Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkap bagaimana sistem keuangan yang dibangun untuk mengelola pembiayaan mahasiswa di kampus STIT NU Al Farabi Pangandaran dengan menggunakan sistem virtual account. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode case study. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan wawancara, obervasi dan dokumentasi. Analisis data menggunakan model miles and hubarman. Serta uji keabsahan menggunakan uji kredibilitas (credibility) dengan metode trianggulasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa metode pembayaran mahasiswa melalui Virtual Account dilakukan dengan tahapan 1)Verivikasi data mahasiswa 2)Pemetaan Jenis Pembayaran Mahasiswa 3)Penentuan kebijakan pembayaran yang diberlakukan untuk mahasiswa 4)Aktivasi Virtual Account 5)Backup Data Pembayaran 6)Verivikasi dan Validasi transaksi pembayaran 7)Penyajian laporan keuangan mahasiswa. Penggunaan metode pembayaran mahasiswa melalui Virtual Account memberikan kemudahan dalam proses pembayaran, meningkatkan efesiensi dan validitas dalam tata kelola keuangan. Serta menjadi support system yang dibangun untuk mewujudkan manajemen pembiayaan mahasiswa yang unggul dan kredibel di Kampus STIT NU Al Farabi Pangandaran

Resiko sistemik perbankan di Indonesia merupakan fenomena yang sangat menakutkan. Pengalaman krisis ekonomi yang terjadi pada tahun 1998 yang diikuti dengan krisis moneter, krisis likuiditas, dan kebangkrutan dunia usaha, maka industri perbankan Indonesia secara cepat mengalami krisis. Adanya problematik keuangan yang mengancam operasional bank baru diketahui setelah bank tersebut mengalami gagal bayar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur kontribusi risiko dan persentase kontribusi bank terhadap risiko sistem perbankan dengan metode analisis yang digunakan Generalized Autoregressive Heteroscdasticity (GARCH). Sumber data diperoleh dari publikasi laporan keuangan 9 bank umum yang sudah go public dan belum go public. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata PoD bank selama periode penelitian pengamatan sebesar 51,81 persen. Model Merton cukup baik digunakan sebagai signal awal resiko dan potensi PoD. Model Merton memiliki keunggulan karena tidak membutuhkan asumsi tentang bentuk fungsional. Rata-rata tambahan kontribusi risiko terhadap sistem perbankan adalah ΔCoPoD 11,82 persen dan persentase %ΔCoPoD sebesar 36,30 persen. Parameter ini ternyata berhubungan secara linier dengan besarnya kontribusi risiko sistemik. Semakin tinggi kontribusi risiko, semakin tinggi pula persentase kontribusi risiko sistemiknya. Secara umum dapat dikatakan bahwa setiap bank memiliki eksternalitas terhadap sistem yang ada sehingga dugaan terhadap potensi risiko sistemik pada individu bank tertentu layak menjadi perhatian bagi regulator.

This research was conducted to conduct an in-depth analysis of how the innovation of the learning system developed by STAI KH. Badruzzaman in fulfilling efforts to print Human Resources who have superior competencies in the Revolution 4.0 era. This method uses a qualitative approach with the Case Study method. Data collection techniques were carried out using direct interviews or via online, observation and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the innovation of the student learning and teaching system is carried out through a Hybrid learning system which is carried out in the following stages; 1) Socialization of Hybrid Learning policies and face-to-face obligations, 2) Planning for Hybrid Learning learning system lectures, 3) Mapping online and offline learning schedules 4) Mapping the governance of online and offline learning infrastructure facilities 5) Implementation of Lectures with Hybrid Learning learning system lectures 6 ) Evaluation of Hybrid Learning learning system lectures. The policy of implementing hybrid learning is a learning process in order to improve the quality of the learning system as an innovation effort for the development of STAI KH Badruzzaman to become a superior campus based on technology in 2027.

