Abstract – Cefixime is an oral third-generation cephalosporin antibiotic. It is used to treat gonorrhea, tonsillitis and pharyngitis. The chromatography of the present invention is used to determine Cefixime trihydrate and Ornidazole in bulk drugs and pharmaceutical dosage forms. Separation and quantification were achieved on ACEC 18, 5μm,150 x 4.6 mm i. d. column. The Cefixime trihydrate and Ornidazole were exposed to acidic, basic, oxidative, neutral, thermal, and photolytic stress conditions, and stress samples were analyzed. The linearity of the Cefixime trihydrate concentration in the range of 10 60 μg / mL was good, the correlation coefficient was 0.998, the Ornidazole correlation coefficient was 0.998, 25 150 μg / mL, and the correlation coefficient was 0.997. The intraday precision and accuracy of both analytes were less than 2% RSD.

This paper will examine effects of migration on rural youths of Uttarakhand. The survey, study of migration commission report 2018on rural youths will tell the actual situation, a short review on the situation of youths. Mulk Raj Anand was one of the triumvirates who inaugurated the new section of writers of fiction along with R. K. Narayan and Raja Rao. Anand is a novelist of urgent social concerns and preoccupations, and the social impulse is at the heart of his writing. He is considered the Messiah of the downtrodden, the unwanted and the unloved. Even in a random reading of Anand‘s novels, the reader becomes immediately aware of such issues as the tyranny of the caste system, its injustice, and its social, moral and economic consequences, class conflicts, exploitation of various kinds of the poor by the rich, quest for identity, search for freedom etc. Under colonial rule, a number of social and economic changes took place and as a result of feudal society was gradually into a capitalist one. The class system in India has turned out to be a new kind of caste system. It is built on the cash nexus on which it thrives. It has created a society much more complicated and devious and in some respects more rigid than the one created by caste. Therefore, it has become a very powerful device force, for more damaging to social cohesion than caste, as it had tended to segregate people into the rich and the poor, the haves and the haves-not. Mobile phones have become an integral part of everyone‟s life. Radiofrequency electromagnetic waves emitted from mobile phone interact with biological system and lead to increase in reactive oxygen species (ROS) which alters several biochemical processes. Therefore, to investigate the harmful effect of the radiations generated from 3G mobile phones, we analyzed the changes in hematological parameters of male Wistar rats. In present study, exposure of 3G mobile phone radiation was given to ten weeks old male Wistar rats (n=8) for 2 hours/day. The exposure was continued for duration of 45 days in specially designed exposure set up. On completion of exposure time period, hematological and immunological parameters of blood were performed. A significant change in WBC and lymphocytes counts was found. Therefore this may be concluded that mobile phone radiation effect the hematological parameters.

Keki N. Daruwalla and Nissim Ezekiel are two powerful voices of modern Indian English Poetry. Their literary communication is testament to their poetic ability and singularity. Though Ezekiel and Daruwalla are among the current Indian English Poets, yet Ezekiel is senior to Daruwalla by almost two decades. Ezekiel began writing in the 1950s whereas Daruwalla in the 1970s. Hence, the work attempts to discover the matching bonds between the two poets in order to analyse the poetic cosmos of the two distinct time periods and in what manner these two poets, representatives of their age, are paving the way for the upcoming poets. In contrast to Ezekiel, Daruwalla is influenced by the western style of writing, more given to language and poetic form. Furthermore, in both the poets the personal and subjective experiences go a long way in shaping their poetic communication. In this background, this paper aims to highlight the various similarities and differences in the poetic themes of Nissim Ezekiel and Keki Daruwalla. It conclude that, both the poets highlighted social, cultural, traditional, superstitious, religious, mythical attitudes of the society recaptured the Socio-cultural aspects of Indian society in a realistic manner. They also highlighted various techniques and styles of writing poetry in Indian English literature.

A Sunfire C18, 5 pm segment with portable stage containing methanol: cradle (0.02M KH2P04) (70:30). The stream rate was 1.0 ml/min and effluents were observed at 225 nm with help of PDA identifier. The maintenance time was 6.04 min. for ALP and 3.53 min. for MEB. The linearity was in the scope of 0.05-40 gg/ml for ALP and 0.2-40 pig/ml for MEB. The proposed strategy was approved regarding linearity, exactness, accuracy, specificity and strength. Because of straightforwardness, rate and exactness of technique, trust that the strategy will be helpful for routine quality control examination.
