Abstract Low-energy emulsification method was used to prepare oil-in-water(O/W) nano-emulsions by diluting the system of water/PEG hydrogenated castor oil/(caprylic/capric triglyceride) with water. Most of the composition in terms of phase diagram of the system showed isotropic gel-like appearance. The influence of different procedures on the properties of O/W nano-emulsions prepared by dilution of gels has been studied. The dilution procedures were consisted of adding water stepwise into gels and vice-versa. We obtained fine nano-emulsions less than 200 nm, and the size of droplets of nanoemulsions with the same water and surfactant ratio was gradually increased by increasing the concentration of oil. The size of droplets of nano-emulsions showed a similar pattern between the two diluting procedures. The nano-emulsions with less than 200 nm diameter were stable. We also investigated the system of (water/glycerin)/PEG hydrogenated castor oil/(caprylic/capric triglyceride).

This paper highlights the role of the web 2.0 as intangible resource. The firm's strategic planning capacity cannot be restricted to a simple adaptation, though conscious adequation to a given competitive environment, but it should increasingly become an active component through resources. The second section of this study examines the different frameworks of analysis proposed by the doctrine in order to interpret the strategic management and the related processes of value creation. The third and fourth sections focus on the strategic role of intangible resources, connecting them to the concepts of knowledge and image. In light of these considerations, in the fifth section, the virtual space is analyzed as an intangible strategic resource. The sixth section provides an outline of the proposed framework in addition to suggestions and proposals for future research.

Abstract This paper presents the electromagnetic interference effects from the railway systems to electric power supplier systems and telecommunication lines. As the railway system emits the electromagnetic radiation mainly from 30 MHz to 1 GHz frequency bands, the interfering noise can be induced to the nearby power lines or telecommunication lines in the frequency band of same frequency spectrum or higher. This paper modeled and analyzed the radiated electromagnetic emission levels from the railway system to validate the electromagnetic interference from the railway system. As the first step, the electromagnetic coupling between the railway system and overhead power lines crossing the railways were modeled and analyzed. And then, the electromagnetic coupling between the railway system and telecommunication lines in the tunnel were modeled and analyzed. In the analysis result, it was shown that the radiated electromagnetic interference level from the railway system is so considerably low that the induced noise level from the railway systems to the electricity supplier and telecommunication systems would be an insignificant level.
