This study aimed to evaluate the antimicrobial activity of green synthesized copper-oxide nanoparticles (CuO-NPs) using Crocus sativus. The microorganisms were supplied from Baghdad Teaching Hospital. Using C. sativus, CuO nanoparticles were synthesized in a green manner, and their properties were assessed using UV-visible spectroscopy at the peak of 260 nm. Atomic force microscopy (AFM) was used to measure the particles' size and form, and x-ray technology was used to more precisely quantify their dimensions. diffraction (XRD). The biomolecule and functional group were determined by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR). Different concentrations of nanoparticles (50, 75, and 100 ?g/ml) were subjected to the well diffusion method for antibacterial activity testing. The findings indicated that the CuO-NPs had a spherical form and a 0.154 nm size. The average diameters of the AFM pictures were found to be 11.89 nm, 2.62 nm, and 24.55 nm. The following growth zone inhibition values for the various bacteria species used were revealed by the nanoparticles' antimicrobial activity results: Staphylococcus aureus 18 mm, Staphylococcus epidermidis 18 mm, Klebsiella ssp 15 mm, Candida albican 18 mm, and Escherichia coli 17mm.

The industry's ostensible technological sophistication contributes to the highly dynamic ecommerce environment. When new technology is made available, many of these companies openly adopt it to stay competitive market. Internet shop owners have embraced a variety of technologies, including artificial intelligence. Technology is rapidly evolving. Artificial intelligence significantly facilitates the conversion of interest into purchase intentions. The majority of the information gathered by e-commerce companies is about prospective customers or prospects. AI can be used to interact with warm leads or cold leads who have indicated interest in a brand or product. Furthermore, AI has been demonstrated to be a highly constructive technique of retargeting customers. Artificial intelligence advancements have increased consumer satisfaction even further, making it even more critical in today's climate. This paper will investigate the factors that influence artificial intelligence's practical implacability in order to better understand how it affects consumers' online purchase plans. This paper explores the various variables influencing consumers' purchase intentions for e-retailing using a technology-based model as the foundation. This study has developed a model that shows how business organisations can incorporate artificial intelligence into retailing in order to comprehend consumer requirements and encourage technology adoption. This research has looked more closely at consciousness, subjective norms, and faith as constructs that heighten the tenacity of artificial intelligence.

The research into changes in the Sentani indigenous people's settlement spaces can be assumed in cultural and environmental relations. The most priorities highly depend on cultural and environmental backgrounds since they are the main factor determining the course of the evaluation of changes in the form of the traditional settlement hierarchy built. The significant aspect of the innate form of the traditional settlement hierarchy is the changes in the traditional community-built environment into opportunities affecting the changes in traditional settlement patterns. The interdependence between forms of housing and settlement patterns, including houses and settlements, is inseparable from one another. Community occupancy is an essential component of the establishment of settlements they have. In addition, none of the dwellings can be seen as independent buildings standing alone in the natural landscape. Configuration of indoors (dwelling community) and outdoors (settlements) makes an interaction formed entirely by the mutual dependence between the two. In this paper, this method used compares a series of traditional settlements ranging from the most original to the most changed in 1903 and 2022 in the remote areas closer to the original condition. Field studies were conducted in traditional settlements of Sentani indigenous people. Observation, sketching, photography, fieldwork notes, and in-depth interviews were used as research techniques to explore rich data and phenomena within the socio-cultural and environmental contexts. The relationship between the forms and patterns of traditional settlements is determined by the layout correlation between the mass of the building and the patterns of settlement arrangement. This is the focus of this research based on the relationship of cultural changes in the hierarchy of traditional residential spaces.

The construction industry worldwide faces a great demand of natural resources due to modernization of day-to-day life. To meet this increase in demand one must go for excessive mining of riverbed and that leads to natural imbalance. India is in a period of rapid development where natural resources are being used extensively. It will harm the future generation because many natural resources such as land, mineral wealth and water are non-renewable in the short term. Therefore, it is necessary to embark on an eco-friendly way of production to achieve sustainable development. The main objective of this investigation is to compare the strength parameters of the conventional concrete with the concrete having waste copper slag and glass powder incorporated in various percentages as partial replacement of fine aggregate. The M30 mix design was prepared and used for conventional as well as modified concrete. Total of 24 cubes were casted to examine the compressive strength of concrete, and 24 cylinders were casted to examine the split tensile strength of concrete, and 12 beams were casted to examine the flexural strength of concrete.
