Verilog-AMS model of mechanical module of integrated angular velocity microsensor has been developed. Using the developed model the drive and sense vibrations of the sensitive element, capacity changes, changes of output voltages and currents, and sensitivity of the mechanical component of the integrated microsensor depending on the applied angular velocity can be performed. The behavioral analysis of the mechanical component of the integrated device at the schematic design level can be carried out as well.

The methods for optimization of energy exchange between the linear and nonlinear capacitors are proposed. As an example we consider the equivalent circuit of the supercapacitor, electric capacity of which changes proportionally to the voltage on its plates. It is shown that the electric power losses in the energy exchange depend on the ratio of the value of capacitors and the initial voltage of their plates.

Non-coaxial (non-insertable) devices are indispensable by EMC testing. Absorbing clamps belong to them. They are verified with the Vector Network Analyzers (VNA) which unfortunately have coaxial ports. The clamp can be connected to the VNA only if it is embedded in adapters. By verification the clamp must be de-embedded i.e. the contribution of adapters must be extracted from the measured S-parameters. The Thru-Reflect-Line (TRL) calibration of the VNA would be suitable tool for this task, but this function is only optional in the firmwares of the VNAs. In this paper the alternative approach consisted in calibration with the Short-Open-Thru-Match (SOTM), supplemented with the measurements of all S-parameters of the two adapters cascaded face to face is presented. Applicability of the method is verified metrologically.

The article describes the methodological foundations of modelling of high-voltage cable lines in phase coordinates on the basis of the theory of multiterminal networks. The methods of constructing a mathematical model, the choice of their structure and the calculation of the model parameters are given. An example of the use and study of the mathematical model are given in the application package MATLAB.

In systems intended for icing diagnosis on overhead power lines in exploitation conditions the imperfect icing sensors are used on their wires. Their parameters are different from parameters of controlled wires. The construction of icing sensor was developed based on overhead power lines with uninsulated wires of A, AC types. The threshold values of the ohmic resistance of the sensor were determined for two types of ice-hoarfrost sediments: rime and ice. It is proved that sensor length may be reduced and precision of measurement will be the same. It can be achieved by increasing of the subsidiary electrodes number at equality of central angles between them. It is proposed to use the sensor in systems of technical diagnosis at the early stage of the ice appearing.

A parallel process of computation of dynamic processes is based on a diakoptic theory of the portioning of the system into the sub-systems, that are computed independent of each other, in the fixed time intervals. Every process is defined by the complexity of computation. This complexity is changed in the time of process of computations. These properties are utilized to implement computation in parallel systems. Currently the growth of parallel systems has been observed for several years. In this article, idea of GPU computations and parallel algorithms are presented. The results of computation on tested parallel system are shown and interpreted.
