Background: Based on World Health Organization (WHO,2019) Maternal Mortality Rate is the number of maternal deaths caused by pregnancy, childbirth and postpartum that become the indicator of women’s health level. Maternal mortality rate becomes one of the targets of Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) in reducing maternal mortality rate to be 70 per 100.000 live birth in 2030. Aim: to review the evidence relate to the pregnant woman’s knowledge to the danger signs of pregnancy. Method: this scoping review used framework from Arksey and O’Malley consisting of conducting focus review by framework PEOS, conducting literature searching by using 3 databased by identifying scoping review question, identifying relevant article, selecting article, data charting, arranging as well as summarizing and reporting the result. Result: The scoping review of 10 article journal having Grade A and B that discuss about danger signs of pregnancy, category of knowledge, utilizing health facilities, the method to improve the knowledge. Conclusion: Based on scoping review result of primigravida’s knowledge is still low compared to multigravida, therefore it needs the alternative to improve pregnant women’s knowledge about danger signs of pregnancy through counselling and telemedicine.

Many patients with medical disorders, such as meningoencephalitis are evaluated by psychiatrists complaining of sleep problems as one of the symptoms. A 65-years old married male patient who was currently unemployed was interviewed by a psychiatrist in an uncomfortable reclining position. The patient had been hospitalized for 8 days prior to the interview with a history of being unconscious. The patient showed disorganized speech, tried to pull the intravenous line, and hit his wife. The patient said that at this time, he was unable to sleep due to the throbbing headaches, nauseous, and frequent urination at night. Thus, the patient felt uncomfortable, tired, and drowsy in the morning. Those symptoms got worse in the last week. The patient never had sleep problems before. The psychiatric status showed an appropriate appearance, uncomfortable looks, adequate verbal and visual contact, clear consciousness, dysphoric mood and affect which was congruent, logical realist coherent thought process, and a preoccupation of headache. There was no hallucination or illusion, but mixed type insomnia was found. The patient was diagnosed with adjustment disorder with predominant symptoms and sleep disturbances (F43.28).

Autoimmune encephalitis (AIE) is considered one of the most common causes of acute noninfectious encephalitis. Autoimmune encephalitis is usually of acute or subacute onset and may become chronic later. Suggested mechanisms that may trigger AIE include tumor (paraneoplastic), infection (parainfection) or may be cryptogenic. Autoimmune encephalitis has a wide range of clinical manifestations including behavioral and psychiatric symptoms, autonomic disorders, movement disorders and seizures. In this Case Report 13 year old boy, Hindu, Balinese, currently attending junior high school, unmarried, student. The patient was consulted to the psychiatry department while in the Cempaka room because he looked restless and confused. The patient experienced mood swings in the form of an unstable mood, accompanied by irritability, difficulty calming down, feeling uncomfortable, disturbed sleep, and decreased appetite after the patient underwent treatment at the hospital since last February. On physical examination, physical status was found within normal limits, nutritional status was good, and general status was within normal limits. Examination of psychiatric status found an unnatural appearance that looked confused and uncomfortable, verbal and visual contact was lacking, clear consciousness, mood and affect were labile, in thought processes there was preoccupation with the disease, in perception there were visual hallucinations.

Amputation trauma due to burns is a conflict wound that is very emotionally disturbing, as is often shown on social media and on the small screen to illustrate war, but there are also unintentional events that occur in adolescents that cause burns due to electric shock. The purpose of this paper is to explain the psychiatric aspects and the role of Consultation-Liaison Psychiatry (CLP) in Traumatic Amputation Due to Electrical Burns in Adolescents so that it becomes a consideration in the selection of psychotherapy and therapy for patients. In this case report, an IPWS patient, male, 13 years old, was treated in the Burn Unit, 2nd floor, bed 2. The patient was consulted by a Plastic Surgery colleague at Sanglah Hospital Denpasar. Autoanamnesis data was obtained at the first examination, and the patient followed up during treatment with complaints of feeling sad due to the condition of the wound. The patient complains of sadness and guilt for not obeying his parents' advice not to fly kites in the field, sadness comes and goes, sometimes cries when he remembers and now he feels sad and sorry, he also wants to get well soon and be able to do activities.

