Abstract This paper presents the electromagnetic interference effects from the railway systems to electric power supplier systems and telecommunication lines. As the railway system emits the electromagnetic radiation mainly from 30 MHz to 1 GHz frequency bands, the interfering noise can be induced to the nearby power lines or telecommunication lines in the frequency band of same frequency spectrum or higher. This paper modeled and analyzed the radiated electromagnetic emission levels from the railway system to validate the electromagnetic interference from the railway system. As the first step, the electromagnetic coupling between the railway system and overhead power lines crossing the railways were modeled and analyzed. And then, the electromagnetic coupling between the railway system and telecommunication lines in the tunnel were modeled and analyzed. In the analysis result, it was shown that the radiated electromagnetic interference level from the railway system is so considerably low that the induced noise level from the railway systems to the electricity supplier and telecommunication systems would be an insignificant level.

ISO/IEC 20000 is the first international standard for IT Service Management. Previous researches have showed that this standard needs improvements. This paper is focused on the improvement of the process model for ISO/IEC 20000 standard. The paper is based on the improvement of process model for ISO/IEC 20000 standard by using the comparison with ITIL 2011 framework and with eTOM and ISO/IEC 27000 standard. The result of the research is the new improved process model for ISO/IEC 20000 standard which can be implemented in any business environment. This is the first research which takes more than one other ITSM framework or standard for the comparison with ISO/IEC 20000 standard. The paper has a practical significance because this new model will be also implemented in BH Telecom, the leading Telecom operator in Bosnia and Herzegovina. Key-Words: ISO/IEC 20000, ITIL 2011, ISO/IEC 27000, eTOM, Establish ISMS, Assurance Service Management & Operations, Assurance Resource Management & Operations.

Ischemic optic neuropathy (ION), is one of the most well-known disease which could lead to vision loss or blindness. ION impacts the head of the optic nerve (ONH),referred to as anterior (AION), and the other parts of the optic nerve, referred to as posterior (PION).This article presents a customized image processing method based on low pass filtration and segmentation of the area around the ONH , which is the region of interest (ROI) to detect ION. The extracted RIOs features for the optic nerve were analyzed and employed by statistical analysis's such as descriptive analysis and test of hypothesis. To test the sensitivity of the proposed imaging method to discriminate images of individuals with ION from healthy ones, 76 fluorescein angiography images were analyzed. The images were classified based on participants status such as: healthy, ION over the age of 45, ION under the age of 45. The proposed method demonstrated a 95% accuracy in discriminating healthy images from those with ION, and consequently would help identify the clinical features of ION.

This paper presents a feature analysis of two electromagnetic interference test facilities. The one is an anechoic chamber and the other is a reverberation chamber. And then, this paper reviews problems of the current reverberation chamber, the stirrer. In general, a reverberation chamber uses a stirrer to generate a uniform electric field inside it. However, the stirrer is a big sized unit and has rotating parts in it, which makes problems and difficulties in maintenance. To conquest these problems, this paper suggests a diffuser which is commonly used in acoustics. To study the substitution effect of a diffuser, a diffuser and a reverberation chamber for 5.0-7.0 GHz band are designed and fabricated. And then, the real measurement of electric field intensity is done to study the electromagnetic interference characteristics in a reverberation chamber with a diffuser. With the measurement results, it is show that a diffuser satisfies the international standard requirement, which means the reverberation chamber with a diffuser can be used as an official facility for the electromagnetic interference measurement.
