The booming development of Internet and E-business world widely has caused an enormous effect on the conduct of global business in fundamental ways. Fresh food commerce, a traditional way of providing things for people's daily lives, has been endowed great implication under the environment of Internet and E-business. Fresh food E-commerce shrinks distances, eliminates intermediaries, and brings about closer integration of its former supply chain. This paper proposes a forward/reverse logistics network and route planning model for fresh food e-commerce enterprises. And a calculating case study of optimal operation in a district in Shanghai, China of fresh food E-commerce enterprises is used to verify the feasibility of the model by adopting genetic algorithm (GA). The study provides a good reference for the design of forward and reverse logistics network and its optimal operation of fresh food e-commerce enterprises, and additionally, provides reference for integration and collaboration of E-business functions.

In view of word sense disambiguation shortcomings of the previous methods, they generally do not consider on word distance for computing semantic correlation of the influence of context, as well as the context is limited for ambiguous word sense disambiguation, and the use of part ambiguous context words make word senses more ambiguous. Therefore, this paper proposes the use of dependency parse tree and rules for feature word selection, then the ambiguous word is mapped to the Wikipedia pages to expand the feature words of the ambiguous word. Feature words expansion of word sense and feature words will eliminate the limitation of context words, by calculating improved mutual information between feature words of ambiguous context words senses and feature word of ambiguous word senses, then finally obtain the most suitable items of ambiguous word with context words in this sentence. Experimental results show that the proposed method compares with the previous method improves the accuracy of Chinese word sense disambiguation of 11.4%, with good scalability and practicality.

Nowadays, users' demands for tourism consumption continue to upgrade, more and more consumers complete the reservation of air tickets and hotels through online payment. Referring to previous researches, this paper established the users' online payment behavior intention model based on Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT) and put forward corresponding hypotheses. Then we adopt correlation analysis to investigate the factors affecting users' satisfaction and continuance intention of purchasing tourism products and services via online payment, which include perceived security, performance expectancy, convenient conditions, trust and so on. Then we further determine the extent to which each factor plays a role by multiple linear regression analysis.

Service-based applications which increasingly rely on the distributed platform provided by the Web are subject to frequent changes due to changing business and technological requirements. Change impact analysis is an important activity of management for composite services consisting of services available through a marketplace of providers. This paper presents an approach to analyze component service changes in composite services and to evaluate the change effect levels. We first identify the various change types for composite services. Then, we focus on the analysis of service functional changes based on the proposed concept: service importance factor, which is used to measure change effect level. Determining service importance factor is a multi-criteria decision making problem and the fuzzy synthetic evaluation technique is applied to synthesize individual service importance factors related to a set of user-defined criteria. We have shown by the running example that the proposed change impact analysis approach is useful for subsequent tasks in the service change management processes.

This paper discusses the factors influencing Indian Small and Medium Enterprises' (SMEs) adoption of Cloud based services. This research, through an extensive literature review, analyzes the current situation, benefits, and challenges of Cloud based services adoption for Indian SMEs. It identifies and confirms the key factors (e.g., Cost reduction, relative advantage, security, regulatory support, firm size, top management support, technological readiness) that determine the adoption of Cloud based services by Indian SMEs, based on secondary research. The target population for this study is SMEs in India that are using or considering using Cloud based services, regardless of the field or industry. The theoretical basis for this study is the Diffusion of Innovation (DOI) theory, and Technology Organization and Environment (TOE) theory. These two technology adoption theories present a solid theoretical framework on which this study is based. This paper provides an understanding of the extent to which innovation characteristics, technology context, organizational context, and environmental context influence the decision of Indian SMEs to adopt Cloud based services.

Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) is becoming an important and challenging waste stream in terms of quantity and toxicity. Developing technical solutions for sustainable management of WEEE is becoming a global trend. Disassembly planning plays an important role in End-of-Life treatment of WEEE. Effective disassembly planning can improve the recovery rate and reduce the environmental impact of WEEE significantly. Targeting sustainable WEEE management, this paper aims to propose a cloud-based approach for disassembly planning. The approach provides a comprehensive and standardized service-oriented environment for distributed information sharing, disassembly modeling, evaluation and optimization.

Web automation applications are widely used for different purposes such as B2B integration, web mashups, automated testing of web applications, Internet metasearch or technology and business watch. One crucial part in intensive web automation applications, that require real time responses, is for them to execute the navigation sequences in the shortest possible time. The approach of building the automatic web navigation component by using the APIs of conventional browsers, followed by most of the current systems, is not appropriate in that scenario, because it presents performance problems. Other approach consist in creating custom browsers specially designed for web automation, which can develop some improvements based in the peculiarities of the web automation tasks. In this work, we present a new set of techniques and algorithms that allow the parallel evaluation of the scripting code when a custom browser loads a web page. We also outline the components that should be included in the custom browser architecture to implement these techniques. The tests executed with real web sources, to evaluate the validity of our proposal, show that a custom web browser loads the web pages faster when the scripts are executed in parallel using the designed techniques.

Dynamic service scheduling is a challenging problem to the high-efficient implementation of service based business applications. Recent researches on dynamic service scheduling mostly focus on the service allocation, but they seldom optimize the timetable which defines the starting time of each service instance, and the existing methods proposed are time-consuming and with low calculation precision. In this paper, a novel hybrid algorithm for dynamic service scheduling is proposed. Our algorithm can improve the service allocation by the knowledge from self-learning and social learning and make the timetable more properly by reducing idle time of services. Experimental results show our algorithm can solve the dynamic service scheduling problem more precisely and with less execution time than the existing works.

Internet of Things (IoT) services are becoming a popular class of services. Compared to traditional pure software-based services, IoT services are deployed on and constrained by devices in physical environments. Interruption of an IoT service may be caused by energy failure of its host device. Balancing energy consumption of all devices in outdoor settings is desirable to maximize the system lifetime. In this paper, we present an evolutionary game approach to service selection for multiple IoT applications. Different from centralized and pre-execution service selection methods, the approach avoids congregation on certain devices by using a global view of competitions and interactions for service selections in all concurrent applications. Our simulation results show that the proposed service selection approach can evenly distribute energy consumption across all IoT devices and extend the overall system lifetime.
