, the stability of the product was evaluated, and the optimum adding amount of PGA in the pulp juice beverage was found to be 0.03%~0.05%. Then the orthogonal ex-periment showed that the optimum adding amount of the compound functional ingredients was 0.03% PGA, 0.15% CMC-Na, 0.07% xanthan gum and 0.10% Citrus fiber.

Gas chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry is a method that combines gas chromatography (GC) and mass spectrometry detector (MS) to identify substances according to the relative molecular weight and molecular structure of each component. It is one of the research focuses in the field of food detection and processing. Gas chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry has a broad application prospect in food detection. It can be used in the detection of pesticide residues, identification of adulteration, identification of ingredients and other aspects of food, and it is simple, fast and convenient to operate. In this paper, the application of gas chromatography-tandem

At present, the prevalence of acne in China has shown a significant upward trend, which has long plagued people’s lives. Based on the fact that acne tends to occur in young men and women, this paper discusses the causes and treatment methods of acne through a questionnaire survey of 101 male and female students aged 18 - 30 years. This paper will focus on the analysis and research of functional foods for acne treatment, so as to provide more scientific and effective food nutrition suggestions for acne treatment.

Ecological Cultivation Model of Earthworms and Mangoes under the Context of Rural Revitalization 乡村振兴背景下蚯蚓、芒果的生态栽培模式
Pub Date : 2023-01-01 DOI: 10.12677/hjfns.2023.124036

This study investigates the potential application of the ecological cultivation model of earthworms and mangoes in Baise City, Guangxi. Within the context of rural revitalization, this model emphasizes harmonious coexistence with the natural environment and highlights the management of soil organic matter and the maintenance of ecological balance. Compared to other agricultural models, this approach is more environmentally friendly and economically beneficial. Furthermore, for rural revitalization strategies, the model offers an innovative direction and practical approach. Despite potential challenges in its application, through integrated strategies and continuous research, it holds vast prospects in advancing sustainable agricultural development and boosting rural economic growth.
