The theory study of C/sup 3/ countermeasure decision-making supporting system C/sup /对策决策支持系统的理论研究

The paper starts from the possibility and necessity of C/sup 3/CM DSS. The fundamental needs of C/sup 3/CM DSS are demanded. C/sup 3/CM DSS includes the folowing main areas: (a) multi-sensor information fusion and threat identification, (b) selection of CM schemes, (c) distribution of CM resources, (d) evaluation of CM effectiveness, and (e) management of C/sup 3/CM system. The basic theory and techniques of the above areas of C/sup 3/CM system are studied. Emphasis is put on the structure of distributing C/sup 3/CM DSS. Then the optimum decision-making subsystem of the countermeasure, resources, and management, which has application in the ship platform, is simulated. The simulation is accomplished by Borland C/sup ++/ language.

L-band high power solid state transmitter for modern radar system 用于现代雷达系统的l波段大功率固态发射机

This paper addresses a half distributed solid state array radar system, which uses 54 L-band power amplifier modules (2.0 kW output power). The total space combination power of this system can reach up to 100 kW for a 150 /spl mu/s pulse width at 8% average duty cycle with a 14.5% instantaneous bandwidth. A switching power supply and liquid cooling have been employed to achieve good performance and stable reliability. Such a system has already been utilized in a three dimensional high performance radar.

Prediction and representation for wideband signatures of radar targets 雷达目标宽带信号的预测与表示

A wideband radar signature prediction method is described. The various time-frequency representation for wideband signatures of radar targets, including the short-time Fourier transform (STFT), the Wigner distribution (WD) and the continuous wavelet transform (CWT), are discussed. Some examples which show the validation of wideband radar signature prediction and the superior performance of time-frequency representation are given. In addition, we illustrate that by multi-dimensional combined time frequency analysis, the electromagnetic scattering mechanism of each scattering center on complex targets can be determined.

Recurrent neural network for high-resolution radar ship target recognition 高分辨率雷达舰船目标识别的递归神经网络

The high-resolution radar waveform describes the amplitude of targets' multiple scattering centers and their distribution in the radial axis. As viewed from the time domain, the target waveform can also be regarded as a time sequence such that it can be classified using recurrent neural networks (RNN) which are suitable for time sequence processing. A modified partially RNN and its algorithm are proposed. This method reaches an average recognition rate of above 90% for 8 class high-resolution radar targets, and it is tolerant of time shift to a certain degree.

This paper proposes one positioning method using the enhanced vision system (EVS). This method overcomes the limitations imposed by low visibility and is suitable for navigation and precision approaches. R-transformation is used for pattern recognition. Some problems with ground target image recognition are considered.

A radar equipment integrated maintenance platform is developed. Radar maintenance information and methods, radar designing information, radar test and instruments are integrated in the platform. Maintenance work of some types of radar is achieved by using the platform and good results were obtained in practice.

The emphasis of the paper is to describe the two-beam technique for tracking a target at low elevation angles used in phased array radar. The formulae deduced here have made some correction compared with the ones published before and can be used in any inclination angle of the array surface and include antenna element pattern, resulting in extended accuracy and applicability. The technique has been successfully applied in a L-band phased array radar.

Study on radar range profiles for target recognition 用于目标识别的雷达距离像研究

In the high frequency region, the radar range profiles are chosen as feature detectors for target recognition. The profile is dependent on the aspect of the target. In order to make radar target recognition (RTR) more effective, the definitions of correlation length and correlation angle are given. In the frequency domain, the most important feature of the shape of a profile is mainly contained in its spectral phase not in its spectral magnitude. So the spectral phase holds important feature information for RTR in the high frequency region, and should be utilized effectively.
