Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi pengaruh employee engagement dan perceived organizational support terhadap kinerja karyawan hotel di Sulawesi Selatan pada masa pandemi COVID-19, serta menganalisis dampak dari strategi manajemen pendidikan dalam meningkatkan hubungan tersebut. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode survei dengan mengirimkan kuesioner kepada karyawan hotel yang dipilih sebagai sampel. Data yang terkumpul dianalisis menggunakan teknik analisis regresi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa employee engagement dan perceived organizational support berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan hotel di Sulawesi Selatan pada masa pandemi COVID-19. Selain itu, strategi manajemen pendidikan juga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan dalam meningkatkan hubungan antara employee engagement, perceived organizational support, dan kinerja karyawan. Studi ini memberikan kontribusi penting dalam memperluas pemahaman tentang faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan hotel pada masa pandemi COVID-19 dan memberikan rekomendasi untuk manajemen hotel dalam meningkatkan kinerja karyawan

Penelitian ini berfokus pada kemampuan literasi media mahasiswa dalam pembelajaran ilmu hadis khususnya di prodi Ilmu Perpustakaan UIN Alauddin Makassar. Menurut peneliti, hal ini penting untuk diteliti untuk mengetahui berapa tinggi kemampuan literasi informasi mahasiswa Ilmu Perpustakaan UIN Alauddin Makassar dalam upaya meningkatkan wawasan mereka terhadap ilmu hadis dan seberapa siap mereka dalam mengaplikasikan ilmu yang mereka peroleh di tengah masyarakat. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner/angket dengan bantuan skala likert. Hasil penelitian menujukkan bahwa minat mahasiswa dalam pembelajaran ilmu hadis jika dirata-ratakan berada pada kisaran angka 65,25% yang berarti ada pada kategori tinggi. Angka tersebut masih belum sampai pada level sangat tinggi. Olehnya itu dibutuhkan motivasi, dan metode mengajar yang lebih efektif dan menyenangkan bagi mahasiswa agar minat mereka bisa bertambah. Sedangkan untuk tingkat kemampuan literasi media, secara rata-rata berada pada kisaran angka 78,76 % yang berarti ada pada kategori tinggi. Secara rata-rata, mereka telah mampu memanfaatkan media informasi sebagai suatu sumber belajar secara mandiri. Mereka telah menerapkan bagian dari model literasi informasi yakni identifikasi kebutuhan sebelum melakukan penelusuran. Mengenai literatur yang menjadi pilihan mereka dalam akses informasi cenderung lebih menyukai akses informasi yang instan yakni dari internet sedangkan minat terhadap buku cetak sangat rendah. Olehnya itu, dibutuhkan pemahaman yang baik bagi mereka dan edukasi tentang cara menelusuri infomasi yang valid melalui berbagai media informasi yang relevan.

The study aims to determine the risk level of credit decision making. The research is descriptive qualitative. The research is conducted in PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. Makassar. Methods of collecting data uses library research method and field research method. The research data uses qualitative data obtained from the results of literature study. In addition to qualitative data, it is also used financial reports for three years. The results of this research indicated that to anticipate non-performing loans, the specifications of prospective debtors were carried out in each credit-granting process. In granting credit, the specifications for the prospective debtor must be carried out.

