Design and Analysis of A Large Equipment Shelter Structure 某大型设备防护罩结构设计与分析

With the development of miniaturization of equipment, the equipment in the shelter has higher and higher requirements for heat insulation. The liquid cooling system can effectively improve the heat insulation ability, but the cooling system has a large weight, and the rigidity and strength requirements of the outer shelter structure are high, especially the hoisting state of the shelter, which is a dangerous working condition during the use of the shelter. This type of shelter should focus on the load-bearing area during the design process, and combine the finite element method to verify the simulation and improve the design efficiency. For the characteristics of the layout of a certain type equipment shelter, a special design is presented in this paper. The area with large load was partially strengthened, and the finite element model of the shelter skeleton was established under the premise of reasonable simplification. The stiffness and intensity of the shelter structure were analyzed by finite element method. The analysis results shows that the type of the shelter is reasonable and feasible, and the finite element method has a strong guiding significance in structural design, it also shows that the finite element method can effectively improve the design quality.

Correction Method of Natural Gas Leakage Danger Area Considering Obstacles and Wind Speed 考虑障碍物和风速的天然气泄漏危险区修正方法

Considering the influence of obstacles distribution and wind speed, the basic idea of dangerous area correction is put forward. The corresponding program is compiled by MATLAB software to calculate the dangerous area, and the correction factor of dangerous area is obtained. By using correction this factor, the quantitative evaluation model of steam cloud explosion, the quantitative consequence evaluation model of API pub 581 and the dangerous area of disaster accident prediction technology can be modified.

Structural Optimization Analysis and Design of Telescopic Boom for Bridge Inspection Vehicle 桥梁检测车伸缩臂结构优化分析与设计

In this paper, it is used to simulate and analyze the telescopic boom structure of a bridge inspection vehicle by HyperWorks software, to solve the problem that the bridge inspection vehicle is heavier and the stability is slightly insufficient, due to the increase of operating parameters. According to the analysis results, it is carried out to optimize the boom by using topological optimization. Compared with the previous, the weight of the telescopic boom is reduced by 16%, the stiffness is increased by 5%, the strength is increased by 10%, and the stability of the whole vehicle is increased by 2.7%. The simulation results are in good agreement with the test results, which proves the safety and reliability of the optimization scheme.
本文采用HyperWorks软件对某桥检车伸缩臂结构进行了仿真分析,解决了桥检车由于操作参数的增加,重量较大,稳定性略有不足的问题。根据分析结果,采用拓扑优化方法对臂架进行了优化。与以往相比,伸缩臂的重量减轻了16%,刚度提高了5%,强度提高了10%,整车稳定性提高了2.7%。仿真结果与试验结果吻合较好,证明了优化方案的安全性和可靠性。

Heterogeneous tracking system of kernel correlation filtering based on PYNQ framework 基于PYNQ框架的核相关滤波异构跟踪系统

Aiming at the complex structure and weak real-time performance of traditional visual tracking system, a scheme based on PYNQ (Python productivity for Zynq) framework is designed and deployed in Zynq heterogeneous platform. Firstly, according to the real-time requirements, the kernel-related filter tracking algorithm is selected. Then, according to the characteristics of the Zynq computing platform, the software and hardware collaborative design method is used to divide the system tasks, and the algorithm is converted into RTL (Register Transfer Level) by HLS (High Level Synthesis) development tools, and the calculation is performed. The process is optimized and exported as an IP core. Then, Python is used to import the IP core as a hardware coprocessor at the top level to implement the underlying to top-level data interaction. Finally, the system result is asynchronously updated in the Jupyter notebook. Experiments show that the system has good real-time performance, and the tracking speed averages 27.9FPS. At the same time, it has superior execution efficiency, is easy to develop and transplant, and has certain engineering reference value.

A novel pseudo two-dimensional model for NCM Liion battery based on electrochemical-thermal coupling analysis 基于电化学-热耦合分析的新型NCM锂电池伪二维模型

The thermal state of the automotive Li-ion battery requires to be monitored by the thermal management system for safety purpose. This paper presents a pseudo two-dimensional model for a 18650 cylindrical Li-ion battery to estimate heat generation and predict the transient temperature at 2C discharge and charge rates based on the electrochemical-thermal coupling analysis. For experimental validation, the 18650 cylindrical lithium-ion battery cell is tested under high and low temperature alternation inside the closed chamber whose temperature is under control. Various kinds of heat generations of the battery at different working conditions are achieved during charging and discharging at a rate of 2C. The temperature change estimated by the model is in good agreement with the experimental data. Therefore, the proposed thermal model provides a reliable temperature estimation of Li-ion batteries, which is sufficient accurate for the thermal management of the automotive battery. Moreover, the calculation cost of the proposed thermal model is evaluated and proven to be small enough for engineering application in the thermal management.

Review on the mechanical properties of steel wire mesh BFRP bars bamboo fiber reinforced concrete 钢丝网BFRP筋竹纤维混凝土力学性能研究进展

This paper combines the relevant literature at home and abroad, and analysed the advantages and disadvantages of three materials in concrete. Firstly, the effects of adding bamboo fiber, BFRP bars and steel wire mesh to concrete on the mechanical properties of concrete were studied. Then, based on the concrete test results of FRP bar and chopped fiber, chopped fiber and steel wire mesh, the possible development and research direction of these three materials are discussed, and the related problems of fiber concrete are put forward.

With its rich varieties and unique features, decorative glass has a great impact on the creation of indoor light environments. It may influence multiple aspects such as the color and amount of light, the relationship between light and shadow, and the dimension of the whole space. In this paper, decorative glass is studied in reference to its innovative applications in the world, thereby providing certain inspiration for staff in the design industry.

Design of Wireless Communication System in Oil Well 油井无线通信系统的设计

To overcome technical deficiencies of wireless communication technology of oil-well-logging in application, a new design of well communication system is proposed. This design intends to analyze the wireless ultrasonic communication channel in the pipeline with water as the medium, so as to pave the way for the development of underwater ultrasonic communication in the pipeline. In this paper, theoretical research and simulation analysis of pipeline underwater ultrasonic channel are carried out. The framework, the composition of hardware circuit and software design are described in detail. The simulation results show that underwater ultrasonic communication system in pipeline underwater ultrasonic channel can be realized, which has the advantages of small size, high reliability and digitalization, has certain practical value.
针对油田测井无线通信技术在应用中的技术不足,提出了一种新的油井通信系统设计方案。本设计旨在对以水为介质的管道中无线超声通信信道进行分析,为管道中水下超声通信的发展奠定基础。本文对管道水下超声通道进行了理论研究和仿真分析。详细介绍了系统的总体结构、硬件电路组成和软件设计。仿真结果表明,在管道水下超声信道中实现水下超声通信系统具有体积小、可靠性高、数字化等优点,具有一定的实用价值。
