The goal of the present research was to study job crafting among personnel employed at a rehabilitation center in relation to variables such as age, education (bachelor’s degree, master’s degree) and job position (therapist, supervisor). Hypothesis, which states that any employee, regardless their education and position at work, can master job crafting (Tims et al., 2012) was once again supported by the present study. Analysis showed that data of bachelors, masters, managers and professionals (therapists) were not statistically different from each other. Studies (Lichtenthaler & Fishbach, 2019; Rudolph et al., 2017) have demonstrated the associations between job crafting, job satisfaction and work engagement. Therefore, it was interesting to explore these associations among people employed at a rehabilitation center. The findings showed that job crafting significantly predicted engagement.

The COVID-19 pandemic has had a significant impact on every aspect of human life, from health issues to economic problems, where high unemployment rates and many businesses experience stagnation. When someone experiences financial anxiety, it will certainly affect their financial behavior. In this case, trading crypto assets is very attractive to investors because asset value increases can be achieved quickly, but asset value decreases can also occur just as quickly. The mental impact that occurs from this phenomenon needs to be known. Analytical observational research with a cross-sectional study design on 207 subjects who have crypto accounts and are trading crypto assets. The sample was obtained through voluntary sampling via social media and crypto communities throughout Indonesia. Out of 207 research subjects, there were 88.4% of crypto asset traders experienced FoMO, 90.33% experienced impulsivity, and there was a relationship between FoMO and impulsivity (p=0.001, cc=0.228), FoMO and stress (p=0.000, cc=0.289), FoMO and anxiety (p=0.040, cc=0.143), FoMO and depression (p=0.000, cc=0.218), impulsivity and stress (p=0.000, cc=0.303), impulsivity and anxiety (p=0.000, cc=0.352), and impulsivity and depression (p=0.000, cc=0.360). The reliability test of the FoMO questionnaire was (? cronbach=0.504), validity test (KMO=0.599, commonalities of each question item >0.50).

The COVID-19 pandemic is a disease that has spread all over the world. Premarital sexual behavior is behavior that is driven by sexual desire with the opposite sex or with the same sex. Talking about sexuality and reproductive health is still a taboo subject for teenagers, so children will seek it from various sources, one of which is social media that not all of information can be accounted for. This study aims to collect scientific evidence on the impact of premarital sexual behavior on adolescents during the COVID-19 pandemic. The method used in this research is a scoping review. Articles were acquired from three databases, namely Pubmed, Science Direct, and Goggle Scholar. Results: After reviewing 11 articles using the scoping review, it resulted a theme of the impact of premarital sexual behavior on adolescents during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Background: There is evidence of decreased hemoglobin levels as long as an ageing process in the elderly. Low hemoglobin level conditions not only influence physical status but also mental function in the elderly. Objective: to know the association between hemoglobin level and depression status in the elderly. Methods: This is an analytic cross-sectional study. Data were derived from medical records of elderly/Geriatric patients (age>60 years old) admitted to the Internal Medicine Department of Prof. Dr. I.G.N.G. Ngoerah General Hospital between January to July 2018. Anemia status was defined using WHO criteria and depression was defined using Geriatric Depression Scale (GDS) questionnaires. We use an independent t-test to know the association between a categorical and numeric variable with normal distribution. Statistically significant if p < 0.05. Results: A total of 102 patient was enrolled in this study consisting of 47,05% male and 52,94% female. The prevalence of depression in the elderly was 27,45% and there is no statistically different based on age and sex. There is an association between hemoglobin level and depression in the elderly (p=0,037; CI 0,76-3,14). Logistic regression analysis shows that age and hemoglobin level impact depression status in the elderly.

Cervical cancer is the fourth most prevalent malignancy in women globally and and the 2nd in Indonesia. In 2008, the Indonesian Cancer Foundation projected that 52 million Indonesian women are at risk for cervical cancer, and that 36% of all cancer patients are cervical cancer patients. Increasing by 0.6% per year. There are 9,496 cervical cancer-related deaths in Indonesia, compared to an estimated 24,400 worldwide. The crude incidence rate of cervical cancer in Indonesia is 17 per 100.000 women. The majority of individuals with cervical cancer who passed away have received chemotherapy and radiation therapy. In recent years, tremendous progress has been made in immune therapy studies focused at preventing cancers from evading the immune response of the tumor. Among them is PD-I research. The association between PD-1 and its PDL-1 ligand suppresses cytotoxic T cells in the immune response to tumors. PDL-1 overexpression was also associated with a poor prognosis in a few other carcinomas. This study intends to determine whether PDL I overexpression is a risk factor for cervical cell carcinoma metastasis. Metastasis is indicative of a poor prognosis in cancer.

Recent studies have drawn attention to the fact that a change in the physical properties of food through its preliminary grinding (dispersion) affects the morphogenesis of the alimentary canal wall. The muscular and mucous membranes of the esophagus, jejunum and colon, as well as the stomach undergo structural transformations. Meanwhile, it has been shown that the parotid salivary gland is sensitive to the physical properties of food and the presence of the act of chewing. A positive correlation was found between the amount of stimulated saliva produced during chewing, an increase in the size of parotid salivary gland cells and its weight, as well as body mass index.

Introduction: Kyphosis is generally defined as a disease that occurs in the area of the vertebrae or the human spine which causes a hunched posture. As for some musculoskeletal complaints caused by kyphosis, including changes in body posture that bends forward so that it affects appearance, pain is felt in the spinal area, muscles get tired easily, and tightness in the back area, which in the most severe conditions kyphosis can cause problems in the respiratory tract and other organs. The cause of kyphosis is caused by several factors, namely body mass index, workload, disease scheurman, and birth defects. This study aims to determine whether there is a relationship between Body Mass Index and Physical Activity with the Incidence of Kyphosis in Physiotherapy Students at the Faculty of Medicine, Udayana University. Method: This research is a type of descriptive analytic research approach cross-sectional, using the total sampling technique, the number of subjects was 64 physiotherapy students who met the exclusion and inclusion criteria. Data was taken by measuring body mass index using the BMI formula, using global physical activity questionnaire (GPAQ) to measure physical activity, flexicurve as a measure of the degree of kyphosis.

Inguinal hernia has the most presentation of all hernia cases, which is about 75% of cases. Some risk factors that increase the incidence of inguinal hernia are old age, male, connective tissue abnormalities, and low body mass index. External risk factors consist of smoking, chronic coughing and carrying heavy loads. Inguinal hernias can be identified from the earlier clinical course and given treatment as early as possible. Surgery is the only therapy for an inguinal hernia aimed at removing the peritoneal sac and covering the defects on the fascia in the inguinal wall. Cases of hernia in rural areas may have delayed treatment because of limited facilities and public awareness of its complications.