This study to test hypotheses related to the effect of interpersonal skills on ability to complete tasks in FKIP Untan economic education students. Based on the results of the research and data analysis both descriptive statistics and inferential parametric statistical analysis, it can be concluded: Interpersonal skills in students of 2016 Economic Education FKIP Untan shows a fairly high level, this can be seen from the results of the average 102.21. The ability of students to complete their assignments in students of Economic Education in 2016 FKIP Untan has an average score of 80.73 which means that their abilities are quite high in completing college assignments. There is a positive and significant effect of interpersonal skills on the ability to complete tasks in Economics education students in 2016 FKIP Untan with a correlation coefficient of 0.886 and the significance of the test results shows smaller than alpha 0.05.

This study aims to examine whether leverage, ownership structure and board size affect the profitability of a company's financial statements that are included in the LQ-45 partially or simultaneously. In this study using the documentation method in order to collect data where this data is in the form of a company's annual financial report document obtained from the official length of the Indonesian Stock Exchange and then tested using multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The results of the t test show that partially institutional ownership has a positive effect on profitability where the significance is 0.014<0.05, managerial ownership has a negative effect on profitability where the significance is 0.142>0.05, then for board size has a positive effect on profitability, the significance value 0.041<0.05, and leverage has a negative effect on profitability where the significance value is 0.682>0.05. Then for the simultaneous effect of all independent variables have an influence on profitability

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui besarnya pengaruh kualitas pendidik dan kualitas tenaga kependidikan terhadap kepuasan pelayanan mahasiswa. Metode Penelitian yaitu survey, subjek penelitian sebanyak 80 orang mahasiswa diambil secara acak di Uiniversitas Indraprasta PGRI Jakarta. Data dikumpulkan dengan instrumen angket menggunakan skla likert. Keabsahan data diperoleh dengan uji validitas dan reliabilitas, semua data memiliki distribusi normal. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas pendidik memberi pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelayanan mahasiswa. Begitu juga kualitas tenaga kependidikan memberi pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelayanan mahasiswa. Koefisien determinasi (R)2 adalah kualitas pendidik dan kualitas tenaga kependidikan mempunyai hubungan yang kuat terhadap kepuasan pelayanan mahasiswa.

This study aims to determine the effect of training, work discipline, facilities, and locus of control on work performance. The population in this study were elementary school employees who were in the scope of the Regional Coordinator of Kapanewon Paliyan, Gunungkidul Regency as many as 175 employees. The sample in this study was 64 employees, the sampling technique used the slovin formula. The method of data collection in this research is to use primary data with questionnaires distributed to employees at elementary schools in Kapanewon Paliyan. The results of this study indicate that the effect of training, work discipline, and facilities partially have a positive and significant effect on work performance. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pengaruh model pembelajaran discovery Learning pada Masa Pandemi Covid-19 di Sekolah Dasar Kota Makassar agar proses belajar mengajar berjalan dengan efektif dan efisien dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa. Penelitian kuantitatif ini menggunakan jenis penelitian Pre-Experimental Design bentuk One-Group Pretest-Posttest Design dengan menggunakan analisis korelasional dan regresi linear sederhana dimana populasi adalah siswa Sekolah Dasar di Kota Makassar dan sampel sebanyak 96 siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pengaruh yang kuat antara model pembelajaran discovery learning terhadap hasil belajar mata pelajaran IPS Sekolah Dasar di Kota Makassar. Hasil penelitian ini juga menunjukkan bahwa model pembelajaran discovery learning memiliki kontribusi terhadap hasil belajar sebesar 47,2 persen sedangkan sisanya sebesar 52,8 persen dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain.

Abtract: This study aimed: (1) to describe the use of Regular School Operational Costs (BOS) funds in Junior High School (SMP) level, and (2) to describe the effect of the use of Regular BOS funds for the quality of learning expenditure on the learning outcomes of SMP level students. This research was an associative-causal research which explained the use of Regular BOS for quality of learning expenditure and its effect on student learning outcomes. The research population was all SMP in Maros Regency, while the sample was taken using purposive sampling technique. Data collection was done by documentation technique. Data analysis for hypothesis testing was carried out with simple linear regression analysis and t-test. The results showed: 1) The use of Regular BOS funds in SMP level was focused on the quality of learning expenditure; 2) The use of Regular BOS funds for quality of learning expenditure had an effect on student learning outcomes of SMP level students in Maros Regency.
