: Heritage is all that was left to us by our predecessors in various fields, tangible or intangible, in addition to historical buildings and objects that were transferred and inherited through generations. Therefore, it is necessary to preserve and conserve our heritage, as well as preserve its authenticity. Specialists should pay special attention when preserving cultural heritage artifacts. In this paper we will study one of the commonly objects used in our daily life, a handmade mat known in Arabic as “Al-Bursh”. It was widely used in the oases of Egypt in the New Valley Governorate and in Nubia. The chosen “Bursh” for the study is one of the acquisitions of the Folklore Museum at the Higher Institute of Arts, Academy of Arts in Al-Haram, Giza, Egypt. Due to years of use, followed by years of storage, several deterioration aspects were noticeable. These aspects were documented, photographed and recorded, also the types of fibers used in the manufacturing technique were identified. The technique of making the "Bursh" was also closely studied, as a preliminary step in the conservation and treatment process. The deterioration aspects of the “Bursh” were examined in several ways, starting with photography and documenting by AutoCAD program and mapping the deterioration aspects using different keys, so that it could be easily recognized by non-specialists. Detailed documentation for the object by utilizing USB Digital Microscope was conducted to identify the deterioration aspects that are not visible by the naked eye. The identification of the plant was made with the aid of a Stereo Microscope, in addition the Infrared spectroscopy (FTIR analysis) was carried out to identify the extent of changes that occurred in the functional groups within the chemical composition of the plant used in manufacturing the Bursh. Analysis were followed by conservation and treatment, which included mechanical cleaning and consolidation process of the object without changing its structure, and the addition of a linen support, which helps protect it from external deterioration factors, to maintain it for future generations.

: Najaf is considered one of the most important artistic families that grew up in Iran, especially in Isfahan, which was home to many other artistic families, and through a series of researches that I conducted on a group of artists who enriched artistic life in Iran during the 18 th - 20 th century, I had concluded that there were many of them with very strong family ties between them, which prompted me to culminate this series of research with this idea, which revolves around tracing the family chain for a number of artistic families – like, "Najafs", which brought us many skilled artists in various fields, especially in Painting arts on various artistic medias. So, Najafs had an influential role in shaping the artistic identity in Iran throughout the 19th century for nearly three successive generations. Najaf Family is descended from a larger artistic family that I named "Al-Jubah dar family", according to what I found out through a previous study I did. In this study, we will shed light on this relationship and the important results that will be revealed that are hoped to be a beacon for scholars in the field of studying the biographies of artists and their families.

: Ancient Egyptian faience is a significant object which has enormous technical and historical information about Egyptian civilization. The recently discovered faience is exposed to many deterioration factors, which have a serious impact on its components and its physical and mechanical properties leading to poor structure, broken parts, and separated glazing layer. The current study aims to stop the continuous undesired effect of the deterioration factors and consolidate the recent discovered fiancé objects by using four different nanocomposite (Nanosilica SiO 2 with Waker OH100 and TEOS as well as nano calcium hydroxide Ca(OH) 2 ). The chosen consolidants (Polymer-nanomaterials) have been applied on simulated Egyptian blue faience object samples depending on an analytical study of recently discovered ancient faience objects at Tepla hill, Egypt using XRD, and SEM_EDX. colorimetric measurements, water contact angle and Scanning electron microscope (SEM) were used to evaluate the efficiency of the selected consolidants, the result revealed that composite of nanosilica with Waker OH100 and TEOS were provide notable protection for the deteriorated faience.

The houses of worship have played an important role in the lives of peoples from early periods in history until the present time. They were among the most facilities that received clear attention, whether in their plans, architecture or decorations, and among those religious installations were churches, but churches as places of worship did not know with the emergence of Christianity, but rather It became known after the recognition of the Christian religion, that is, after about four centuries, as a result of the persecution of Christians by the Romans, as Christians in that early period used to perform their prayers and rituals in secret and out of sight in cemeteries and underground vaults (Syndicus, 1962, p.39), as well as in Temples, but with the recognition of Christianity as the official state religion in 392 AD (Schaff, 1891, p.67), Christians began to establish churches as places of worship based on some well-known plans in ancient architecture, as is the case with the layout of the Roman basilicas that Christians borrowed in the planning of their churches Which was known in the basilica style (Grabar, 1967, 311), and Egypt was one of the first areas in which churches were established, and the Coptic Church is considered one of the oldest churches as it dates back to the era of the first apostles, despite the lack of Physical evidence that you refer to that date (Shiha, 1977, p. 13). But when Egypt followed the Byzantine Church, some Byzantine elements were added to the church, such as domes and columns.

: This research aims to study the manifestations of the difference in the form of women in the rock inscriptions as a comparative study between Egypt and Namibia, where the rock inscriptions differed to show the form of women between Egypt and Namibia in showing the human form only the rock inscriptions and colored drawings appeared to show the form of women in the Egyptian civilization in a simple form, which are lines, while not exaggerating to show the details of the body, And when we moved from the period of rock art to colored drawings, there was an attempt to show some signs of femininity, such as the chest and buttocks, relatively more, without prejudice to the nomination ratios of the image and the increase of skirts for women. As for showing the shape of women in rock inscriptions in Namibia, there was a very great exaggeration in showing the charms and fullness of the body, especially in the chest or buttocks area as well as there was an exaggeration in showing the hairstyle, which characterized the shape of women in Namibia with features that made it easier for scholars to distinguish the human form between a man and a woman, but in Egyptian civilization there was difficulty in distinguishing the human form, especially for women, from other civilizations, and this will be addressed by the research.

: This research aims to study the significance of the movement of the human figure in rock art in the Owainat area, where the human figures had many kinetic implications that distinguished each form the other. The movement in the inscriptions figurative forms is the first pillar that led to the change of meaning and the use of these forms as appropriations of words in the later historical stage, These movements in the inscriptions had connotations that had a specific meaning, Many kinetic implications of the human form appeared in the rock art of Jabal Al-Awainat such as the movement of the hands or the appearance of hunting tools or fighting tools, so extrapolations appeared for scenes indicating (hunting), (animal restraint), (hunting with traps), (fishing with noose) and (hunting). with ropes) and (ground traps fishing). The implications of the movement of the human figure were the best evidence of the meaning of the figure, which must be paid attention to, studied and worked to be extrapolated accurately to reach the true meaning that the ancient man was seeking, which is what the research will deal with in some detail.
