The current business world and the academic fraternity agree on the need for creative thinking and innovation in every sphere of life to ensure global sustainability. Today, we are forced to provide those innovative solutions which are sustainable, i.e., one which caters to the social and environmental needs of both the current and future generations, besides aiming at profitability. To meet such a challenge, one needs a different paradigm. This paper, proposes a holistic set of seven principles for practice of management for problem solving and innovating through creative thinking. Together, these principles provide holistic creative thinking resulting into sustainable business and social innovations if taken up to their conclusions, given any target or challenge. Since these are principles, they are fundamental, enduring and universally applicable. The purpose of this paper is to help both individuals and organisations in setting and achieving their goals pertaining to creative thinking and sustainable innovation.

In today's competitive environment, companies have to take lots of crucial financial decisions; a single wrong decision may lead to a huge cost to company. Identifying the various sources to raise funds is amongst the crucial activities and companies are free to decide an optimum capital structure in order to maximise their value. Therefore, it is essential for the companies to focus on factor influencing the leveraging decisions. Against this background, this paper examines the factors influencing the leveraging decisions of 100 Indian companies representing BSE-100 index during financial year 2008 to 2018. The analysis has been carried out using panel data analysis by dividing the companies in two groups on the basis of their age. The results revealed that, all factors except tangibility are significantly impacting the leveraging decision in all companies. Liquidity is found to be least influential for the companies existing for more than 40 years, whereas profitability and tangibility are observed to have least influence for the companies which are into existence for less than 40 years.

Background: Patent foramen ovale (PFO) is a common anatomic variant associated with intermittent right-to-left shunting. Transcatheter PFO closure has been proposed to address multiple clinical conditions including stroke, transient ischemic attack, migraine, and decompression illness.
Methods: A systematic review was conducted using the GRADE approach to address 5 questions formulated by the Society for Cardiovascular Angiography and Interventions (SCAI) Guideline Panel in patient, intervention, comparator, outcome (PICO) format. Medical literature from January 2015 through May 2021 was searched. Extracted data underwent review and risk-of-bias assessment by 2 independent researchers. Pooled effect estimates were calculated. Certainty of evidence was determined for each query.
Results: Our search identified 2701 titles and abstracts, of which 30 met eligibility criteria and informed the technical review. Data were abstracted to address outcomes of PFO closure for patients with and without prior stroke, in comparison to antiplatelet therapy, in comparison to anticoagulation, and with various post-procedure antithrombotic regimens.
Conclusion: In appropriately selected patients with prior stroke, transcatheter PFO closure reduces the risk of recurrent stroke more than antiplatelet therapy alone. Evidence to support PFO closure is weaker regarding older patients, anticoagulation, thrombophilia, transient ischemic attack, migraine, and decompression illness. Data from this technical review will inform the SCAI Guideline for Transcatheter Patent Foramen Ovale Closure.
