Free, fair and ethical process of conduct with the assigned responsibility to completed it with given resources, schedule and environment is called accountability. It is also a confession of an employ to admit an error made in assigned obligations. United State Agency for International Development (USAID), the federal agency, administers civilian foreign aid, defines measures of government accountability by some key factors including a free and fair political justice system; protection of human rights; a vibrant civil society; public confidence in the police and courts, and security sector reform. So, accountability is about employees taking responsibility and ownership for their decisions, actions, performance, and behavior. That also covers the intention, dedication, trust, and commitment to do the right thing for a particular project, institution, state, or business. Unfortunately, corruption is embedded within the health systems. Throughout my academic and research career, the Ministry of Health, public health professionals, and provincial health departments have been able to see deep-rooted dishonesty and fraud. So, the magnitude of the problem of corruption can be outlined, how it happens, what are potential contributing factors and how it is started. We can also describe the people's fears around the topic, methodologies to address the corruption, and responsibilities of communities irrespective of their level of involvement. Policymakers, funding agencies, and researchers are needed to get involved in the discussion as an important component

Text neck is a syndrome which is described by repetitive stress injury and pain in neck. It is a health condition which is develops by using a mobile phones or watching any handheld devices for prolong period of time. It is commonly found in children. The risk factor of developing text neck is abnormally stretching a muscles and tendons of your neck which puts a pressure on nerves in your back. It is a symptomatic and may cause severe symptoms including spine arthritis, spinal misalignment, spinal degeneration, disc compression, loss of lung capacity, muscle weakness, etc. An overview on account systemic reviews on text neck syndrome a survey is conducted. About 101 persons participated by attending our questionnaire. Thisstudy is done in between January 2020 to march 2020. The data was collected randomly. The value of entire knowledge and attitude is found to be significantly statistical. It has been concluded that most of the people have insufficient knowledge regarding this topic even in educated group and also in those who are victim of this. Awareness programs and counselling should be conducted to help people to stay safe from TNS.

Pharmacists play vital role in health care system; they help to prevent medication errors. At discharge from health care facility 20% to 70% patients have at least one medication discrepancy. Pharmacist has direct impact on reducing readmission in hospitals as well as emergency visits. There is substantial reduction of 67%, 28% and 19% in adverse drug event-related to hospital revisits, (ED) visits and hospital readmissions.

ABSTRACT:Objective: The aim of the study was to confirm the interaction of food with metronidazole 400 mg tablet with diverse dissolution medium like milk, oil and gastric fluid to observe the effects of physiological changes in terms of absorbance.Study design: experimental study.Place and duration: Jinnah University for Women, over six monthsMethod: The brand Flagyl (metronidazole) 400 mg were purchased from the local pharmacies of Karachi (Pakistan) for the evaluation of dissolution profile in diverse medium.Results: The outcomes related to this research study are clearly showing that all the results come out within the specified limits of BP/USP which is not less 85 %. The results of one way Anova test between the groups and within the groups showing significant difference i.e. p value < 0.05.Multiple comparisons also performed by Turkey HSD and LSD test of standards with diverse dissolution mediums showing a significant difference between the medium i.e. p value <0.05.Conclusions: We concluded from our study that metronidazole is not contraindicated with milk, oil with gastric fluid.
