Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui besarnya : 1). Biaya, penerimaan, pendapatan dan R/C agroindustri keripik singkong “Sindang Rasa” di Desa Padaringan Kecamatan Purwadadi Kabupaten Ciamis dalam satu kali proses produksi. 2). Dalam salah satu nilai tambah proses produksi agroindustri keripik singkong “Sindang Rasa” di Desa Padaringan Kecamatan Purwadadi Kabupaten Ciamis. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah studi kasus. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1). Agroindustri keripik singkong “Sindang Rasa” di Desa Padaringan Kecamatan Purwadadi Kabupaten Ciamis mengeluarkan biaya sebesar Rp2.389.895,86 dalam sekali produksi, pendapatan Rp15.000.000,00, pendapatan Rp. 6,28 2) Nilai tambah keripik singkong yang diperoleh pada agroindustri keripik singkong “Sindang Rasa” di Desa Padaringan Kecamatan Purwadadi Kabupaten Ciamis adalah sebesar Rp. 508,67 per kilogram, sebanyak 450 kilogram keripik tapioka diproduksi dalam satu proses produksi.

Cooperative members are an important factor in carrying out cooperative activities. One of the things that must be considered in cooperatives is member satisfaction. The purpose of cooperative members towards cooperative services is one of the benchmarks for the success of cooperatives in the welfare of their members. This study aims to analyze the level of satisfaction felt by cooperative members towards cooperative services and also to find out what attributes are the main priorities of the Seandanan Agricultural Cooperative. The method used is the survey method. Respondents are members of the Seandanan Agricultural Cooperative who collected 35 members taken by simple random sampling. Data collection was carried out from February 2022 to March 2022. The data analysis used was the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) and Importance Performance Analysis (IPA). The results showed that the CSI value was 70.12 percent, which means that cooperative members are satisfied with cooperative services. Based on IPA, there are seven main priorities for cooperatives to be further improved, namely support for operational support equipment, adequate operational field officers, coordination of employees within the internal cooperative environment, coordination of cooperative employees with other agencies, ensuring loss/damage of administrative files, intellectual level and responsibilities of officers, and officers' understanding of the needs of members.

Penelitian dilaksanakan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) Faktor-faktor yang berpengaruh terhadap produksi usahatani tomat. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode studi kasus di Desa Cibeureum, Kecamatan Sukamantri, Kabupaten Ciamis. Populasi petani tomat sebanyak 401 dengan mengambil sampel sebanyak 40 orang pada tingkat kesalahan 15%. Adapun analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan persamaan regresi linier berganda dengan menggunakan SPSS 25. Hasil penelitian secara serentak variabel luas lahan, benih, pupuk kimia, pestisida dan tenaga kerja berpengaruh terhadap produksi usahatani tomat. Adapun secara parsial faktor-faktor yang berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produksi usahatani Tomat yaitu luas lahan, pupuk kimia, dan tenaga kerja. Sedangkan benih dan Pestisida berpengaruh positif namun tidak signifikan terhadap produksi pada usahatani tomat di Desa Cibeureum Kecamatan Sukamantri Kabupaten Ciamis.

Cayenne pepper can be a potential commodity as a regional superior product if it is supported by sustainable agricultural development policies, in practice chili farming is often faced with various business risks, one of which is production risk. The purpose of this study is to 1) analyze the amount of production and revenue, 2) analyze the magnitude of production risk and sources of production risk and 3) find out the production risk management strategies carried out by farmers in cayenne pepper farming for green harvest and red harvest in Ciandum Village, Cipatujah District. The research method used a survey on 21 cayenne pepper farmers who harvested green and red harvests. Risk analysis uses Coefficient Variation (CV) and descriptive analysis to identify sources of risk and strategies for handling them. The results showed that the amount of green harvest production was 1.54 tons/ha and red harvested 0.98 tons/ha for one harvest season, the green harvest revenue was Rp. 44,860,047, - and the red harvest is Rp. 65,078,714,-. Furthermore, the production risk that has the highest risk is green harvest of 0.30 and red harvest of 0.27. For sources of production risk of green chili peppers and red harvests consisting of weather and pest risks, the farmers' production risk management strategy is by making drainage on the beds to maintain soil moisture, carrying out planting methods that are as recommended, such as the seeds used are resistant to disease, use of mulch to inhibit weed growth and control of pests and diseases using pesticides.

