In this paper, we present a novel numerical scheme for a model involving novel mathematical concepts of significant importance for interpreting and examining real-world problems. This paper presents a numerical method for chaotic problems. Using differential and integral operators in the sense of Caputo-Fabrizio, we investigated the chaotic system of mathematical equations able to capture chaotic behaviour. Solutions are obtained for the fractional-order chaotic model using a fractional operator with a non-singular kernel. Uniqueness and boundedness for solution are proved through fixed point theory. Finally, we applied a numerical power series method to solve the proposed fractional model. Due to the high non-linearity of our problem, we used a suitable numerical scheme to solve this system of equations numerically.

This theoretical research explores the potential of applying the learning organisation metaphor within the context of a local municipality to enhance service delivery to its communities. The study examines the implications of embracing Senge's disciplines, namely personal mastery, mental models, shared vision, team learning, and systems thinking, for driving a transformation toward a learning organisation. It establishes how the concept of a learning organisation can be understood and applied to facilitate individual, team, and organisational learning within the municipality. By investigating various case studies and examining literature from various authorities, this article also aims to stimulate dialogue among practitioners and scholars on the efficacy of adopting a learning organisation approach within the municipal context, therefore, the grounded theory method was followed to attain the aim. Findings highlight the potential of the learning organisation metaphor as a catalyst for improving service delivery and enhancing community engagement. The limitation of the current study is its focus on a literature review and the study of one local municipality. It is suggested that its implementation warrants further research and practice in the realm of local governance; and that further study could include three or more municipalities located in various provinces within South Africa, using either qualitative, quantitative research methods or the mixed methods approach.

We presents four patients with respiratory symptoms and radiological finding but without pulmonary diagnosis at the end. The first case is mitral chordae rupture, which is understood as a COPD exacerbation due to the dyspnea and fatigue. Considering normal auscultation finding, not smoker, the overall finding did not indicate COPD. Urgent heart ultrasound gave right diagnosis. The second was admitted as bilateral pneumonia. CT scan showed that it was a large intestinal hernia. The third case was presented as pleural effusion after the onset of acute chest pain. Profile radiography and CT scan diagnosed aortic aneurysm dissection and the patient underwent emergency surgery. The fourth patient underwent chest X-ray as part of the preoperative preparation of gallbladder calculosis, where a nodular tumor shadow was seen. CT scan showed that was a pericardial cyst. Imaging findings must be correlated with clinical manifestations. This paper presents some of the faces of non-pulmonary diseases with respiratory manifestations that can lead us a misdiagnosis and sometimes lethal outcome. A multidisciplinary approach, more diagnostic procedures with an adequate history of illness will give us the right diagnosis. In this way, the patient will receive appropriate treatment

Backgroud. About 50 percent woman had psychiatry symptom before pregnant. They had consumed drug for the rest life. The drug was valproic acid. Consumtion this drug during pregnancy would made neurodevelopmental disorder like Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Brain Derived Neurothropic Factor (BDNF) have a role in development of Nervous system dams. The serum level increase during pregnancy and exercise Valproid acid which is consumed in pregnant may cause the decrease of BDNF level. Aims. Our study aims to investigate serum level of pregnant mice exposed to valproic acid and to investigate relationship level of BDNF with two condition exercise or not in short time. It is important to study to know, if BDNF level of mother is the better marker risk factor born child with ASD. Method. Pregnant mice differed into 4 group (control/1, control with exercise/ 2, valproid acid / 3, valproid acid with exercise /4). Valproic acid 500 mg/weight single dose was given at 16 days pregnant continue exercise for 4 days. Serum BDNF mother was examined. Result. Statistically, All groups had no significant value (p>0,05). But mean of both valproid acid groups, relatively decreased than control group. Exercise did not change the level.Conclusion. It could be concluded that consumtion of valproic acid could changed physiology of secretion of BDNF during prenatal, this is may be the causa of neurodevelopmental Disorder.

The digitalization era is being sparked by Industry 4.0. Manufacturing companies are increasingly implementing Industry 4.0 as a way to boost customized productivity since they provide a number of benefits over conventional manufacturing systems. To keep up with the present level of market rivalry, manufacturing firms are quickly switching from mass production to customized production. The development of customized goods as well as increased operational flexibility, efficiency, and productivity are all made possible by the new technology available to manufacturing industries. The concern of why and how Industry 4.0 is needed for the new market is raised in this situation. So, a survey became required to learn more about the empirical investigations related to the term "Industry 4.0". This review paper covers the empirical investigation that has been carried out on Industry 4.0 implementation with the goal of better understanding these processes, by emphasizing the potential for future research.

