Energy Levels, Wavelengths and Life Time for Transitions in Ag XIV Ag XIV中跃迁的能级、波长和寿命

Atomic parameters were estimated for the 4s2 4p4, 4s 4p4 4d, 4s 4p5, 4s2 4p3 4d and 4s2 4p3 4f configurations for electric quadrupole (E2) and magnetic dipole (M1) transitions occurring within the ground configuration (4s2 4p4) in the heavy atom of laboratory and astrophysical interest. The fully relativistic multi-configuration Dirac-Fock method taking into account both the correlations within the n = 4 complex and the QED effects has been used for the calculations. The obtained results are compared to those done by Hartree-Fock method and agree well with recent electron-beam ion-trap measurements. This has led to an accurate determination of scaling factors for the Slater and spin-orbit integrals calculated by the Hartree - Fock method. Predicted wavelengths and line strengths are given for Ag XIV. Results for fine structure energy levels and oscillator strengths and transition probabilities, life time, cross section and transition wavelengths (λ) are listed for all strong E1, E2 and M1 transitions among the 38 levels of Ag XIV ion.

Study of the Influence of Wind Power Station on the Operating Modes of the Distribution Electric Network 风力发电站对配电网运行方式的影响研究

This paper is devoted to the analysis of the operation of electrical installations of a wind power station as part of a power system. For this, the measurement data were obtained and processed, on the basis of which the developed model of the power system was verified. Moreover, this work assesses the impact of the established operating modes of wind power plants on the power quality indicators in the distribution network. In addition, the measures have been represented to eliminate the negative impact of the wind power station on the indicators of power quality and the operation mode of the distribution network.

An Alternative Approach for THD Assessment 评估THD的另一种方法

In a grid, electrical installations operate under strict conditions to power quality, such as low harmonic emission, a balanced three-phase voltage, stable frequency, and a voltage level at consumer buses. Harmonic emission, mostly caused by non-linear loads, may lead to different well-known negative effects. However, some consumers are not able to operate with zero-emission, which leads to some consensus when a part of this emission to the grid is allowed. In order to compare the normalized and actual emission levels, and for quantitative assessment, in IEEE's and different national standards (in Russian Federation, USA, and EU countries, etc.), it has been introduced a factor named total harmonic distortion factor (THD). This paper outlines an approach for THD calculation, based on the operator-matrix state variable method (OMSV method).

Equivalent Model of Electric Power System of the Kyrgyz Republic and Analysis of Modes in Case of High Perturbations 吉尔吉斯斯坦电力系统的等效模型及高摄动情况下的模态分析

Modern electric power systems are characterized by a very complex structure of electrical connection circuits and a huge number of elements (stations, loads, synchronous compensators, etc.). Difficulties of calculations at the occurrence of large disturbances and analysis of the obtained results quickly increase with the increase of the number of elements of power systems, which cause in steady and transient modes various phenomena and accompanying processes, which cannot be analyzed without taking various kinds of equivalence. Therefore, it is generally advantageous to simplify power grid schemes in a stability analysis. In action, it is sought to obtain a scheme that reduces the number of elements involved, but at the same time allows for sufficiently reliable and practically foreseeable results. Because the problem of building models that best reflect actual processes is always relevant. This article deals with the proposal for system equivalence in relation to the Electrical power system (EPS) of the Kyrgyz Republic (KR).

Features of Low-Grade Steam Application in Heat Supply Systems 低品位蒸汽在供热系统中的应用特点

The paper considers the possibility of the energy efficiency increase at the enterprises by implementing the low-grade steam compressing. The energy costs for the compression of low-grade steam process were analyzed. The scheme of the technological process of compression of low-grade steam is proposed. The graphs of the dependence of the productivity coefficient were built. The system was also compared with steam mechanical compression and a boiler room to ensure the thermal needs of the consumer. The results of comparing energy costs expressed in fuel equivalent for consumers of hot water from a boiler and from a steam compression system of an enterprise are presented. It was revealed that the introduction of this technology in industrial enterprises leads to the saving of primary fuel.

Multi Objective Path Planning in Static Environment using Region of Sight 基于视觉区域的静态环境多目标路径规划

Finding appropriate path, that avoids the hurdles and reach the goal in optimal way, has been an interesting challenge in recent years. In this paper, we present a new method for robot path planning in a static environment. The main aim; to tackle path planning in simple and fast method, seeks to satisfy many robot movement's requirements such as shortest path length, safety, smoothness with less time consuming. This method ensures that safety and smoothness criteria are already met, path length is then shortening the usage of environment details, where each point of this path can be seen only by its previous and next points. The obtained result is compared with the well-known methods and shows the superiority in simple and complex environments in term of time, smoothness and safety and the obtained path lengths are shorter than those obtained with PSO and ABC as well.

Design of the Electrodynamic Seismic Sensor With Two Mechanic Oscillation Circuits 双机械振荡电路电动力地震传感器的设计

Electrodynamic seismic sensors are used mainly for seismological research. To improve the functionality, the authors modeled the seismic sensor with two free frequencies in the operating band. The authors are going to use seismic sensors as a part of portable security or monitoring systems because they don't need external power for their performance. The solid model of the seismic sensor with two mechanic oscillation circuits is presented. The frequency response of an output signal in a steady-state mode is calculated. Design and simulations of planar springs are presented. The influence of the deviation of the vibration direction from the axis of the device was modeled and estimated.

Real-Time Dispatcher Training Simulation System for Future Requirements of Grid Operation 面向未来电网运行需求的实时调度员培训仿真系统

This paper introduces a modern dispatcher training simulation system for mapping dynamic processes similar to dispatcher control rooms. This system is designed for the current and future challenges of the electricity grids based on the requirements of transmission and distribution systems. The concept and the structure of the system are clarified and visualized. Furthermore, interactions between simulation core and interfaces as well as applications of the system are briefly discussed. Based on the framework of this concept, the first German power system simulator for educational training at universities with commercial grid control technology was built.

Design and Analysis of X/Ka-band Irregular Inductive Frequency Selective Surface with Dual Transmission Poles for Beam-Waveguide Antenna 波束波导天线X/ ka波段不规则双极感应选频面设计与分析

The paper presents the results of the design and simulation of the irregular inductive frequency-selective surface (FSS) for dichroic mirror in the beam-waveguide (BWG) feed in X/Ka-band. Traditional electromagnetic (EM) analyses based on a uniform plane wave incidence were augmented by advanced numerical techniques to investigate the impact of the dichroic mirror on the overall antenna performance. The irregularity of the proposed FSS is introduced in varying aperture (unit cell) dimensions in one of the coordinates to minimize the energy losses at high frequencies. The optimal shape of a periodic cell is determined and characterized by the presence in the frequency response dual transmission poles in uplink/downlink bands, corresponding to the frequencies of reception and transmission in the Ka-band. Due to the varying cell grid structure the averaged losses over the entire range of incidence angles from 16° to 44° with an amplitude decay of the real source to the FSS edges were 0.06 dB, so this is acceptable attenuation for such structures.