Background: Breast milk is the best nutrient for infant, providing everything the babies need to survive and drink plenty of fluids during the first six months and that is perfect combination of various nutrients. Besides that, breast milk is the best way to reduce infant morbidity and mortality from infectious diseases, which often affect toddlers in developing countries who are not getting the appropriate developmental nutrition. Meanwhile, the level of national initiation is checked according to mother’s age. Young mother (< 19 years old) tends to rarely breastfeed (83.6 percent) compared with the older one (88.5 percent- 92.7 percent). Therefore, the scoping review aims to explore the description about exclusive breastfeeding on mother with early marriage. Method: the method of this scoping review used Arksey & O’Malley framework consisting of five stages such as identifying scoping review question by framework PEOs; identifying relevant article through relevant database, such as Pubmed, Proquest, ScienceDirect and finding Grey literature through Google Scholar; selecting the article with Prism Flowchart that is used to draw the article search flow, doing critical appraisal to assess the quality of article; doing data charting.

Babies who have problems and oxygen saturation is one of the things that must be maintained in newborns when low oxygen saturation causes hemodynamic disorders in infants that can cause congenital heart defects. This study aims to determine the differences in the results of the oxygen saturation test (SpO2) in newborns whose mothers were monitored using the combination method of intermittent auscultation and palpation of contractions with mothers who used cardiotocography and also to see the difference in the average SpO2 of normal and SC infants. The research method was observational with a cross sectional approach on 36 newborns in 2 groups, namely 18 whose mothers were monitored by the combination method and 18 were monitored by cardiotocography. BBL SpO2 examination using a pulse oximeter. The average SpO2 of BBL monitored using a combination and cardiotocography did not differ (P = 0.887 > 0.05). Conclusion: There is no difference in the results of the examination of oxygen saturation (SpO2) BBL in the results of monitoring the combination of intermittent auscultation and palpation to CTG monitoring.

Based on 2021 World Health Organization (WHO) data, as many as 250,715,502 positive Covid-19 confirmed cases, the death rate of Covid-19 sufferers is 5,062,106 (COVID-19 Handling Acceleration Task Force, 2020). The increase in the number of people suffering from Covid-19 proves that Covid-19 spreads easily and quickly (World Health Organization, 2021). The Covid-19 virus attacks all ages, including vulnerable groups, one of which is pregnant women. During the Covid-19 pandemic, health services must continue to run optimally and be safe for patients and midwives with various adjustments based on Covid-19 handling guidelines or health protocols. Implementing antenatal classes during pregnancy and the role of the midwife or health worker is essential in identifying pregnant women class participants who will attend antenatal classes during pregnancy, including in the preparation phase. The objective is to systematically map research conducted in this field and identify the role of midwives in implementing class services for pregnant women during the pandemic. The method used is Prisma Flowchart (Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic review and Meta-Analyses) to describe the literature search flow. The article search uses four databases (Google Scholar, Pubmed, Wiley, and Science Direct).

Postpartum hemorrhage (PPP) is the most significant contributor to maternal mortality worldwide, accounting for 50-75% of all emergency cases that occur during childbirth. Research on the causes, knowledge, prevention, and factors that influence the incidence of postpartum hemorrhage has been carried out previously. However, research on the referral system in postpartum hemorrhage cases done by midwives has not primarily been explored. PRISMA results showed that there were 95 articles obtained from three databases. Article selection was carried out based on predetermined criteria for inclusion and exclusion. This research has acquired five related articles. The seven articles obtained were analyzed for their critical appraisal using the Joanna Briggs Institute (JBI). This study aims to identify the in-depth literature obtained through various sources with various research methods related to the topic, which is the implementation of the referral system in primary postpartum hemorrhage done by midwives of health centers. Therefore, identifying gaps from the existing articles or synthesizing evidence through different studies can be done. Then sources of evidence that provide reference information and research on postpartum bleeding can be found.

Anemia is a condition that is commonly indicated by low hemoglobin levels in the blood. This situation is proven by the lack of quality and quantity of red blood cells that consequently decrease the amount of oxygen transported into the tissue. The high incidence of anemia in pregnancy can cause high maternal mortality after childbirth resulting from pregnancy complications such as bleeding. A lot of research on the factors that influence anemia and the prevention of anemia during pregnancy has been conducted previously. However, there is still few of research exploring women's perception of anemia and the consumption of iron supplements. This Scoping Review aims to determine the extent of women's perception of anemia and iron supplement consumption. The method used is Scoping Review using Wiley Online Library, PubMed, and ScienceDirect databases. The research results that match the criteria are then analyzed with the aim of generating these articles. Appropriational study applied here uses Joana Briggs Institute (JBI), and the synthesis method uses PEOS modification. Six of the 141 articles relevant to titles and abstracts met the inclusion and exclusion criteria.
