The influence of wind load on a suspended fiber optic cable 风荷载对悬架光缆的影响

In the article the influence of precipitation and wind loads on a fiber optic cable suspended on the contact-line supports or power lines is considered. When the cable is subjected to the heaviest mode (ice with wind), the cable sags and returns (compressed) to the normal state according to the final modulus of elasticity, that is, there remains a residual elongation. We calculated the final sag at the maximum load. The mechanism of influence of precipitation and wind loads is shown in detail and the dependence of optic fiber attenuation on the wind effect is calculated.

An analysis of intentional interference statistical properties influence on microwave imaging resolving power 故意干扰统计特性对微波成像分辨能力的影响分析

A statistical analysis of intentional interference influence on the performance of microwave holography imaging system comparing to unintentional interference is carried out. Azimuthal resolving power of such systems is chosen to be a criterion of their electromagnetic compatibility with interference sources. Unintentional and intentional interferences are described by complex Gaussian noises, uncorrelated or spatially correlated with the exponential or quadratic-exponential covariance models respectively. The dependences of probability of correct objects resolution in the test scene on the signal to noise ratio and the spatial correlation coefficient are obtained. Signal to noise ratio thresholds necessary to provide the given probability of correct resolution under investigated interferences are estimated. The results can be useful for design of such systems as remote microwave observators, ground penetration radars, autonomous surveillance systems and other applications and for the prognosis of their performance under interferences.

The steady-state in the parameters estimation problem for the dynamic objects 动态目标参数估计问题中的稳态问题

The calculation technique of Fisher information matrix in the steady-state is used for the object parameters specification. The mathematical ratios are given. Modeling is executed in the Simulink environment. The transition process schedule is shown. The parameter estimation results for a case when an object is under the noise are given. It is offered to use the steady-state that it allows to simplify mathematical ratios significantly.

Approaches by to forecasting and ensuring the electromagnetic stability of unmanned aerial vehicles at indirect impact of the lightning discharge are proposed. An unmanned aerial vehicle made of a composite material is considered. A practical example of an investigation of the electromagnetic stability of an unmanned aerial vehicle at the indirect effect of a lightning discharge is discussed.

On hybrid method for medium-term multi-product continuous plant scheduling 中期多产品连续工厂调度的混合方法研究

In this paper, we develop a hybrid approach to solve a production scheduling problem of special type. The approach is based on a general decomposition scheme proposed in earlier studies and is extended by a constructive greedy heuristic for medium term scheduling and a genetic algorithm for solving the auxiliary subproblem on a set of critical (bottleneck) processing units. The experimental study on a large-scale data showed a significant improvement of the solution quality and the solving time comparing to the previously known results, and confirmed the suitability of the proposed approach for the real-life production scheduling.

A parallel genetic algorithm approach for monitoring devices placement 一种监测装置放置的并行遗传算法

In this paper, we compare the performance of a simple Genetic Algorithm with a parallel island model GA for solving the monitoring devices placement problem. We have found that in addition to providing a speeding up through the use of parallel processing the island model GA finds better quality solutions in comparison with the simple GA.

In this paper authors designed an application to increase the coverage path loss prediction. Nowadays there are a lot of the empirical and semi-empirical of radio propagation models. The models show the behavior of the radio signal spreading through the space. In this article, the COST 231 Hata model was considered. The model was made for the specific geographical location and electromagnetic conditions of the Earth. The main problem of the model is by using it in different places with different electromagnetic conditions and geographical locations. Because of these conditions, the model is not applied for different places. Authors was developed an application to increase the accuracy of path-loss prediction. The mobile application based on Android was developed to get information about signal strength and GSP location. To increase the accuracy authors used the linear regression method called Ordinary Least Squares.

The software implementation of command console for first-ever proposed environmental shielded TEM-chamber is presented. Searching of the hardware platform and development framework for the realization of command console is attended. Results of operation of the developed software for visualization and data transfer between command console and temperature control board of the environmental shielded TEM chamber are presented.

Estimation of energy penetration through the electronics housing under external microwave radiation in the resonance mode of shielding 外微波辐射下屏蔽共振模式下电子外壳穿透能量的估算

In this paper the estimation of the energy stored inside the electronics shield under microwave exposure that can damage its components in the worst case of shielding effectiveness resonance decreasing is under investigation. The shielding box acting as electromagnetic resonator concept excited by exterior microwaves through the narrow slit was stated. The numerical expressions of both voltage drop in the slit and energy accumulated in the cylindrical enclosure that in first approximation modeled the real electronics housing are obtained. Test calculation shows the stored energy can exceed of several micro joules that tend to reach the degradation level of the typical electronic components and devices susceptible to microwave irradiation.

Analyses of computer Russian sign language translation system with implemented semantic analyses unit 实现语义分析单元的计算机俄语手语翻译系统分析

Computer translation system from Russian sound language to Russian Sign language, semantic analyses unit are considered in the article, advantages of taking into account these specifics are identified. The general case of translation (from sounding Russian into Russian sign language) is discussed. It is proved, that accounting semantic component in the translation process is a great advantage of system having this property. The process of semantic analyses unit implementation into translation system is observed. It is showed the general scheme of the system functioning. Comparison of working translation system without semantic analyses module and with it is made.
