Energy-efficient monitoring of the strip by identical one side directed devices 采用相同的单侧定向装置对带材进行节能监测

In many security systems, it is sufficient to monitor a certain territory with the same type of devices in such a way that each point of the territory falls into the coverage area of at least one device while minimizing the energy consumption of the devices. However, in some security systems, it is necessary to observe objects from a certain side. For example, to identify a person you need to see the person's face. If people walk along the corridor in one direction (for example, for passport control before boarding a plane), then it is necessary to monitor the strip with video cameras directed one way. Thus, in a simplified formulation, the problem arises of constructing the least dense coverage of a strip by identical sectors in such a way that the vertex of each sector is from a given side of the points covered by the sector. In this paper, several feasible coverage models are proposed and optimal parameters of sectors for each model are found, which allows choosing the best cover depending on the characteristics of the devices.

The improvement of the parallel algorithm for randomization-based enrichment analysis 基于随机化的富集分析并行算法的改进

This work is motivated by algorithm that is used to analyze the multidimensional genetic data. This algorithm, called permutation test, is widely used as part of gene set enrichment analysis method. In this paper, the permutation test algorithm is considered. The dependence of the resampling test algorithm performance on the input data is studied. Several ways to improve the permutation test algorithm are proposed. The most effective way consisting in the reduction of number of iterations of the algorithm is implemented.

Method for synchronizing a group of heterogeneous microcontrollers with time control of synchronous work 具有同步工作时间控制的一组异构微控制器的同步方法

A method to synchronize a group of microcontrollers with different clock frequencies of their own generator is proposed. The algorithm of each microcontroller operation in the group and the block diagram of the group consisting of N microcontrollers are presented. Timing diagrams of signals of synchronous operation and clock pulses of the microcontrollers group are given. The result of the work, at the first stage, is the counting of received clock pulses by microcontroller software, which allows synchronizing the microcontrollers performing a task using the different system frequencies. In the second stage, the use of a precision real-time clock and of an «AND» gate ensures high synchronization accuracy at the time of the start and end of the work. A program that calculates the number of clock pulses for each microcontroller of the synchronized group based on the clock frequency of the microcontroller, on the frequency of the clock generator and on the period of synchronous operation is developed. The calculated coefficients can be used in the development of the microcontroller synchronization code. Using hardware and software and two synchronization stages, it became possible to obtain high accuracy and flexibility in setting the synchronous operation of a group of heterogeneous microcontrollers.

Reduction of the Pareto set in multicriteria economic problem with CES functions 带CES函数的多准则经济问题Pareto集的约简

A multicriteria economic problem is considered: the basic production assets and the labor resources define a set of feasible solutions (alternatives); labor costs, costs of the basic production assets (to be minimized), and cost of the manufactured products (to be maximized) are objective functions. The production function with constant elasticity of substitution is used. The decision maker's (DM's) preferences are introduced as follows: lower labor costs and costs of the basic production assets have the greater importance than higher income, and vice a versa. The fuzzy preferences along with the compromise have a degree of its confidence. Such crisp and fuzzy information is applied in the axiomatic approach of the Pareto set reduction by V. D. Noghin. We show how to construct a set, which is an upper bound of the optimal choice and belongs to the Pareto set of the problem in crisp and fuzzy cases. In fuzzy case one should solve a three crisp multicriteria problems. Thus, upon the crisp and fuzzy DM's preferences a narrower upper bounds of the optimal set of resources with respect to criteria and additional information are obtained.

Optimization problem of equipment age structure in the model of Russia's unified energy system development 俄罗斯统一能源系统发展模式中设备龄结构的优化问题

This paper addresses the problem of analyzing long-term strategies for commissioning of generating and dismantling capacities of electric power systems described by means of the nonclassical Volterra equation of the first kind. The paper offers a review of mathematical models designed for calculating forecast values of the input capacities of electric power systems for various strategies of the generating equipment dismantling. We study the vector model that takes into account three types of generating. A new integral model accounts for division of the generating equipment into certain age groups with various technical and economic functioning parameters described the capacity aging processes. We also consider a search problem for the optimal generating equipment lifetime for a given demand for electricity and minimum total costs of commissioning and operating the capacities. We build a forecast for commissioning of generating capacities for various power consumption scenarios and economic indices. Numerical solution to the optimization problem of the generating equipment dismantling time is given. All calculations have been made as applied to the Russia's Unified Energy System.

Synapses reduction in autoassociative Hopfield network 自联想Hopfield网络突触减少

Based on analogy with the oscillator networks, the auto-associative Hopfield network's behavior is investigated for the effect of reducing the connections number. It is shown that the exclusion of connections, with weights modules strictly less than the maximum for a given neuron, significantly improves the network performance. In this case, the allowed share of the distorted input vector elements increases with the network dimension.

Network technologies of data acquisition are introduced into systems of active geophysical monitoring of the environment. In this connection the development of methods and algorithms for online analysis of data is very important. As an example, some algorithms of sequential cross-correlation convolution of seismic and acoustic oscillations generated by seismic vibrators are considered. Such sources are widely used in the decision of active geophysical monitoring problems for Earth and atmosphere.

Study of the characteristics of a modal filter with different periodic profiles of the coupling region 耦合区不同周期曲线的模态滤波器特性研究

Improvement of protection against ultrashort pulse using modal filters (MF) is considered. A method for calculating the difference of the modes delays through the frequency characteristics without finding the time response at the MF output is proposed. On example of the interdigital, L-shaped and spiral structures simulation, the possibility of increasing the difference of the modes delay due to the application of the periodic profile of the coupling region is considered. The influence of a covering layer with a high dielectric constant in MF on the behavior of the frequency characteristics and the value of the difference of the modes delays is shown. The results showed the expediency of using the periodic profile of the MF coupling region in combination with inhomogeneous dielectric filling.

A method for calculating the difference of the modes delays through the frequency characteristics without finding the time response at the MF output is proposed. On example of the interdigital, L-shaped and spiral structures simulation, the possibility of increasing the difference of the modes delay due to the application of the periodic profile of the coupling region is considered. The influence of a covering layer with a high dielectric constant in MF on the behavior of the frequency characteristics and the value of the difference of the modes delays is shown. The use of correlation analysis for the evaluation of intersystemic immune-epyphyseal relationships in norm, under the disturbance of the light-regimen and the application of melatonin 应用相关分析评价正常、光照条件和褪黑素干扰下的全身免疫-骨骺关系

The use of correlation analysis made it possible to characterize the relationship between the epiphysis — the central organ of regulation of circadian rhythms — and the immune system in various experimental situations: in mice of different lines and rats in conditions of disturbance of the light regime and the application of melatonin. Based on the increase of the number of correlation links between the parameters of the epiphysis and the immune system, as well as intraimmune connections, a conclusion has been made about a reduction in adaptive capacity and an increase in the intensity of the functioning of the immune system and the epiphyseal-immune complex at round-the-clock (all-day) illumination, which disrupts circadian rhythms and blocks the synthesis of melatonin in the pineal gland, and also in mice with a genetically determined melatonin synthesis deficiency. The results of correlation analysis led to the conclusion of the restoration of the relationship between the immune system and the pineal gland in a correction of desynchronosis by melatonin.
