Security issue is one of the major concerns in our society these days. Keeping that in mind, this paper provides maximum possible security required in the hardware system. Security components as of the MAC filter, i.e. the hardware security, biometric security and many more are listed in this paper along with a brief description and implementation demo. The technology as well as the prototype designed and implemented can be used for application in offices, houses, even in the military truck for loading the assets as the designed system is a multipurpose Smart and Secure Automated system. In case of a security loophole, many ways are provided to report the issue and problem to the concerned authority or personnel. The Application for system prototype is designed using MIT App Inventor and sensors are connected to the Application using Google Firebase via bucket token authentication. _____________________________________________________________________________________________________

To produce low-cost concrete by blending various ration of cement with paper sludge and to reduce disposal and pollution problems due to paper sludge. It is most essential to develop profitable building materials from paper sludge. Innovative use of paper sludge in concrete formation as a supplementary cementitious material was tested as an alternative to normal concrete. In this study, paper sludge was physically and chemically characterized and partially replacement in the ratio of 0%, 20 %, 30 %, 30% of paper sludge +20% of fly ash by weight of cement, natural river sand as fine aggregate, and normal coarse aggregate were used to produce concrete. Present study gives us an idea about how concrete’s mechanical properties like compressive strength, split tensile test and flexural strength & fresh properties like slump behave if we replace a cement with hypo-sludge to a certain extent. keywords concrete , hypo-sludge, compressive and flexural strength, paper waste, _____________________________________________________________________________________________________

Abstract: The purpose of this paper is to demystify the confusion on Business Process Reengineering(BPR).This is achieved through a review of the literature covering the period from 1996 to 2020 .Articles published in leading business journals were included in the review as well as book published on the topic. The review shows that considerable confusion exists as to exactly what constitutes BPR resulting in most of BPR projects failure due to lack of top management commitment. This paper contrasts and summaries the main findings of literature research and show further avenues for successful BPR efforts with senior management perspective keywords

In Indonesia, especially in rural areas, the potential of low head river and sunlight is still quite abundant energy source; these can be used as a source of electricity on a small scale such as picohydro and solar energy. The rural areas are usually far from the electricity network, so that a power plant off grid is sufficient enough for a house. One component of the picohydro generator is a turbine, and so, this research is designed with dimensions of turbine according to flow condition of the river in West Java Indonesia. The design of the turbine starts with assessing the water flow in the river in the country side, and then determining the design specifications, followed by designing the turbine details with theoretical and simulation approach. The generator that will be used has 12 Volt 500 rpm, the designed power has minimum of 100 watts. The results of the design obtained a Kaplan turbine with a 4 degree angle of attack, blade diameter 217 mm. The maximum stress 5,9 MPa, this occurs in the area between the hub and turbine blade rotors, with thickness 2 mm and material blade used aluminum Alloy.

As ordinary vitality sources are crippling altogether, the improvement of perpetual and economic power source resources like breeze, daylight based is essential for human life. The breeze control been utilized by individual for an increasingly unmistakable day and age and today wind control is pulling in the benefits of vitality division and their application is going into speedier improvement. The standard Wind turbine requires high structures to allow space for their huge edges consequently Maglev Turbines are an impeccable plan. Maglev wind turbines have a couple focal points over common breeze turbines. For instance, they're prepared to use turns with starting paces as low as 1.5 meters for each second (m/s). In like manner, they could work in winds outperforming 40 m/s. At present the greatest normal breeze turbines on the planet make only five megawatts of vitality. Nevertheless, one broad maglev wind turbine could make one GW of clean force, enough to supply imperativeness to 750,000 homes keywords Vitality, Attractive Levitation, Force Generation, Maglev Wind Turbines, Renewable Energy. _____________________________________________________________________________________________________
