Conditions of CM voltage cancellation in multilevel voltage inverters with conventional and improved carrier-based SVPWM 基于传统和改进载波的SVPWM多电平逆变器中CM电压对消条件

In the paper we have investigated the EMC aspects of the proposed modulation algorithm in the comparison with the conventional carrier-based SVPWM. Our results showed that the choice of this modulation causes that the conditions for the compensation, by means of zero common mode (CM) voltage filter, become more favorable then in a case of the conventional SVPWM. In spite of the fact that frequencies of gate pulses are the same in both modulations, the CM voltage frequency is doubled. The time durations of the CM voltage shelves decreases twice and consequently the time integral value of the CM voltage and the magnetizing current decrease as well. This results in reduction of the size, weight and cost of inductive components of filters in multilevel drives.

Numerous publications point out that each of the so far presented proposals how to describe power states has some defects, they all lack the physical interpretation or the universal character. Yet, the application of a given power theory to analyze the electric circuit was not preceded by the proof of the rightness of such a procedure in relation to the character of this circuit. The authors of this paper seek the answer to the question whether a given power theory can be successfully applied in the analysis of both linear and non-linear circuits.

Modelling of voltage transformer performance in power system harmonic frequency range 电力系统谐波频率范围内电压互感器性能的建模

Many problems related to the voltage and current harmonics imposed in contemporary power systems are observed nowadays. The paper presents the voltage harmonic transfer capability of the voltage transformer usually used for the power quality measurement in the middle and high voltage grids. A simplified lumped parameters circuit model of the voltage transformer is proposed and verified by experimental investigations. The results obtained prove that the wide band ripples of the voltage transformer transfer characteristic can result an extra measurement errors that should be taken into account in order to achieve applicable accuracy.

Switching compensator control strategy based on CPC power theory 基于CPC功率理论的开关补偿器控制策略

A reference generation technique for shunt switching compensators based on currentspsila physical components (CPC) power theory is presented that utilizes a computationally efficient moving-window DFT along with the CPC orthogonal decomposition of the current instead of the filters typically used to extract the desired components of the current. Each orthogonal component of the current can be adjusted independently in any percentage, thus providing selective current compensation. Details of a prototype compensator and experimental results are also presented.

Series voltage restoration under distorted supply voltage condition 电源电压畸变条件下的串联电压恢复

In this paper a series connected active compensator is considered. These kind of compensators are a cost-effective solution for the mitigation of supply voltage events. The compensator proposed in the paper allows for voltage waveform restoration, that is compensation of voltage dips, voltage variations, asymmetry and harmonics. A controller which adopts the energy optimised strategy in order to conserve energy stored in the DC side capacitors is also presented. Shift angle between load voltage and supply voltage phasors, which determines injected energy, is computed using only DC voltage signal by means of PI regulator. Effectiveness of the proposed device was tested through numerical simulation, which involved voltage issues caused by a motor start-up and a 1-ph diode bridge load.

Fuzzy mathematical programming as a tool in optimization of one-phase electrical circuits 模糊数学规划在单相电路优化中的应用

The application of fuzzy mathematical programming as optimization technique in one-phase electrical circuits with nonsinusoidal periodical waveforms and linear loads has been presented in the paper. The solution (active current) is determined as crisp one (real numbers) in frequency domain. It is obtained in the numerical way. This optimization leads to determine the source currents with minimal RMS value when the power constraints donpsilat have to be fulfilled strictly. The solution takes into consideration membership functions of power constraint and minimized RMS value of currents.

New algorithm for estimation of correctness of active and reactive power distribution among generating sets operating in parallel 一种新的发电机组并联有功和无功分配正确性估计算法

The criterion currently used for the estimation of proportionality of active and reactive power distribution was introduced by ship classification societies many years ago, when the problem of non-active power compensation was not as serious as today. One of the important questions in the wake of the above-cited criterion is the meaning and interpretation of the Q reactive power. Due to many doubts concerning those aspects, as well as methods of determination of the deltaP and deltaQ coefficient values, a new approach to solve the problem is presented. This approach is based on the concept of the power correlation functions Psi(t), which are the basis for determining sinusoidal power function Psis(t) and cosinusoidal power function Psic(t). The specific mathematical properties of the Psis(t) and Psic(t) functions have been used to estimate the appropriate active and reactive power distribution among generating sets working in parallel in the ship system under consideration. Proposed new algorithm for solving above mentioned problem and related calculations is shown on the example of the real ship power station configuration.

Phase disturbances in electric power signals are neglected and only amplitude (envelope) distortions are discussed in a literature. Amplitude disturbances are interpreted as amplitude modulation (AM) of main 50 Hz frequency. Detailed analysis of all disturbances and their sources are presented in the paper. It is shown that AM and narrow band PM (phase modulation) take place in power network simultaneously and those two modulations interact with each other. Voltage variation is proposed as disturbances measurement. Theoretical results are verified by field experiments and their results are presented.
