Preeclampsia is a pregnancy complication characterized by high blood pressure and proteinuria that arises after a gestational age of 20 weeks. Pre-eclampsia is one of the obstetric diseases with the most severe complication rates. Research on increasing knowledge, causes, prevention, treatment of pre-eclampsia, and strong evidence of the traumatic impact on short-term and long-term psychological health has been widely undertaken. However, there has been relatively little study on mothers' experiences with preeclampsia. This Scoping Review aims to find out the experiences of mothers with pre-eclampsia. The method used is Scoping Review using Willey Online Library, PubMed, and ScienceDirect databases. The search results that match the criteria are then analyzed to generate these articles. The appraisal study uses Joana Briggs Institute (JBI), and the synthesis method uses PEOS modification. Of the 152 articles relevant to titles and abstracts, seven articles met the inclusion and exclusion criteria. The review discovered four themes that affect mother experience with preeclampsia: maternal reaction, obstacles, impact, and coping. This study contributes to the understanding that the condition of women with preeclampsia during pregnancy and childbirth still requires medical professionals' attention, particularly regarding awareness of perceived symptoms and information regarding pregnancy with preeclampsia.

This study aims to determine the prevalence of menopausal symptoms and the factors that influence it in women aged 40-65 years in Denpasar, Indonesia. The research design used is a cross-sectional study conducted on 318 women aged 40-65 years who live in the area of community health centre in Denpasar City, Indonesia. The Stages of Reproductive Aging Workshop (STRAW+10) was used to classify pre, peri and post menopause. The instrument used is a self-designed instrument to determine the respondent's characteristics such as age, number of children, age at menarche, occupation, marital status, education, exercise habits, coffee drinking habits and history of hypertension and diabetes mellitus. know menopausal symptoms. Logistic regression was used to determine risk factors for severe menopausal symptoms. The most common symptoms felt by the respondents in this study were joint and muscle discomfort (52.8%) and sleep problems (51.8%). Only 32.1% of women experienced hot flushes and night sweats symptoms of moderate and severe severity. Age at menarche, history of chronic diseases such as hypertension and diabetes mellitus are risk factors for severe menopausal symptoms. Most women when entering menopause complain of more than one menopause symptom, both somatic, psychological and urogenital symptoms.

There is a close relationship between a person's mental health and gastrointestinal disorders. Psychogenic dysphagia is a rare condition related to swallowing disorders with no structural cause or organic diseases such as neurological deficits or other physical disorders. The mechanism of this swallowing disorder is still not well understood. Based on various studies that have been conducted, the condition of psychogenic dysphagia has comorbidity with psychological disorders such as anxiety disorders, depression, and post-traumatic stress. In this case report, we will present a case of a 7-year-old male patient who had difficulty swallowing due to fear of vomiting with disturbed psychosocial conditions, and no organic disorders were found after the examination. The BDI examination showed a score of 18, which is within the border of clinical depression. So that the patient was diagnosed with psychogenic dysphagia which was included in the category of Avoidant/Restrictive Food Intake Disorder in DSM 5. Holistic and multidisciplinary treatment was needed in this case. It was also reported that the success of medical treatment to reduce the patient's vomiting symptoms from pediatrics and psychologist department, combined with supportive psychotherapy and family-based treatment increases the patient's recovery rate.

Peritoneal carcinomatosis (PC) is a term to describe the distant spread (metastatic) of the primary tumor to the peritoneal cavity. PC is a late-stage manifestation of various gastrointestinal malignancies in general and affects the ovaries, which is characterized as tumor deposits involving the surface of the peritoneal wall. If no primary signs are found, the primary diagnosis can be considered from the peritoneum itself. PC itself can be found incidentally on imaging, which can be seen on computed tomography examination, but in some mimicking images making it difficult to make a diagnosis, it is necessary to correlate it with the histopathological results.

Depression is a fundamental disorder characterized by changes in mood or affect toward depression with or without anxiety. Depression is a state of mental disorder characterized by three main symptoms and seven additional symptoms. Diabetes Mellitus Type-1 (T1DM) is a systemic disorder caused by impaired glucose metabolism, which is characterized by chronic hyperglycemia. Depression is common in patients with T1DM. In this case report, a 13-year-old girl was consulted because she looks sad. A feeling of sadness has been felt for 3 months and has been getting worse since a week ago, which was initially because of T1DM. Patients usually work at home and carry out daily activities as usual. Currently, the patient has no desire and gets tired easily, especially when doing usual activities, thinking the pain will get worse and thinking that she can't recover. Complaints are felt throughout the day and worsen at night, especially before bed or when alone. The patient feels that she is useless and his future is bleak. During pregnancy, the patient's mother routinely checks with the midwife and gets complete immunizations. The patient was born vaginally and cried spontaneously. The patient also received complete basic immunization.

Klippel-Trenaunay syndrome (KTS) is characterized by the classic triad of capillary malformations manifesting as a "port-wine stain", venous varicosities, and bone and/or soft tissue hypertrophy. Imaging could help to diagnose and evaluation of KTS. Case Presentation: We report a 12-year-old with progressive enlargement of the right lower limb with geographic stain and venous varicosities. The patient also underwent MRI and angiography, which revealed multiple nidus with multiple feeding arteries. Conclusion: Klippel-Trenaunay Syndrome is a rare condtion. MRI and Arteriography could help diagnose KTS for confirmation, monitoring progression, or identification of complications.
