Objectives: To determine effectiveness of SNAGS Mobilization in Chronic Mechanical Low Back Pain. Design: Randomized Control Trial Methodology: A total of 40 patients were included as per inclusion criteria and randomly assigned into two groups each having 20 patients. Group A was given SNAG consisted of stretching and strengthening exercises while Group B was given Ultrasound consisted of stretching and strengthening exercises for 4 weeks, 3 sessions per week one session per day. The patient‟s outcome measures were assessed by visual analog scale, ODI and Goniometry of Lumbar Range of Motion. Measurements were recorded before and after the end of the treatment period. Results: Results revealed that means and S.D of both group were significant (p=.000 ) statically but clinically the Group of patients treated with SNAGS along with stretching and strengthening exercises managed pain (pre=7.61±1.26, post=0.45±0.47), ODI(pre= 40±20.57 ,post= 9±4.69) and range of motion (flexion pre=31±6.01,post=52±10.12,extension pre=16±2.23,post=30±5.17 Rt side flexion pre=11±2.17,post=20±4.21 and lt. side flexion pre=10±2.85, post=21±4.33, Rt side rotation pre= 9±1.97,post=18±2.15) lt. side rotation pre=9±2.01,post=18±2.47 better than group of patient treated with Ultrasound along with stretching and strengthening exercises in terms of pain( pre=6.67±1.51,post=2.83±1.17), ODI (pre=43±21.62,post=25±12.8) and range of motion (flexion pre=25±5.95,post=37±10.56, extension pre=14±2.13,post=21±5.41, Rt side flexion pre=10± 2.15 post=15±2.28, lt Side flexion pre=12±2.75, post=18±2.96, Rt side rotation pre=9±1.90 post=15.±2.71, lt Side rotation pre=8±1.85, post=16±3.17. Conclusion: The result of study suggests that both SNAG and Ultrasound improves the symptoms of chronic Mechanical back pain. Better improvement was shown by SNAG group than Ultrasound group. Based on these results SNAG and Exercise should be the treatment of choice for chronic Mechanical Low back pain rather than Ultrasound with Exercise.

Behaviour of consumers plays a crucial role in marketing the FMCG used by consumers and it depends on various factors. In the current era of globalization, the customer needs and tastes are changing over time. Undeniably, the fast moving consumer goods (FMCG) is contributing high to the growth of Indian GDP. It is necessary for marketers to learn about the factors that are affecting the behaviour of consumers in buying fast moving consumer goods. The main purpose of this paper is to find out the factors that are affecting the buying behaviour of consumers in purchasing fast moving consumer goods. It was found that the behaviour of consumers vary by location, price, promotion, product and physiological factors. However, the effect of these factors affecting the decision of consumers would vary from one product to another.

A number of eminent novelists such as Rohinton Mistry, Salman Rushdie, Vikram Seth, Shashi Tharoor, Amitav Ghosh, Khushwant Singh, Nayantara Sahgal and Kiran Desai have tried to bring the hidden truth and facts on the surface by the representation of contemporary politics. In their writings, the novelists blend facts and fiction to recreate and re-examine the earlier happenings, events, views and assumptions. Job satisfaction represents one of the most difficult areas faced by today‟s employees in which it has a very large impact on the job satisfaction on the motivation of employees, while the level of motivation has an impact on performance of organization. The Satisfaction of employees depends on various intrinsic as well as extrinsic factors such as performance of employee, professional autonomy, pay, working conditions, and it is very important to pay attention towards the employees to make them satisfy. Satisfaction of employees is related with the performance of an individual, employee reward, quality of work life, etc. The study was conducted to check the Satisfaction level of employees in organizational activities whether these are curricular activities or non-curricular activities. The sample comprised of 60 employees from teaching as well as non-teaching departments of Chaudhary Ranbir Singh University, Jind. The scores were analyzed with the help of mean, S.D., t-test and ANOVA based on 5-scaled tool developed by the researcher itself. The results clearly pointed out that employee who are working in this organization are happy with their job and they it has found that satisfaction level of employees towards their job during engagement and after engagement is found high. The study also reveals that satisfaction level of employees‟ concerned with financial compensation plays an important role in the performance of employees as well as organization. Over the last two decades, consumer behavior has changed remarkably. Consumer needs and choices have been diversifying steadily. In this extremely diversified and competitive business environment, retailers need to stay updated regarding the changing needs and choices of the customers. Thus, to develop a competitive position for themselves in the marketplace the retailers are experimenting every possible way to create a mark in the minds of the customers. They are trying to create a strong impact on their behaviors. Overall, the retailing sector has been passing through a period of sweeping revolution due to the introduction of new retailing formats. In this changing retail environment, the organized retail sector has been gaining ever-increasing importance in recent times. Moreover, with the changing nature of consumer behavior, it is the high time when the retailers should focus on the three primary aspects, viz. consumer preference, demand, and lifestyle. Together, these three aspects are playing an important role in the new retailing environment. Hence, it is essential to get an idea of the customer perception regarding the store architecture; store infrastructure, store satisfaction, and what enhances store loyalty. Therefore, the study will investigate the fundamental framework of store image and its influence on the consumer behavior.