The study aims to discover the influence of the family environment, entrepreneurial knowledge on entrepreneurial behavior which is mediated by the entrepreneurial interest of students majoring ini Online Business and Marketing at SMKN 1 Bantaeng. The type of this study is quantitative research with a total population of 102 students in classes XI and XII of Online Business and Marketing at SMKN 1 Bantaeng. Random sampling technique was employed and obtained 81 students as the research sample. Data were collected and processed by using path analysis tecnique. This study showed that each variable tested was valid and reliable and feasible in terms of model based on path analysis test so this study could be conducted. The results of the analysis prove that the variables of family environment, entrepreneurial knowledge, and interest in entrepreneurship have a positive and significant influence on entrepreneurial behavior and the role of interest in entrepreneurship is able to mediate the family enironment and entrepreneurial knowledge on entrepreneurial behavior. This means that the family environment variables and entrepreneurial knowledge have a positive and significant influence on entrepreneurial behavior mediated by entrepreneurial interest.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui model Markowitz pada saham Indeks LQ45, sehingga diperoleh komposisi saham yang dapat dijadikan pilihan investasi atau membentuk portofolio. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh saham-saham emiten atau perusahaan go public yang pernah masuk dalam Indeks LQ45 di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode Februari 2017-Januari 2021 sebanyak 66 saham perusahaan dan sampel penelitian ini adalah 65 saham perusahaan yang dipilih berdasarkan teknik nonprobability sampling dengan metode purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data penelitian menggunakan teknik dokumentasi. Analisis data dilakukan model Markowitz dengan mengumpulkan data harga saham penutupan (closing price) bulanan sampai mendapatkan portofolio optimal kemudian mengukur kinerja portofolio optimal dari model Markowitz. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian terdapat 11 saham pembentuk portofolio optimal model Markowitz dengan expected return portofolio sebesar 0,96% per bulan dengan risiko portofolio (varianportofolio sebesar 0,12% per bulan dan standar deviasi sebesar 3,41% per bulan).

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh literasi keuangan terhadap perilaku konsumtif dosen fakultas ekonomi universitas negeri makassar. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner yang diukur dengan menggunakan skala likert. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh dosen tetap fakultas ekonomi universitas negeri Makassar. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan snowball sampling. Penggunaan teknik ini akan berhenti apabila data yang diperoleh dianggap telah jenuh atau jika data tidak berkembang lagi sehingga diperoleh responden 31 dosen. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis deskriptif, analisis regresi berganda, uji hipotesis dan uji koefisien determinasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara literasi keuangan terhadap perilaku konsumtif dosen fakultas ekonomi universitas negeri makassar (2) terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara pengendalian diri terhadap perilaku konsumtif dosen fakultas ekonomi universitas negeri makassar (3) terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara literasi keuangan dan pengendalian diri secara simultan terhadap perilaku konsumtif dosen fakultas ekonomi universitas negeri makassar.

This study aims to determine the use of the market as a learning resource and how to design LKS teaching materials. This study uses a qualitative research method with a case study approach. Data analysis techniques according to Miles and Huberman where the technique has four steps, namely data collection, data reduction, data display, and conclusion and verification of data. The results showed that economic activities in the Cilimus traditional market which can be used as a learning resource in Economics in the chapter material on Balance and Market Structure are: 1) Merchandise distribution activities, 2) merchandise storage, 3) presentation of merchandise Buying and selling transactions and the results of the validation of the design of environmentally based student worksheets show that this is feasible to be developed with some suggestions after validating material experts and media experts.

Abstrack. This study aims to analyze students' perceptions about the Kahoot application as a learning evaluation medium. The approach to this research is descriptive quantitative research with data collection techniques using a questionnaire. The population in this study were students of the 5th semester of the Social Studies education program who took the Monetary Economic Theory course involving 83 students. The results showed that the use of Kahoot as a learning evaluation media received a positive response from students. This is because Kahoot is easy to use, has an attractive appearance, and is transparent in displaying scores. Thus, students are increasingly motivated to learn in order to achieve the highest score Keywords: Kahoot, Motivation, Learning Evaluation Media Abstrak. Abstract. This study aims to prove the effect of financial performance and investment decisions on firm value with dividend policy as an intervening variable. The research method uses a quantitative approach with financial report documentation on chemical sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2013-2017. Data analysis using classical assumption test and path analysis. The results showed that financial performance has a negative and significant effect on firm value, investment decisions and dividend policy does not affect company value, financial performance and investment decisions have a positive and significant effect on dividend policy, and partially financial performance and investment decisions have an influence on value company with dividend policy as an intervening variable.
