Due to increasing construction activities, there has been a huge environmental impacts especially the risks related to depletion of river bed and its consequent effect on the aquatic life, natural water table and over all ecology of the system. Various replacements of sand is a hot research topic worldwide. Thermal power plant coal bottom ash is a waste material if used as construction material will contribute to sustainability. Advantages of using coal bottom ash are that, it will give us an eco-friendly concrete and cost of dumping these waste material also decreased, thus serving the need of the hour. This paper investigates the effect of partial replacement of fine aggregate in concrete with coal bottom ash [CBA] with sugarcane molasses as admixture in concrete. The replacements at 0%, (10%), (20% ), (30%), (40%),(60%), (80%) of fine aggregate with 0.01% of sugarcane molasses in each mix are done at fixed water cement [W/C] ratio and fixed slump ranges. The result showed that at fixed W/C ratio the strength (compressive strength, flexural strength, split tensile strength ) and durability increased initially at percentages of (10%,), (20%), (30%) and (40%) and later when the percentage of replacement is increased as (60%), and (80% ) along with 0.01% of sugarcane molasses in each mix the strength and durability decreased.

Background And Objectives of The Study : Breast carcinoma is one of the leading causes of malignancy in females. B D iagnosis of breast carcinoma is made by histopathology. It is important further to assess the ER, PR, and HER-2 status by IHC, which will provide valuable information to the treating oncologist to plan the management. The purpose of the study was to assess the ER, PR & HER-2, status and correlate with histological grade and other clinicopathological parameters. Methodology: This prospective study of 60 cases from August 2013 to July 2015, diagnosed histopathologically as carcinomas were taken for this study. Immunohistochemical staining was done by the BIOGENEX markers. For ER/PR, Allred score was used and for HER-2, ASCO scoring was used. Histopathological grading was done according to modified Bloom-Richardson’s method. Results : ER, PR, HER-2 status correlated significantly with histological grade. All tumors of grade III tumors were ER/PR- and 55% were HER2+, while none of the grade I tumors were HER2+ and 80% of grade 1 tumor were ER+ and PR+ . Higher percentage of triple negatives were found in this study (34%) ,more so in younger women(<40yrs) with breast carcinoma. Keywords- breast cancer ER ,PR ,HER-2/NEU

Clay shows an unusual behavior of excessive swelling and shrinking with in and out of water respectively, which makes the clay useless for the foundation because of possibility of excessive settlement of structures standing on it. In India, Indian Deccan plateau is the major source of clay which covers about 0.9 million km 2 of area [1] . Clay minerals contain silicates as the chief constituent in composition. T he authors choose Waste Marble Powder (WMP) which is the waste generated from the marble industry as the stabiliser for the research work. Calcium Oxide (CaO) is the major constituent of WMP which has binding properties itself. The disposal of the waste marble is a big problem for the marble industry. To solve this problem, the best solution is to use the marble waste for good cause like soil stabilisation. The authors added the marble waste in the soil as 10%, 20% and 30% by weight of soil. In the research work, the authors included unconfined compressive strength (UCS), and free swell index test for the comparison. Free swell index becomes zero with addition of WMP. UCS gains optimum value at 20% replacement.

India is a democratic country and Indian constitution mandated equal rights for every citizen. The Rights to Education Act 2009 mandated Education for All for Children belonging to age group 6-14 which got success in increasing the gross enrolment ratio (GER) in primary and upper primary education. But still the gross enrolment ratio in higher education remain far behind. The rate of enrolment in case of women is poorer than their counter part. But if we analyze the gross enrolment of Muslim women in higher education we can see the condition is even more detrimental than women from different communities in India. This paper tried to discuss the status of Muslim women in higher education, their problems in access to higher education, governmental policies and schemes for spreading higher education to them and ended with some suggestions which may be useful for increasing the access of Muslim women to higher education to some extent.