As a result of the recent widespread use of the Internet, individuals search for their questions or problems on the Internet. This situation has led to the concepts of e-health literacy and cyberchondria. The aim of the study is to determine the level of e-health literacy and cyberchondria seriousness of teachers who prepare children and adolescents, the youngest members of society, for life. The population of the cross-sectional study consists of teachers working in the Ayvac?k district of Samsun province in the 2022-2023 academic year (N=301). The sample of the study was determined to be 183, with a 95% confidence interval and a 5% margin of error. The study data were collected between 15.07.2023 and 15.08.2023. Three forms were used in data collection, and these were personal information form, e-health literacy scale and cyberchondria severity scale short form (CCS-12). In the study, 56.1% of the participants were female, 65% were between the ages of 30-39, and 48% had been working for 1-9 years. The mean score of e-health literacy was 3.690.80, and the mean score of cyberchondria severity was 32.087.98. In the study, a statistically significant difference was found between age and marital status in both e-health literacy and cyberchondria severity. In addition, a positive low-level relationship was determined between e-health literacy and cyberchondria severity (p<0.001, r=,158). As a result, age and marital status affect e-health literacy and cyberchondria severity. In addition, cyberchondria severity increases as e-health literacy increases.

The main objective of the study is to analyze the efficiency of resource use levels in corn production using the Data Envelopment Analysis method in Almaty region, Kazakhstan. In the course of the study, data were collected from 96 farmers growing corn in the Almaty region by proportional sampling using a face-to-face survey. According to the research results: the average of maize production area in the farms is 112.63 ha. It was determined that the average maize production amount was 961192.91 kg, and the maize yield per hectare was 8534.07 kg. The average corn price received by the farmers is 0,080 $/kg. Average maize production cost per hectare was calculated as 222,18 $. Average net profit per hectare from maize production has been determined as 462,64 $. It has been determined that the most important criterion for the farmers in selecting and using inputs is the input price. According to the efficiency analysis results, the average efficiency of 96 maize farmers was calculated as 0.74 under the assumption of constant return to scale and 0.95 under the assumption of variable return to scale. A data coverage method was used to analyze the efficiency of the use of inputs in corn production. In Data Envelopment Analysis, data were analyzed according to the CRS (Constant Return to Scale) and VRS (Variable Return to Scale) models, and estimates were made according to both models in the analysis. According to both model assumptions, efficiency results for the input were obtained. In an input-driven model approach, target results can be achieved with minimal use of input resources. It was determined that the most important criterion for farmers in the selection and use of inputs is the cost of inputs. According to the results of the efficiency analysis, the average efficiency of 96 corn farmers was calculated as 0.74 assuming constant returns to scale and 0.95 assuming variable returns to scale.

The main purpose of this research is to determine the benefits and satisfaction levels enabled by the agricultural aids for dairy cattle farms that are members of S.S. Çavuşlu Village Agricultural Development Cooperative in the Derince district of Kocaeli province and to provide policy proposals for ensuring the sustainability of farms. For this purpose, the data collected from 61 dairy farmers, who are members of the S.S. Çavuşlu Village Agricultural Development Cooperative, through the face-to-face questionnaire method were analyzed. The dairy farms' activities in 2020 were analyzed under three groups based on the number of dairy cows. Farms with 5 or fewer dairy cows were designated as Group I (19 farms), farms with 6-10 dairy cows as Group II (21 farms), and farms with 11 and more dairy animals as Group III (21 farms). While evaluating the data, simple average and percentage calculations were performed. The Five-Point Likert Scale was used to evaluate the farmers’ opinions, expectations, and satisfaction levels regarding livestock support programs in the farms examined. The research employed the fuzzy pairwise comparison method to determine the support preferences of farmers in dairy cattle breeding. According to the results of the research, the average farm age was determined as 52.41 years, the average education level was 6.60 years, and the agricultural experience was 38.46 years. The average farmland size was 151.41 decares. The average number of dairy cows on the farms was 8.64. The average daily milk yield per animal was 12.68 kg. The average milk selling price was 0.37 USD/kg. According to the Fuzzy Pairwise Comparison, six different support tools were provided to farmers, and they chose milk and forage crop aids as priority support tools. High production costs, especially high feed prices, the inability to sell milk at an affordable price, and lack of support were the most significant problems identified in the farms. As a result, support policies for dairy cattle should be reviewed, payments should be made earlier, the amount of support provided should be increased, and farmers should be made aware of the organization.