Awal tahun 2020 tepatnya pada 11 Maret 2020 WHO menyatakan penyebaran virus Covid 19 sebagai sebuah pandemi. pemerintah menganjurkan seluruh rakyat Indonesia untuk tidak keluar dari rumah, atau mengurangi kegiatan di luar rumah. Perkembangan internet yang semakin pesat juga mempengaruhi dunia bisnis, salah satunya jasa layanan online, yaitu Gojek. Kehadiran Gojek sangat berpengaruh terhadap kebutuhan masyarakat dalam sehari-hari, terutama di tengah pandemi Covid 19. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi karakteristik konsumen dan menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian Ayam Geprek Bensu melalui Gofood. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 80 sampel dengan menggunakan kuesioner dan teknik sampling non probability sampling. Metode analisis yang digunakan adaah metode analisis deskiptif kualitatiif dan analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa responden paling banyak berada pada rentang usia 20-35 sebanyak 48 (60%), sedangkan usia responden terendah berada pada usia > 35 tahun sebanyak 12 (15%). Pada jenis kelamin perempuan mendapatkan sebanyak 43 responden (53.75%), sedangkan pada jenis kelamin laki-laki berjumlah 37 responden (46.25%). Pada ketagori pendidikan terakhir yang berada palin atas adalah SMA sebanyak 44 (55%). Kategori pekerjaan yang berada paling banyak pada pelajar sebanyak 55 (68.75%). Sedangkan faktor produk, harga, promosi, tempat, dan psikologis berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian Ayam Geprek Bensu melalui Gofood. Sedangkan, faktor Budaya, Sosial, dan Individu tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian Ayam Geprek Bensu melalui Gofood.

This study aimed to analyze the procurement of raw materials for crackers, the agroindustry's performance, and the crackers' marketing mix. The research was conducted at Kerupuk Firdaus Pratama Agroindustry (KFP), Kali Bening Village, Pekalongan District, East Lampung Regency. The data was collected from October - November 2020. The analysis method for procuring raw materials used six precise methods. Production performance uses analysis of productivity, profit, production costs, and cost of goods sold. Analysis of the marketing mix using descriptive qualitative analysis. The results showed that procuring raw materials for crackers in the KFT Agroindustry followed six steps. The performance of the KFP Agroindustry is classified as "good" based on production productivity, labor productivity, production costs, and cost of goods sold. The marketing mix of KFP Agroindustry is quite good in terms of four aspects: product, price, place, and promotion.

Desa Werasari merupakan desa yang memproduksi keripik pakseng terbanyak di Kecamatan Sadananya Kabupaten Ciamis. Agroindustri keripik pakseng merupakan industri pengolahan pangan yang menggunakan bahan utama ubi kayu. Permasalahan yang dihadapi dalam penelitian ini meliputi : 1) Berapa besarnya biaya, penerimaan dan pendapatan agroindustri keripik pakseng di Desa Werasari Kecamatan Sadananya Kabupaten Ciamis dalam satu kali proses produksi. 2) Berapa besarnya titik impas agroindustri keripik pakseng di Desa Werasari Kecamatan Sadananya Kabupaten Ciamis dalam satu kali proses produksi. Adapun tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis : 1) Besarnya biaya, penerimaan dan pendapatan agroindustri keripik pakseng di Desa Werasari Kecamatan Sadananya Kabupaten Ciamis dalam satu kali proses produksi. 2) Besarnya titik impas agroindustri keripik pakseng di Desa Werasari Kecamatan Sadananya Kabupaten Ciamis dalam satu kali proses produksi. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah studi kasus merupakan suatu penelitian yang bersifat mendalam mengenai suatu karakteristik tertentu dari objek penelitian, penelitian ini yaitu di Desa Werasari Kecamatan Sadananya Kabupaten Ciamis. Teknik Penarikan sampel dilakukan secara sampling jenuh atau sensus terhadap 14 agroindustri keripik pakseng. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan sebagai berikut : 1) Dalam satu kali proses produksi, biaya total yang dikeluarkan pada agroindustri keripik pakseng di Desa Werasari sebesar Rp. 730.357,75 dengan penerimaan sebesar Rp. 916.795,92 dan pendapatan sebesar Rp. 186.438,17. 2) Dalam satu kali proses produksi, besarnya titik impas pada agroindustri keripik pakseng di Desa Werasari rata-rata sebagai berikut : a) Titik impas penerimaan adalah Rp.46.388,14. b) Titik impas volume produksi adalah 2,4 Kg. c) Titik impas harga adalah Rp.15.308,27 / Kg.
