A stochastic end-to-end response time analysis of pipelined M2M-based manufacturing systems 基于流水线的m2m制造系统的随机端到端响应时间分析

This paper proposes a stochastic end-to-end response time analysis of pipelined manufacturing systems based on machine-to-machine communication, where every control message initiating from the first stage is relayed to the next stages along the pipeline. Through the proposed analysis, we can compute the end-to-end response time distribution of each control message, thus provide predictable performance in terms of end-to-end manufacturing times.

Phase rotation shift keying for low power and high performance WBAN in-body systems 低功耗高性能无线宽带系统的相位旋转移位键控

In this paper, we propose a new modulation scheme for low power and high performance WBAN in-body communication systems. Simulation results are presented in terms of performance and transmit power. The proposed modulation scheme is more appropriate for high data rate human body applications than other schemes due to the better characteristic of spectral re-growth in the non-linear system environment as well as better performance.
本文提出了一种新的低功耗高性能WBAN体内通信调制方案。在性能和发射功率方面给出了仿真结果。由于该调制方案具有较好的非线性系统环境下的频谱再增长特性和较好的性能,因此比其他调制方案更适合于高数据速率的人体应用。

Standard and Metadata Development Considerations for IPTV Service Provider and Service Discovery IPTV服务提供商和服务发现的标准和元数据开发考虑

There are descriptions on general high level procedure from IPTV service provider discovery to content selection and acquisition within ITU-T standards. But, we need more specific description to adopt in our domestic standard development. Therefore, we will describe the detail mechanism and metadata for IPTV service provider and service discovery in this paper. We will also describe the considerations on domestic standard development for interoperability between IPTV terminal and IPTV service providers.

Fast forwarding table lookup exploiting GPU memory architecture 利用GPU内存架构的快速转发表查找

As the traffic of the Internet increases and diversifies, the needs for a fast flexible router have made researchers to work on software routers. The existing software router systems may utilize the cluster structure of multiple machines or GPU systems. Especially, Packet Shader, which uses GPU to exploit GPU's extensive parallelism, shows higher performance compared to other existing software routers. However, Packet Shader does not utilize the memory architecture in the GPU system. Basically, GPU has different types of memories such as constant, texture, and global. Since different types of memories show different memory access performance, we propose a unique index architecture for the forwarding table by exploiting the memory architecture of the GPU system. Through a preliminary evaluation, we show that the forwarding table lookup using GPU can outperform the CPU only system.

A reliable and high throughput Multi-Rate Ad Hoc routing protocol: Cross layer approach 一种可靠的高吞吐量多速率自组织路由协议:跨层方法

In this paper, a high throughput routing protocol, using the MAC layer information, for Multi-Rate Ad-hoc Networks is proposed. By choosing the route with the minimum value of the proposed “Route Assessment Index”, the selected route is ensured to have high throughput with link's reliability. Also, link bottleneck could be avoided in the chosen route. Hence, the packet drop rate is also decreased. The correctness of the proposal is proven and the simulation results show that our new metric provides an accurate and efficient method for evaluating and selecting the high throughput route in Multi-Rate Ad-hoc Networks.

Closed-form interpolations for MISO-OFDM beamforming codewords MISO-OFDM波束形成码字的封闭插值

We derive a spherical linear interpolation (SLI) with a closed-form phase term. The derived SLI is compared with the geodesic interpolation. Simulation results show that both schemes are efficient and similar when the channels are highly correlated, since their objectives are equivalent in a sense of minimizing the distance between two adjacent codewords.

PTS scheme using additive mapping sequence for peak power reduction in OFDM systems 利用加性映射序列的PTS方案降低OFDM系统的峰值功率

In this paper, a new low-complexity partial transmit sequence (PTS) scheme is proposed, which generates alternative signal sequences by adding mapping signal sequences of each subblock to each signal subsequence. The proposed scheme considerably reduces the computational complexity without sacrificing BER and PAPR reduction performance, especially for the OFDM system with quadrature amplitude modulation (QAM).

This paper is purposed to study development design, manufacturing and test technology of Ka-band payload system, and to verify outstanding technology level through ETRI project.

Adaptive resource provisioning using traffic forecasting for energy efficient networks 基于流量预测的节能网络自适应资源配置

A traffic forecast model for a multilane sleep/wake link is investigated where energy consumption can be significantly reduced. A Box-Jenkins ARIMA forecast model is investigated and applied for traffic forecast. The relations among forecasting confidential interval, energy saving performance, buffer size requirement for lossless network are investigated.
