Media in Political Communication ahead of the election widely used by the partner Regent and deputy Regent candidates to influence and seek sympathizers from the community, as happened in Aceh Barat District. Of the three candidates, namely pair H. T. Alaidin Syah and H. Kamaruddin, the couple H. Ramli MS and H. Banta Puteh Syam and the couple Fuad Hadi, SH., MH and drh. Muhammad Arif. This study describes the role of the media are executed by each pair of candidates Regent and deputy Regent of Aceh Barat ahead of the election simultaneously throughout Indonesia. This paper is based on a review of literature as well as by looking at the phenomenon of campaign located along Aceh Barat district. Based on the writer's observation, that each pair has the creativity respectively in the campaign (conveying political messages). Couple H. T. Alaidin Syah and H. Kamaruddin choose a political message by using the phrase "KAMO HANA JANJI ALHAMDULILLAH LE BUKTI YANG NYATA" and "Lanjutkan!". While the pair H. Ramli MS and H. Banta Puteh Syam chose the phrase "KATROEH WATEE Tabalah JASA RAKYAT. Different from other couples Fuad Hadi, SH., MH and drh. Muhammad Arif also choose the appropriate sentence to attract public attention Aceh Barat district by using the phrase "BONGKAR KEBIASAAN LAMA, YANG “TUA” SUDAH PERNAH SAATNYA YANG “MUDA” MEMBENAH. And "SOLUSI NYATA UNTUK ACEH BARAT ". Each pair of candidates make the process of media planning and advertising strategies by paying attention to advertising, advertising budgets, strategies and the role of media messages which take into account the selection of the target audience, purpose specification, selection of media and facilities and purchase of media. This paper aim to examine on a comparison between press freedom in Indonesia and Malaysia in proclaiming their relationship. This study is expected to explain more about the difference that the author seems to differences over the rationality and public opinion. In this study, it was found that freedom of the press in the context of “neighboring countries” on the one side can be a fire in the hull that is tangible to the bilateral conflict so that each lost principle of balancing of the press. But on the other side, freedom of the press, however – more realiable in rationality and acceptance of public opinion, the similarities and differences are quite acceptable.Keywords: Freedom of the Press. This study aims to find out how the representation of Warong Kupi as a Public Sphere among the people of West Aceh District. Using a qualitative approach based on constructivist paradigm, this research would like to find out how the subjective meaning of representation warong kupi in aceh and its relation with social movement of society. The object of research studied in this research is coffee shop as public sphere facility itself and involving parties that have been determined by base method in writing this research. The results obtained from this research is Warong kupi ultimately became the arena of discourse various themes of conversation. The topics of Kupi warong talks became very diverse ranging from politics, social, economic, and so forth. However, the political theme dominates the discourse of warong kupi in Aceh Barat. This is due to the interest of the people of West Aceh on the political theme, although in contrast not all West Aceh people boast of their political literacy level. Advertising smartphone is one factor very important in introducing a product to consumers. Foradvertising can affect mindset for consumers to use the offered by companies smartphone. Thisreport aims to understand analyze the influence of advertising smartphone in television stations ofinterest in buying the community in Sub District Johan Pahlawan District of Aceh West. This studyadopted qualitative approaches to explain data research obtained by using interviewing 10 sourceswho vote with used technique purposive sampling. The phenomenon of coffee shops that have been prevalent in Aceh go hand in hand with thedevelopment of communication and information technology. The existence of a coffee shop thatused to describe the miniaturized social interaction of the people of Aceh in a conventional way,now shifts its meaning as a means of reflecting the modernity of contemporary Acehnesesociety. The purpose of this study is to see how the shift in the meaning of the reality of coffeeshops to contemporary Acehnese society. The theoretical and conceptual approaches used toexamine the problems are: the Hiperealitas concept by Jean Baudrillard, and The OnlineDisinhibition Effect Theory by John Suler. This study is qualitative descriptive, using literaturereview method as data collection and analysis technique. The results of the study illustrate that:(1) the reality in the coffee shop is one part of the sign hypereality in the contemporary socioculturalcontext of Acehnese society (2) the disinhibtion behavior of the Acehnese community incyberspace can also be formed from the intensity of activity in the coffee shop with free internetfacility, and (3) the Acehnese community is a consumer society with 'ecstasy' of virtualsimulations obtained from coffee shops.Keywords : Hyper-reality, Virtual Community, Consumerisme, Consumer Society

The era of journalism today increasingly provide freedom for all people who want to present the results of the journalistic works, namely with a growing phenomenon of citizen journalism. However, the problems that occur, namely the citizen journalism that has not yet entirely understand how to issue a code of conduct and also grammar in presenting a news so it will give an assessment about the worth or whether a news. The development of the concept of citizen journalism originated from the emergence of the internet world. However, that does not mean such conservation media print and electronic media cannot accommodate the writings that are the result of a process of citizen journalism. In addition to the electronic and print media, the current online media also continues to develop and provide a place for who want to create news reports they do, such as kompasiana.com, tribun Yogya and other. Implementation of Islamic