Brand Image, Lifestyle, and Advertising on Purchase Decisions of Make Over Products at Chan Collection Store in Denpasar 品牌形象、生活方式和广告对登巴萨 Chan Collection 商店化妆产品购买决策的影响

This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of brand image, lifestyle, and advertising on the purchase decisions of Make Over products. Using a sample of 100 respondents selected with the Slovin formula, data were analyzed through multiple linear regression and hypothesis testing. The findings reveal that brand image, lifestyle, and advertising significantly impact purchase decisions. A positive relationship exists between brand image and purchase decisions, indicating that a stronger brand image leads to higher purchase decisions. Similarly, lifestyle positively affects purchase decisions, suggesting that a higher lifestyle corresponds to increased purchase decisions. Additionally, advertising has a positive influence, implying that more advertising leads to higher purchase decisions.

Employee performance can be said to be good if activities within the company are carried out effectively and the results are in accordance with those set by the company. The purpose of this research is to examine how the work environment, Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) influence the productivity of staff members in the HR operational department of PT. Perkebunan Nusantara III (Persero) Medan. Associative quantitative research methodology was used in this research. The population of this study consisted of 45 respondents who worked in the HR Operations Department of PT. Perkebunan Nusantara III (Persero) Medan. The research results show that at an influence level of 65.3%, the variables Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), Work Environment, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) simultaneously influence employee work effectiveness. The remaining 34.7% of the workforce is influenced by factors not covered in this research.

Implementing OECD BEPS Action Plan 4 in Indonesia, a comparative study with Malaysia 在印度尼西亚实施经合组织 BEPS 行动计划 4,与马来西亚的比较研究

This study aims to provide ideal recommendations to implement BEPS Action Plan 4 in Indonesia. A comparative study was carried out on interest limitation rule in Indonesia and Malaysia using a black-letter approach. Furthermore, interviews and confirmation with relevant sources were also carried out. The study's findings demonstrate that it is appropriate to apply interest limitations that do not just apply to multinational corporations. However, Indonesia should use a limitation method based on a specified benchmark fixed ratio of net interest compared to EBITDA. Indonesia can also apply de minimis threshold to exclude the rule of limiting interest for taxpayers with low risk. Indonesia can use the highest benchmark fixed ratio according to OECD recommendations, namely 30% of EBITDA.

This research aims to describe the implementation of halal certification in business ethics for the development of rambak center MSMEs in Sembung Village, Tulungagung Regency. This research is a type of qualitative descriptive research and uses purposive sampling techniques. From the research results, the implementation of halal certification in MSMEs at Rambak cracker centers is quite good. Having a halal certificate on a product shows the business actor's seriousness in complying with halal standards. The research results can detail the extent to which halal certification and support from the Department of Cooperatives and MSMEs can motivate MSMEs to develop their businesses. This research provides a comprehensive and informative picture of the relationship between the implementation of halal certification, business ethics, and the development of rambak center MSMEs in Sembung Village, Tulungagung Regency.

This research explores digital transformation strategies to enhance company performance, identifying four common types of strategies emerging through the utilization of technologies such as artificial intelligence, data analytics, cloud computing, and the Internet of Things. Mature digital transformation strategies are key to success, focusing on specific goals and aspects. Research results indicate that companies with clear and comprehensive digital strategies tend to be more mature and achieve better performance. Digital transformation also impacts customer experience, facilitates better decision-making through data and analytics, and aligns human resources with digital technology. In conclusion, digital transformation is not just about technology; it involves digitizing all aspects of business to provide the best possible customer experience.

Human resource management has progressed significantly over the years, and now largely addresses strategic tasks rather than administrative tasks. Human resources are one of the organization's strategic activities. The purpose of this research is to see the influence of Employee Engagement, Talent Management, and Knowledge Management on Job Performance at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara III (Persero) Medan HR Operational Section. In quantitative research methodology, an associative approach is used in this research. The research sample consisted of 45 respondents from PT. Perkebunan Nusantara III (Persero) Medan HR Operational Section. Employee performance is influenced simultaneously by the characteristics of talent management, knowledge management, and employee involvement by 76.2%, while the remaining 23.8% is influenced by variables not covered in the research.

