Abstratct – The sustained fast economic growth since the nineties has ensured that the private sector has grown leaps and bounds, making significant contributions to the GDP of the country in all the three sectors of economy namely Agriculture, Manufacturing, and Services. The professionalization of the private sector, to be on par with the best companies in the world, has created a demand for managers who are well trained in handling all aspects of a business, be it Finance, Marketing, HR, Operations, etc. Keeping in mind this robust demand for trained managers, the Government of India encouraged the establishment and growth of Management Institutes and B-Schools and brought such institutions under the aegis of the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE). According to the latest AICTE data for 2017-18, there were 3232 institutes in India offering post graduate programs in Management and the total approved intake for 2017-19 was 3,93,035 seats.

Abstratct – Indian textile industry is currently estimated to be around US$ 120 billion and is expected to be reaching US$230 billion by 2020. It contributes to 4% of total India‟s GDP. The textile industry in India is catering to very dynamic and fast changing urban as well as global environment. The study examines the level of awareness among the women workers of their health and safety in garment industry. Women workers constitute 80% of the workforce in the garment industry. One has to know the working conditions and how the environment affects the women garment workers, as they are subject to multiple risks in the industry. Further, are they aware about the occupational safety and health rights issue is a pertinent question to be answered. On the other hand, this industry comprises of majority of unorganised workers. Hence this study makes an attempt to understand their health and safety issues, risks and problems faced by the women workers at their workplace, checking awareness about labour laws and their proper implementation within the industry and their level of satisfaction at workplace. For the purpose of research Gokaldas Exports is selected which is a leading exporter of garments catering global clients. The study evaluates different aspects like safety policy, literacy, working conditions, training programmes, hygiene, health insurance, grievance redressal, perceptions of the workers towards safety and health in a quantitative manner and also highlights the few gaps in the expectation levels of the women workers and the measure taken by the company. The study is based on the primary data which was collected via a structured questionnaire and direct interview method. The collected data was analysed with the help of SPSS and one sample test is employed. The study concludes that there is a high level of safety maintained by the company and the company is making efforts to provide best possible working environment.

Abstratct – The characters of Sudha Murthy‟s novels are drawn from everyday lives. The attitude and trait of her characters is highly influenced by social conformity, where the individual‟s behavior has been paramount from the early stages of personality development. Karen Horney and Harry Stack Sullivan focus on women and social context and inter personal relationship. A research on personality and its related issues can be possible only with the understanding of other social sciences. As anxiety is a part of personality, it influences the overt behavior of the characters under discussion – Gowramma, Vinutha and Jamuna from Sudha Murthy‟s novel “Dollar Bahu”. This paper attempts to bring out the back ground of Sudha Murthy‟s characters and the setting for their spontaneous reactions and the effects of the character‟s personality upon her relationship to the society. The present study uses experimental method and the main objectives of present research was to develop modules for creating awareness among secondary school students, implement the module on the experimental group. The main objectives of the study was to compare the pretest and posttest mean scores of ICT awareness of experimental group, to compare the pretest and posttest mean scores of ICT awareness of control group, to compare the pretest mean scores of ICT awareness of Experimental and control group and to compare the posttest mean scores of ICT awareness of Experimental and control group. The sample consists of 100 students i.e., total sample was divided into two groups 50 students for control group and 50 students for experimental group. The data were analysed by t-test and it reveals that hypotheses 1 and 4 were significant while hypotheses 2 and 3 were non-significant.

Abstratct – Introduction: Education is a dynamic force in the life of every individual, influencing his physical, mental, emotional, social and ethical developments. India has a long history of organized education. The Gurukul system of education is one of the oldest in India and it is not for all. The current system of education, based on western style and it is for all. The multi-dimensional growth of a nation is dependent on the presence of qualified and dynamic human resources. The greater the proportion of qualified human resources, the greater the contribution of this population in making a country develop holistically. It is the presence of quality education that propels individuals and, in turn, nations to attain economic goals, and maintain sustainable growth with equity by providing the fruits of development for all. The present school education system is mainly of three types such as; levels of education, ownership of educational institutions and educational board affiliations. The present paper focuses on ownership and boards of educational institutions. These two factors are providing non-uniform education in India. It leads to major inequalities among the students. The medium of instruction as an English is one of the drawbacks in the accessing quality education among students. Methodology: The present study, which is based on secondary data. Conclusion: The condition of the education system, especially school education is not better condition, because of dividing ownership of educational institutions and educational board affiliations. These are the major disadvantages to get a uniform education. There is, therefore, a need to develop a system that can provide an equal opportunity for every citizen of the country for the development of the individual in particular and society in general.

Abstratct – Hamas an acronym for an original Arabic name Harkat al-Mokwama al-Islamiya, which means „Zeal‟ was officially founded on 14 December 1987 but its origins can be traced back to the Egyptian Muslim Brotherhood which was founded by a school teacher Hassan al-Banna in 1928. Sheikh Ahmad Yassin, who has been considered as the founder of Hamas was active in Palestinian politics since 1970s. Greatly influenced by the ideas and teachings of the Muslim Brotherhood, Sheikh Ahmad Yassin formed an Islamic Society in 1976. By 1978, he felt the need for a bigger and better organization to promote Islamic values in the Palestinian society. This thought led him to establish Islamic Compound. However, Maktura incident of Jabaliya refugee camp was an immediate cause for the formation of Hamas.

Abstratct – In this experimental investigation researcher studied the efficacy of special education training program for general education teachers on their understanding about the inclusion of the children with different abilities in Panchkula district of Haryana. The sample (n-100) comprised of two groups, with 50 participants in both experimental as well as in control group.Purposive sampling technique has been used to pick up sample. Data was collected with the help of questionnaire constructed by the investigator i.e. “Attitude of teachers toward the inclusion of children with different abilities in govt. schools of Haryana”. Scores are compared and analysed by using the descriptive as well as inferential statistical procedure. In the results researcher found that there is a significant difference in the pre-test post test scores of experimental group (within) with t value 62.86 and between the groups post-test comparison was also significant with t value 49.26. So it is concluded that there is a significant effect of the special education training on the attitudes of the general education school teachers of the Panchkula district of Haryana.
