In this work evaluate the performance of concrete with silica fume and also replace cement by steel fiber. Silica fume use as a mineral admixture in the concrete work for improves the workableproperties and strength properties of concrete in this study use ordinary Portland cement (43 Grade). In this study silica fume has beenreplacedin ordinary Portland cement(43 Grade) cement,which vary2.5% to 10% at an interval of 2.5% by weight of ordinary Portland cement43 Grade and also steel fiberreplaced inordinary Portland cementwhich varies 2.5% to 10% at an interval of 2.5% by weight of OPC cement. A total24 mixes (trial mix, control mix and variation mix) were prepared for M35concrete &M40of concrete. In this study examine the performance of Cube Compressive strength for 7days and 28 days,Beam Flexural strength28 days and Cylinder Splitting tensile strengthfor 28 days respectively. Total numbercubesspecimen140, cylinders 60 and beams60, which were cast for influence of silica fume and steel fiberon concrete. These Concrete cubes, beams, cylinders specimens were cured in waterunder normal atmospheric temperature. On the basis of result thatsilica fume and steel fiberconcrete was found to increase in all strength and durability of variation mix of concrete on all age when compared to normal concrete.Its use should be promoted for better performance as well as for environmental sustainability.

The fibers are very small in size & distributed on all over the concrete mix. The accumulation of steel fibersin concrete and create new type of concrete for different purpose. Different type of mix design can be made for this investigation. The fibers taken in this investigation were round shaped fibers and that aspect ratio used, was 75 in this experimental investigation. The entire specimen were casted in lab with the steel fibers. The addition of steel fiber were 0.5, 0.1, 1.5, 2.0 by percent of mix. The tests performed for this experimental program were compressive strength, Flexural Strength, split tensile strength etc.

The term power quality means maintaining sinusoidal wave of voltage at rated frequency without distortion. The prime objective is to transmit uninterrupted wave of voltage. This distortion is caused by the changing behavior of electric loads which causes changes in their waveforms even, these loads are called as non-linear loads. It also causes nonlinearities in the form of voltage sags, flickers, fluctuation, voltage dips. So these distortions adversely affect the current nature in the circuit. Usually it is also used to level up the quality of power than power provided by electric boards. In this we will study briefly the cases and also give adequate solutions obtained after a brief study on power measurement. Keywords— power quality, voltage sag, harmonic distortion, nonlinear load.

The world is becoming so unsafe for women in all fields. The crimes against women are increasing day by day. This system provides the quick response that helps women in any emergency. When someone is going to harass ,she can press the switch located on the device. By this system the location information is send via sms alert to the some predefined numbers. It explains the issue of political and cultural independence of early people dominated to the colonial rule. The post-independence was faced with a numerous of crisis including social, political and economic. Post-colonial writer brings their originalities and realities through their work. This paper talks about RohintonMistry’s “Family Matter” which is greatly concerned with the pathos of communalism.One who explains theconflict and economical sufferings faced by a family because of social and political issue during December 6 1992 and it was published in 2002.