Beauty and Health for the upper middle class are primary needs like food and drink. Marketers compete to influence potential buyers of their products. The purpose of this study was to improve purchasing decisions with brand equity and price perceptions through the mediating role of social media interactions on MS Glow skincare products. The population in this study were all MS Glow skincare users, using accidental sampling as a sampling technique, namely 150 respondents. Methods of data collection using questionnaires distributed to respondents. The analysis used is path analysis with the help of SmartPLS 3.3. The results showed that the value of each variable directly or indirectly had a positive and significant effect.

The Role of Souvenir in Tourism Indonesia: a Thematic Review 纪念品在印尼旅游业中的作用:专题回顾

This systematic literature review aims to explore the relationship between souvenir and tourism. The review identified 20  relevant studies published between 2012 and 2023, which were analyzed using a thematic approach. Thematic analysis is a useful method for identifying and analyzing themes and patterns in qualitative data related to souvenirs and tourism. The findings suggest that souvenir serve as important symbols of identity and culture, promoting cultural exchange and understanding between different groups of people, and contributing to the preservation and promotion of local heritage and traditions. And the recommendation for future research could develop more effective strategies for promoting sustainable souvenir consumption practices.

Asset Structure , Profitability And Business Risk on Capital Structure 资本结构下的资产结构、盈利能力和经营风险

This study aims to determine the effect of asset structure, profitability, and business risk on the capital structure of food and beverage sub-sector manufacturing companies from 2019 to 2021. The sample selection method uses a purposive sampling technique for food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. (IDX) 2019-2021. The sample for this study was 33 with a total of 11 food and beverage companies observed during 2019–2021. This type of research data uses a quantitative approach and secondary data sources taken from www.idx.com with descriptive data analysis techniques, classical assumptions, multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination (R2), T test and F test using SPSS 25. The results of this study This shows that the asset structure variable has an effect on the capital structure, while the profitability and business risk variables have no effect on the capital structure.

This research is to find out and analyze organizational commitment related to quality of work life, kaizen culture and job satisfaction. With that, researchers are expected to be able to analyze the effect of quality of work life, kaizen culture and job satisfaction on organizational commitment. Data analysis in this study used a questionnaire method compiled with a Likert scale and then calculated using the path analysis data processing method. The results showed that, 1) the variable quality of work life has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment, 2) the kaizen culture variable has a positive and significant effect on employee organizational commitment, 3) the variable quality of work life has a negative and insignificant effect on employee job satisfaction , 4) The kaizen culture variable has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction, 5) The job satisfaction variable has a negative and insignificant effect on employee organizational commitment, 6) The quality of work life variable has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment through job satisfaction as an intervening variable accepted, 7) The kaizen culture variable has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment through employee job satisfaction, 8) The quality of work life (QWL), kaizen culture, and job satisfaction variables simultaneously influence organizational commitment. 本研究旨在找出并分析组织承诺与工作生活品质、改善文化及工作满意度的关系。据此,研究人员有望分析工作生活质量、改善文化和工作满意度对组织承诺的影响。本研究的数据分析采用李克特量表编制的问卷调查法,再采用路径分析数据处理方法进行计算。结果表明:1)工作生活质量变量对组织承诺有正向显著影响,2)改善文化变量对员工组织承诺有正向显著影响,3)工作生活质量变量对员工工作满意度有负向不显著影响,4)改善文化变量对员工工作满意度有正向显著影响。5)工作满意度变量对员工组织承诺具有负向且不显著的影响,6)工作生活质量变量通过工作满意度作为可接受的中介变量对组织承诺具有正向且显著的影响,7)改善文化变量通过员工工作满意度对组织承诺具有正向且显著的影响,8)工作生活质量(QWL)、改善文化、工作满意度变量同时影响组织承诺。关键词:改善文化,工作满意度,组织承诺,工作生活质量。
