This article is dedicated to modeling of the emission device of industrial radio interference based on the clock generator, which in real devices is the most common cause of electromagnetic compatibility problems. The device under test consists of a clock generator and two inverters connected through long printed conductors. Simulation results are obtained in CST Microwave Studio, with the simulation conditions close to measuring the emitted interference according to the standards. The results obtained are compared with the actual experiment in an semi-anechoic chamber. It is shown that the simulation of the device and the subsequent correct measurement of the parameters of emitted fields make it possible to obtain a fairly accurate approximation to the measurement results carried out in a semi-anechoic chamber of a real device at a lower cost. Such a method will allow identifying electromagnetic compatibility problems in the device at the development stage.

Metabolic processes are in a constant redistribution of substances between the blood capillary, interstitium and lymphatic capillaries, it is important to build complex models that take into account the interconnection of processes occurring all parts of the microvasculature. The paper presents one approach to construction of mathematical models of metabolic processes occurring in microcirculation level and includes the following interrelated processes: the flow of blood in capillaries and transcapillary exchange, the movement of fluid in the interstices, the exchange of substances between the interstitial fluid and tissue cells, drainage into the lymphatic capillaries. The study of microcirculation allows you to better understand the complex interlinked processes of metabolism in the body, identify the causes of pathologies and suggest possible treatment interstitium.

The paper is devoted to the problem of informative parameters choice to monitor and optimize IT infrastructure (ITI) in organizations. The purpose of the research is to reduce number of parameters for monitoring a complex system on the example of ITI of the corporation Tyumenneftegeophysica. To censor the data and estimate normality of experiment matrix columns we observed ITI in stationary conditions, measured parameters and formed the experiment matrix 1344×4397. Spearman's correlation analysis was used. As a result, 581 mutually independent indicators were defined as informative out of 4397 measurable ones. If necessary, the values of other parameters can be estimated from the values of informative ones. Using the suggested methodology will allow researchers and designers to obtain a subset of informative parameters quickly to monitor an object.

Models and methods for computer-aided design of functioning process of human-machine systems (FP HMS) based on the functional-structural theory and generalized structural method of prof. A.I. Gubinsky are considered. An approach to integrating FP HMS optimization problem models with simulation modeling and hybrid models (continuous behavior) is given. Use of explicit numerical methods with improved regions of stability and with accuracy and stability control for simulation of stiff hybrid systems is proposed.

The prediction of time series is one of the most important scientific fields in information sciences (for example, in the development of AI). One of the most difficult tasks is how to reduce the time of building a prediction. In this paper the efficient method of calculating universal-coding-based predictors is presented. This approach allows to calculate the Krichevsky predictor and similar ones with linear complexity.

The experiments showed that when using various control algorithms, it is possible to significantly reduce the time of the model execution and the amount of memory expended, and increase the responsiveness of the model for control events. Using the new proposed version of the “event calendar”, you can significantly reduce the time it takes to test the model for performance. Using the agent at run time will allow to observe how the model itself and its behavior change.

The revolutionary trend of the up-to-date medicine can be formulated as wide introduction into basic medicine fields of electronic (e-health) and mobile (m-health) healthcare services and information applications. Unfortunately, all list of qualified m/e-healthcare services can be provided cost-effectively only in urban areas very good covered by broadband 4G/5G wireless communications. Unacceptably high investments are required into deployment of the optic core infrastructure for ubiquitous wide covering of sparsely populated rural, remote, and difficult for access (RRD) areas using the recent (4G) and forthcoming (5G) broadband radio access (RAN) centralized techniques, characterized by short cells ranges, because their profitability boundary exceeds several hundred residents per square km. Furthermore, the unprecedented requirements and new features of the forthcoming Internet of Things (IoT), machine-to-machine (M2M), and many other machine type IT-systems lead to a breakthrough in designing extremely green, flexible, and cost-effective technologies for future 5G wireless systems which will be able to reach in real time the performance extremums, tradeoff optimums and fundamental limits. This paper examines the 5G PHY-MAC fundamentals and extremely approaches to creation of the profitable ubiquitous remote e/m-health services and telemedicine as the main innovation technology of popular healthcare and other social e-Applications for RRD territories. Proposed approaches lean on summarizing and develop the results of our previous works on RRD-adapted profitable ubiquitous green 4G/5G wireless multifunctional technologies.

An analysis of errors and complications of surgical treatment of pelvic organ prolapse using synthetic implants. Identified risk factors and ways to reduce the number of complications. Despite the high efficiency, the operation with synthetic implants can be accompanied by severe complications. Some of them may pose a serious threat to the life and health of patients.

In recent years there has been a tendency in the development of preventive medicine. The main feature of the methods of “Western” medicine consists in process of making a diagnosis which requires a long time interval for examining the patient. This fact explains the interest in oriental medicine methods, which are characterized by high efficiency and relatively low time costs in comparison with the methods of “Western” medicine. However, a highly qualified expert is required for the diagnosis, which makes it difficult to apply these methods in practice. The authors studied methods of oriental medicine, proposed a diagnostic technique that partially replaced the expert, developed an information system for the collection and storage of survey data.
