The effect of kindergarten principals’ guidance for curriculum and early childhood teachers’ teaching creativity on early childhood teachers’ play support competency 幼儿园园长的课程指导和幼儿教师的教学创意对幼儿教师游戏支持能力的影响

The purpose of this study is to analyze how kindergarten principals’ guidance for curriculum and early childhood teachers’ teaching creativity affect early childhood teachers’ play support competency. To this end, a survey was conducted on 212 early childhood teachers working in kindergartens and daycare centers located in S, I-city, and G province. To validate the reliability of the measurement tools used in this study, Cronbach's α was calculated, and pearson's correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis were conducted. The results of this study are as follows. First, kindergarten principals’ guidance for curriculum and early childhood teachers’ teaching creativity all had a statistically significant positive correlation with early childhood teachers’ play support competency. Second, teachers’ teaching creativity on teachers’ play support competency showed that teachers’ teaching creativity had a significant positive influence on teachers’ play support competency, while the relative influence of the principal's guidance on educational and childcare curriculum recognized by early childhood teachers was not statistically significant.

This study aimed to investigate the mediating effects of rejective parenting attitude and acceptance of disability on the relationship between anxious attachment and parenting stress in mother of child with developmental disabilities. For this purpose, a survey was conducted on 127 people, and data from 109 people was analyzed, excluding 18 people who did not respond faithfully. This study conducted basic statistical analysis using SPSS, and verified and analyzed the structural equation model using AMOS. As a result, anxious attachment was positively significant to rejective parenting attitude and parenting stress, rejective parenting attitude was negatively significant to disability acceptance, and disability acceptance was negatively significant to parenting stress. And in the relationship between anxious attachment and parenting stress, rejective parenting attitude and disability acceptance showed double mediating effect. Finally, discussions and limitations were discussed.

A Study on the Relationship Between Childcare Teachers' Teaching-Efficacy, Burnout and Failure Tolerance 幼儿教师的教学效能感、职业倦怠和失败容忍度之间的关系研究

This study was aimed to investigate the effects of childcare teachers' teaching efficacy, burnout and failure tolerance. To do this, data was collected through surveys targeting childcare teachers in the Seoul area, and a total of 419 questionnaires was used in the final analyses. Data was analyzed by using the SPSS 21 program. Pearson correlation and multiple regression analysis were performed. The results are as follows: Firstly, it was found that as childcare teachers' teaching-efficacy increased, burnout decreased, and failure tolerance increased. Secondly, sub-factors of teaching-efficacy had a negative impact on sub-factors of burnout and a positive impact on sub-factors of failure tolerance. These research findings intend to provide fundamental data that can assist in increasing teaching-efficacy.

This study analyzed their use in elementary schools, finding that they enhance material exploration, multimedia learning, and interactive literary learning, offering diverse educational experiences. They contribute to the acceptance and creation of literary works and foster literary attitudes, with a focus on both textbook content and learner engagement. The model incorporates interests and knowledge levels in forming literary attitudes and involves background knowledge, text analysis, and communication. A Study on Historical Transition Korean Punctuation Marks(Ⅰ) 韩国标点符号(Ⅰ)历史过渡研究

The purpose of this study is to establish a solid foundation for Pu nctuation marks to be recognized as an integral part of Korean Ling uistic rules. I would like to clarify the diachronic process of Punctu ation marks and the synchronic characteristics of Punctuation mark s in South-Korean, North-Korean, and Chinese-Korean. Even after t he creation of Hunminjeongeum, the Punctuation marks used in the existing Chinese literature were used as they were. At the end of th e 19th century, with the introduction of Western punctuation marks, it began to be used in publications and prints. In 1933, the Hangeul Society's was announced, and the standards for Punctuation marks were established. However, as the Korean Peninsula was divided, South Korea and North Korea revised to different Linguistic Rules, leading to the development of their Pu nctuation Marks. In a follow-up paper, I will try to compare and an alyze the definition of each item and how to use it presented in the Punctuation marks of South-North Korean and Chinese-Korean.

The Purpose of this study was to examine the mediating effects of anger expression styles on the relationship between covert narcissism and psychological well-being of university student. Total 307 data were analyzed by using SPSS and SPSS Macro. The results of this study are as follows, First, covert narcissism had a significant negative correlation with psychological well-being, anger-control while it is significant positive correlation with anger-out, anger-in. psychological well-being and anger-out, anger-in have resulted in significant negative correlation. Second, anger-in for sacrifice showed the partial mediating effect in the relationship between covert narcissism and psychological well-being. This study means that university students with an covert narcissism tend to suppress anger and have lower Psychological well-being, indicating the need for educational and counseling intervention to properly Anger-control. Based on the result of this study, the implications and limitations of psychologic counseling and further study were discussed.

Exploring Early Childhood Pre-service Teachers’ Perspectives on Children and Play-centered Approach through Their Journal Writing 通过写日记探索幼儿职前教师对儿童的看法和以游戏为中心的方法

The current study explored early childhood pre-service teachers’ perspectives on children and play-centered approach through their practicum experiences. Fifty pre-service teachers participated in this study, and their daily journals were collected. Among their journals, contents related to children and/or play-centered approach were only selected for this study and used in-vivo coding so that their voices would be reflected. Findings include experiencing child diversity, returning to their childhood while playing with children, being encouraged by children’s positive reactions, and being confused by children’s unexpected responses. Regarding play-centered approach, pre-service teachers were worried about how to apply play-centered approach in their teaching, satisfied when they observed children’s play, which was a well-reflected play-centered approach, and disappointed when they had not observed play-centered approach in their practica. Based on these findings, discussions and implications were proposed for teacher preparation programs.

This study examined the cultural characteristics of university freshmen’s perception organized in liberal arts course enrollment at this point when the COVID-19 pandemic has been gradually stabilizing. Their perception was divided into two categories; a single cognitive system, one of the characteristics of the culture of modernity and a multiple cognitive system, one of the characteristics of the culture of postmodernity. The former is divided into three theme clusters, learning contents as superficial explicit knowledge, pursuit of originality and authenticity from a course, and course enrollment based on formal collectivity. The latter is also divided into three clusters, learning contents as multi-layered tacit knowledge, pursuit of virtuality and pseudo-event from a course, and course enrollment based on situational individuality. The results show that the subjective consciousness, situation, and structural environment of freshmen who experienced the COVID-19 era and entered the university interacted in the construction of their convergent cultural identity. Universities need to develop and operate university liberal arts education that meets convergent values, considering the freshmen’s perception.

Understanding the Theme of James through Ecclesiastes 通过传道书理解雅各的主题

The purpose of this study is to understand the theme of the Book of James through the Book of Ecclesiastes. Ecclesiastes tells of “wisdom from below” and at the same time indicates that in human life two different kinds of times run parallel with each other. When it comes to those times, humans do not realize how they are involved in everything they experience. In the Old Testament the reason God led us to live our life in such a way was to help us to long for eternity. The Book of James, as its fulfillment, speaks of “perfection.” And it takes “wisdom” to attain perfection. The perfection being said in James is one, not divided into two. In the Old Testament, through the “wisdom from below,” humans lived a life divided into two. In the New Testament, however, “wisdom from above” plays a role of uniting the divided hearts of double-minded people into one as the word of God is planted in their hearts. The Book of James contrasts perfection with double mindedness, signifying that living with a single mind is wisdom.
