The most widely used refrigeration machine today is a refrigeration machine that operates with a vapor compression cycle (SKU). To operate a vapor compression machine, refrigerant is needed as a working fluid. The most widely used refrigerants are chlorofluorocarbon (CFC) and hydrochlorofluorocarbon (HCFC) refrigerants. However, their use can damage the ozone layer and has a great potential to increase the effects of global warming. Therefore, a refrigeration system that is environmentally friendly and also has low power is needed, this can be fulfilled by using thermoelectric. This research was conducted to analyze the performance of temperature differences, heat absorbed, cooling capacity and COP in thermoelectric-based cooler boxes, thermoelectric performance with variations in input voltage and with variations in the addition of heatsinks where the method used is experimental by controlling the variable input voltage. From the research results, the calorific value absorbed is proportional to the increase in the applied voltage. Where the greater the voltage applied, the heat absorbed will be higher and the input power that enters the thermoelectric module is directly proportional to the incoming voltage where the greater the voltage. Then the power that goes into the thermoelectric will also be even greater. Whereas the COP value will decrease as the voltage increases and the best thermoelectric performance is with a voltage of 10 V. This can be seen after 60 minutes, the temperature difference value is 6.6 0K, the absorbed calorific value is 19,150 W, and the COP is 0.921. The thermoelectric performance is not only based on the COP value but also based on a review of the electric power consumed and the cooling speed during the 60 minute test. Then for the addition of a copper heatsink the COP value is 0.4832 and the temperature drop in the cooler box is only 3.9 0K, the value is lower than without the additional heatsink due to the gap between the aluminum heatsinks.

The demand for system automation has been continuously increasing with the current technological developments. One of these advancements is in the implementation of face recognition. Camera capabilities have evolved from merely capturing images or videos to being able to process the resulting images. Facial images contain a wealth of information, one of which is the gender information of the individuals. To obtain this information, facial image classification using deep learning is required. In this scientific paper, the author utilizes the Convolutional Neural Network algorithm implemented with the Python programming language and employs TensorFlow as its framework. The research aims to predict human gender based on facial images. The dataset used in this study is obtained from the kaggle.com dataset provider, consisting of 9,600 male facial data and 9,600 female facial data. The data is divided into a training and testing set, with an 80% ratio for training data and a 20% ratio for testing data from the total available data. The model training process is performed for 15 epochs with 768 steps in each epoch. The testing results show that the Convolutional Neural Network method achieves a validation accuracy of approximately 91%. The developed program runs well through a webcam.

Distillation or simple distillation uses the principle of separating two or more liquids based on differences in the boiling points of each component. The distillation process itself has two main stages, namely the evaporation stage and the condensation or condensation stage. Therefore, distillation equipment uses a heating device in the form of a boiler and a cooler in the form of a heat exchanger. In the refining process, the heart of the distillation system lies in the boiler as a steam producing component. Therefore, the effectiveness of the boiler to produce saturated steam greatly determines the results of the refining process. To determine the power of the boiler, it is necessary to analyze the Boiler simulation calculations which include Von misses, displacement and safety factor simulations. The simulation is carried out at a pressure of 4.5 Bar which produces a Von misses max value. of 3.444 MPa, with the highest displacement value of 0.002 mm and the smallest value of 0 mm, and produces a safety factor value of 75. With this safety factor value, it can be said that the frame construction is safe.

PT. Soho Global Health (SOHO) is a provider of health products and supplements that has 2500 employees. The overall performance of these employees is assessed on an annual KPI (Key Performance Index). Problems arise due to technology systems that were previously perceived to be very slow for processing KPI data online. New system changes that are designed with faster performance need to be done or in other words revamp the system. Substitution of a whole new system or revamp system at Soho needs to use the Agile methodology approach. Agile methodology especially the Scrum model can overcome problems that arise in the system development process, especially in the speed of processing time, many modules and complex, and also involves many teams both the development team and many elements of related users. Given that, the KPI system at SOHO processes data from thousands of employees from many divisions as a whole.

The current study was design to exploit the Azadirachta indica leaves, seeds and twigs for %yield, phytochemicals content and antioxidant activities using infusion, hydroalcoholic, decoction and microwave extraction techniques. The phytochemicals contents were determined by standard reported methods. While antioxidant activity was assessed by three (03) standards In-vitro antioxidant test systems as 1, 1’-diphynyl- 2-picrylhydrazyl (DPPH), Hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) scavenging activity and Nitric oxide (NO) scavenging activity method using ascorbic acid as standard. The highest extractive yield was observed in seed were 44.00±02% (infusion), 38.00±00% (Hydroalcoholic) and 20.00±03% (decoction). Followed by leaves and twigs parts of neem. The high amount (+++) phytochemicals contents were extracted from neem leaves infusion and hydroalcoholic extracts as compared to seeds and twigs neem parts with decoction and microwave extraction methods. The highest Azadirachta indica (neem) leaves infusion extract showed at 1000 mg/L remarkably inhibited DPPH inhibition activity (85±01), H2O2 scavenging activity (83±01%), and NO scavenging activity (78±01%). The antioxidants activities showed a dose dependant manner, the higher the concentration showed high antioxidant activities. The results pointed to the significant antioxidant activities of the leaves infusion and hydroalcoholic extraction techniques, the overall strength being in the order of infusion >hydroalcoholic >decoction >microwave in leaves, seeds and twigs extracts. In all cases, the extracts obtained from leaves showed higher antioxidant activity and higher phytochemicals contents than the other extraction technique obtained from seeds and twigs. The results indicate that Azadirachta indica leaves, seeds and twigs extracts have potent antioxidant activities that would have beneficial effects on human health and infusion extracts are superior with better antioxidant potential.
