Things like this that encourage organizations or companies develop techniques to increase customer satisfaction in order to reach loyal customers. This research uses a descriptive approach with a population of 98 people. A cross-sectional descriptive study design, consecutive sampling was conducted in June 2015, using a questionnaire. The results showed that the greatest frequency of loyalty was 28 respondents (58%) stated loyal. This shows that patients in the Midwifery Polyclinic of Ciamis Regional Hospital are loyal to antenatal care. This can be seen from every pregnancy examination the patient always visits the hospital. Keywords: Service Quality, Antenatal, Pregnant Women

This study was conducted to determine the factors that influence the incidence of hypertension in Trimester III pregnant women. Analytic study design with cross sectional approach, using secondary data. Subjects were 60 third trimester pregnant women in Banjarnegara District. Education mostly low education and hypertension by 23 respondents (51.1%). Most of the work is not working and not hypertension, 25 (55.6%). For the age of the respondents, some of them were at risk and had hypertension, 10 (83.3%). The parity of some multiparity respondents and hypertensive injuries was 25 respondents (50%). For a history of hypertension, there is a history of hypertension and hypertension is 30 (50%). Educational factors, occupation, age, parity, history of hypertension influence on the incidence of hypertension. But the most influential variables are age and history of hypertension with p values of 0.010 and 0.000. Keywords: Hypertension, Trimester III Pregnancy, Risk factors

Low Back Pain is a complaint of complex pain that occurs most frequently in the world and Indonesia. Lower back pain in pregnant women of the second and thrid trimester is a common complaint that often occurs among pregnant women, it is estimated that about 70% of pregnant women complain of some form of back pain at some time in pregnancy, labor until postpartum. This study was conducted to describe lower back pain in pregnant women in the third trimester. A cross-sectional descriptive study design, consecutive sampling was conducted in June 2018, using a questionnaire. Research subjects were pregnant women in the second and third trimester. There are 30 respondents entered the study, respondents who experienced mild pain as much as 20%, 50% experienced moderate pain and as much as 30% experienced severe pain accompanied by accompanying symptoms. Although it is a problem, 82% of teenagers just leave it when pain arises or just drink warm water and suppress the affected part (18%). In the second and t hird trimester pregnant women seek help from their husbands and families (87.2%) regarding problems that arise and only 12.8% of the second and third trimester pregnant women seek help from health workers /midwives . Most respondents have experienced lower back muscle pain. Generally, the information about the lower back is mostly obtained from other pregnant women and parents. When experiencing a lower back most pregnant women ask for help to their husbands and families. Health education about the problem of low back pain is important for the second and third-trimester pregnant mother, husband and family, and the need for routine evaluation of low back pain problems in the second and third-trimester pregnant mothers by clinicians. Keywords: low back pain, second and third- trimester pregnant women

Infant Mortality Rate (IMR) in Indonesia is still relatively high. LBW is one of the causes of neonatal death, in addition to Birth Trauma, Asphyxia, Infection, Tetanus Neonatorum (TN), Congenital Abnormalities and Others. Increasing the knowledge of pregnant women is a strategic effort in achieving the decrease of infant mortality rate. This study aims to determine the relationship between the knowledge level of pregnant mothers about anemia with the risk of BBLR occurrence in the working area of Baregbeg Puskesmas 2018. The research design used is analytical descriptive using cross sectional study design. The measuring tool used in this study is a questionnaire sheet to identify the level of knowledge of pregnant women about anemia and observation sheet to determine the height of the mother's uterine fundus to calculate the estimated weight of the fetus so that it can see the risk or not risk of LBW occurrence. The sampling technique used was accidental sampling with a total sample of 15 people. Chi-Square correlation test results obtained value of 0.596 with a value of ? value of 0.016. The value of ? value of 0.016 is smaller than ? (0.05). Mothers with a good level of knowledge of 7 people (46.6%) and mothers who did not risk the occurrence of BBLR as many as 10 people (66.6%). This shows that there is a significant correlation between maternal knowledge level about anemia with risk of LBW occurrence. Maternal knowledge about anemia is very important as one of prevention of anemia during pregnancy and risk of LBW incidence. Expected to increase mother's knowledge about anemia in pregnant mother and prevent the risk of occurrence of LBW as well as development of science and research methodology. Keywords : Knowledge Level, Pregnant Woman and Low Birth Weight, Anemia.