Sharia in Aceh not only involve to the Muslim society as the majority,but also non-Muslim minority society. One of the laws that applied in Aceh is Qanun Jinayat.Implementation of Qanun Jinayat as part of the Islamic law involving multiple parties in arelationship of power. In this case, the Aceh government and the mass media are the 'power'which determines the dominant discourse in the society. This qualitative study will describe howthus power manifested in such discourse of the media. Managing broadcasting management is not easy. Managing the broadcasting business is a difficult and challenging. This research aims to analyze the activity of management and organizational performance ACEH TV television media in an effort to disseminate the Islamic Sharia and Preservation of Local Culture in Aceh. This research is descriptive qualitative. Informants of this research is managing director, program director, executive producer, cameraman / reporter, as well as additional informants Regional Chairman of the Indonesian Broadcasting Commission (KPID) Aceh, Aceh Province Department of Islamic Law, and local media observers. The location of this research is in Banda Aceh, Aceh province.Sampling was done purposively. Data collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. Data were analyzed by analysis of an interactive model of Miles and Huberman. The results showed that the ACEH TV as the medium of television that is broadcasting management ACEH have done according to a local television broadcasting standard. Agenda setting function of mass media performed in the ACEH TV dissemination of Islamic Shariah in Aceh and local culture to influence the people of Aceh to implement Islamic Sharia and also maintain the culture and local wisdom Aceh. It can be seen from all the programs that are aired ACEH TV is a program of local cultural nuances of Islamic law.There are still some shortcomings in running broadcasting broadcasting technology such as lack of equipment that is increasingly sophisticated. The results of image editing is very simple, and some programs presenter still looks stiff when in front of the camera. This research aims to analyze the activity of management and organizational performance ACEH TV television media in an effort to disseminate the Islamic Sharia and Preservation of Local Culture in Aceh. This research is descriptive qualitative. Informants of this research is managing director, program director, executive producer, cameraman / reporter, as well as additional informants Regional Chairman of the Indonesian Broadcasting Commission (KPID) Aceh, Aceh Province Department of Islamic Law, and local media observers. The location of this research is in Banda Aceh, Aceh province.Sampling was done purposively. Data collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. Data were analyzed by analysis of an interactive model of Miles and Huberman. The results showed that the ACEH TV as the medium of television that is broadcasting management ACEH have done according to a local television broadcasting standard. Agenda setting function of mass media performed in the ACEH TV dissemination of Islamic Shariah in Aceh and local culture to influence the people of Aceh to implement Islamic Sharia and also maintain the culture and local wisdom Aceh. It can be seen from all the programs that are aired ACEH TV is a program of local cultural nuances of Islamic law.There are still some shortcomings in running broadcasting broadcasting technology such as lack of equipment that is increasingly sophisticated. The results of image editing is very simple, and some programs presenter still looks stiff when in front of the camera. Theoretically, the media and politics can not be separated. Media and politics are like two sides of the same coin in which each one requires another. This is what happened in Aceh. Media and political links are highly visible in the practice of the press in Aceh. The presence of the media in Aceh seems very much to serve the political ambition through the news. The practice of the press industry looks like it is thick with the nuances of interest, which is interestingly studied with the approach of political economy. Political economy theorists see that there are certain groups that control economic institutions that then affect other social institutions, including the media and the press. In other words, the mastery of economic institutions will lead to the mastery of almost all aspects of life, ranging from small things such as how to eat to big things like communication devices. The mastery is meant to perpetuate their economic power. In the context of Aceh specially post-enactment of the Law on Aceh Goverment. The presence of local media is not only a part of the vortex of information, but also present as part of local political democratization. This is the challenge of the media or the local press itself. Does the media capable of maintaining its independence in managing information? or actually engaging in political practices in favor of certain political groups? The purpose of this research is to know the vague of crime perpetrator identity by journalist from law number 40/1990 on Pers and Penal Code Perspective and to know the rule of police in enforcing the law related to vague of crime perpetrator identity in observuing journalist investigation result. The type of this research field is filed research in which data collection done by interviewing several parties related to research. Besides, writer also make literature research through related data and books. Then, data taken is analysed qualitatively and explained descriptively.Based on analysis, writer conclude that: very side interpretation on rejection right is legal weakness that can be used by journalist to do action which vague identity if crime perpetrator. The action of vague crime perpetrator identity fey on Artivle 165 Indonesia Penal Code which oblige every citizen to report known to police officer. The usage of rejection right by journalist not suit to article 165 Indonesia Penal Code that can be used to vague informan identity who is witness, child crime perpetrator and rape victim as journalist ethic code.
